Nice hotell with good location. Its clean and nice rooms.

Central place and well served by means of public, 5 minutes from both Metro stations and bus stop, clean rooms and bathrooms, welcoming and very kind staff. It is a good compromise between position, quality and price.

Located on first floor with sapcious rooms including bathroom. Get complimentoy breakfast with simple menu. But their asset is their staff and convenient location. Girl attending you at breakfast is very lively and friendly to make you feel at home. Receptionists are good and helping, especially Preet is so caring and would guide you in the right direction if u need help with getting around. As a stranger to Rome I thought I am screwed when I entered hotel for first time. But after being oriented I realised it was best decision to stay here and spending a lot less on accommodation. Thank you for a memorable stay and Services you provide.

Central place and well served by public transport… In many years I have never had any challenging problems.

Hotel located near Vatican City and easy to travel downtown of Rome. Walking distance to many tourist attraction area. Hotel itself is pretty old but there are some rooms that renovated but I personally did not get to stay there. Room that we stayed are on 4th floor and there are 6 rooms together. All of them looks similar and looks very 60s but rooms are clean and house keepers do best of their effort to keep clean. 1 of the best budget hotel for tidiness. Only things that I personally think that annoys me is Internet and air conditioning. Both of them need some upgrade immediately. Wi-Fi stops when raining and users over crowded. Air conditioner is OK but it old and placed at very bad position. To be able to chill down took more than an hour. Breakfast is minimal but help you until you find proper meal. I recommend if anyone have buget and clean room in mind, plus near to all tourist destination is huge help. By the way, elevator of hotel is a must to explore.

Microscopic room, just a little light on the headboard so you don't see much, bathroom extractor fan not working, for lavrsi your feet you have to take a shower, but then you realize that you can't bend time is small.

I state that I often travel to Rome for study, and for the first time I booked this hotel, attracted by the affordable price and convenient location for my needs. But never I would expect a similar experience. I had requested a double, quiet, non-smoking rooms. I find myself to be accommodated in a double room with the beds pushed together, near the breakfast room/reception (same room) on the first floor, loud both outside and corridor. The bath lock broken and the door did not lock. Cold water in the morning or in the evening, while leaving open the tap for a quarter of an hour. Ants in the bathroom, Carpeted with stale smell and stinks of smoke everywhere, curtains-pillows-bedspreads. The doors of the window does not close properly and the bed was ditched on the side. A nightmare! Breakfast consisted of a table set with weathered brioche 1 from 8 (I had breakfast at 9.30! was inedible, hard and cold), from a package of 2 biscuits and a little jar of jam of industrial production. Since there is no bar service there is a vending machine for hot drinks, and the night I selected a chocolate but the car has not paid anything. In the morning I asked the guy with the glasses why there were all these inconveniences, and in a rude and arrogant answer me that from 11 years ago that job and that in all hotels the hot water is not guaranteed, especially in old buildings, and the double rooms are equipped with single beds pushed together.

Water pressure sucks, walls are dirty and overall very noisy. Location is the only must.
