Very close to the station terms, great kindness and helpful reception and excellent management of the property. We needed a favor (not to pass the daily room service) and they did not raise any issues. They also bothered to remind us of the checkout times by asking us if they should come before the opening hours of the reception (8am) to allow us to do so without any problems.

La struttura è molto vicina alla stazione termini, veramente perfetta per chi ha bisogno di interagire con essa. L'albergo è al secondo piano di un palazzo ben tenuto. La stanza era ampia, così come il bagno. Ho trovato il WIFi e addirittura mi è stato offerto un buono-colazione da consumare al bar di fronte la struttura. La reception è forse un po troppo piccola, ma alla fine non credo sia importante. Gentile il personale.

Best hotel in Termini station. The staffs are all kind and very gentle. He gently introduced us hotel system and rome. The facility is very nice, Most of it seems new. It is very nearby Termini station and there were many people on the way to hotel so I didn’t feel scared. Breakfast was provided in a cafe named Agora next to the hotel. It was also nice. I definitely recommend you this hotel. Thank you for your welcoming.

Nice heating and room… Single bed is really bad though. Hurts your back. Breakfast was just not enough at all.

Friendly staff but inconvenient location and very basic. Entrance is located in an apartment building, not easily recognizable for an hotel.

We were in January 2013 my husband, my daughter and I. The treatment is excellent, the staff tries to solve to the maximum everything that is presented, with excellent disposition, even with the language. We left the luggage as we continued traveling to France: They took care of everything perfectly and on the way back we found all the suitcases settled in the room. The rooms are clean and comfortable, some larger than others, but you can rest perfectly. Breakfast for us was very good, nothing was missing. Tip: If you want to rest, the front rooms are noisy early in the morning, as an interesting street market is installed. Conclusion: Highly recommended. 'll!
