Excellent facility, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Abundant and quality breakfast.

I was not in the hotel to stay, but at an event organized there and I had to park 1 km because there was no internal parking … Moreover, in the rain.

Well-kept structure and comfortable reception very large. The floors are equipped with an elevator to reach the rooms which are very cozy and spotless. Professional and friendly employees.

The pool area is very nicely done. The musical accompaniment is also very good. However, with four stars I find it very sad that there are not even balcony chairs and an ashtray. Furthermore, there is also a possibility to hang the wet bathing suit. And there aren't really any cabinets either. At breakfast, endless queuing for a Nutella toast… Immediately notices that it is typical Italy.

No Restaurant open after breakfast which we weren't aware of No Beverages served from 10 am any where only cold drink machine that jammed regularly No bar either in Hotel or by pool again we didn't know this either Nothing to do other than sit by the pool if you can get a sunbed.

Rooms are lovely and clean. Michelle and Alessandra at front desk very helpfull. Any problems solved very quickly, the pool was very relaxing love the sun lounges with attached shades for your head, never seen anywhere loved them. Id recommend staying here also huge shopping centre 1 min walk has every thing you need or want and more, I'm impressed with Cristoforo Colombo.

It's an at best an average basic room. Breakfast is terrible for eggs and Bacon. No English speaking TV channels other than the news. I can only give this only 2 stars.

I have to give a hats off to the restaurant staff who were so helpful and accommodating with my dietary requirements. Even arriving a few minutes after closing time, due to finishing late from work, they still served me with a smile and made me feel comfortable and at ease.

Clean and spacious Room, good breakfast. Friendly Staff. Unfortunately full of tourists… Coaches arrive every hour. Check in and out very slow if you are in front of a Group. I was there on business. At Breakfast They gave me a little secluded table, thank goodness because there was a fuss!

Start by saying it is a very nice property both view from outside and that from inside, however the staff is very poor. I should have stayed at this hotel if only I had not made a cancellation at the last minute for a problem that departed from them, not even able to find a room or other accommodation that would allow us to stay at the EUR that night. I am very sorry that there have been such misunderstandings because the hotel is really very nice.

Horrible service! Ask for kettle, didn’t provide kettle. Asked for hot water instead — pushed me from bar to restaurant and restaurant to bar. Refused to provide me hot water unless if I have my own container!

Not folichon. The waiters have repeatedly dropped food on the customers. During the meal we forget to serve the vegetables. The breakfast is not great.

Very convenient location if you have to watch some wind at the Palalottomatica which is very short. Friendly and polite staff. The room was simple but clean, however as our building was very close to another we had to close the curtains and lower the blinds in half to not let us see by the neighbors in every single moment, but it was quite quiet. The air conditioning was present, but you could not set the temperature you wanted, and the air conditioner was operating when it was necessary making a lot of noise. The breakfast room is in the main building, above the reception, it is not super stocked like others, but adequate. Present both typically Italian and continental breakfast. Only flaw, the crockery not clean properly, in fact on the knives were present stains and the cup of tea even had a sign of lipstick on the edge, this is not acceptable. Breakfast is possible from 6:30 to 10.

The rooms near the entrance doors of the blocks are not really the best choice because the noise will annoy you. Otherwise the hotel best suits the travel needs. Not very far from colosseum.

The internet was horrible within the rooms, we complained several times and only on the third day did we finally change rooms. The internet would still only work properly when we would leave our hotel room door open. Then there was a water outage and the staff claimed it affected the entire city which was a lie as I contacted several nearby hotels who had no water outage. The staff was very unaccomadating to any of our complaints and did not care. It is hard to believe this is a 4 star hotel, never again, stay away!

Restaurant closed at lunchtime (I had to go to outside restaurants).
At dinner often for one person there was never room (yet the restaurant room was quite large).
1 euro for a coffee at the bar made with a coffee machine with waffles.
Rooms not located in the reception building and to reach which you have to walk an open space with all weather.
Non-soundproof rooms.
At breakfast with many waiters the tables were never sparecchiati in time.
For the tidying up of the rooms you had to wait more than two hours.

One of favorite hotels in all of Europe. The food was amazing, the rooms were gorgeous, the pool was nice as well as the bar service. I loved being right next to a shopping mall as well! Kind of far from the center of the city, but it makes up for it in its amenities and customer service! Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Rome on a budget!

I'm sorry to have to give 2 stars because the structure is comfortable, renovated and welcoming, and the staff of the reception is excellent, but uncomfortable having to change building for breakfast (also scarce and missing fruit) crossing passage Outdoors. In the week when I stayed, every morning at 6am, 30 acoustically devastating noises and fastidiosissimi of engines powered by heavy vehicles, loading and unloading, concrete mixers at work, for open yard at indecent hours. In short, a crazy stress considering that then from 11 to 21 I was at work single turn was really very tiring not being able to rest in the morning over 6, 30. I believe that in all things it takes a bit of common sense and especially as in this case a great respect for the serenity and comfort of customers.

Food was realy good and service and rooms were ok.

The hotel is renovated and the rooms are big the right. The bathroom has a pretty big shower but the jet is a little weak. The lighting in the room is satisfactory. We come to the weak points. The reception is in a apart building where there is only the restaurant room on the mezzanine floor. To get to the rooms you have to go out and do a piece on foot to get to the building where the room is assigned. If it rains it gets wet because the path is not covered. A few indications on the number of rooms and services.

My family and I (with 2 small children) stayed 2 nights in this hotel and I'm happy with it. The rooms are soundproofed new and clean, the bathrooms very nice and clean. The staff always benice and smiling. I have 2 special praises to do: the first one goes to Adriano, who at the time of booking helped us a lot and solved some problems; the second goes to Stefania the waitress who in the morning during breakfast helped us and was really so kind. The only "defect" if we want to define it so is that the rooms are in separate buildings compared to the reception. I recommend it and if I get a new chance to visit Rome I definitely come back.

Comfortable and air-conditioned rooms with modern furnishings. Spacious bathroom with everything you need. The breakfast varied and the usual quality in a four star hotel. Dinner, on the other hand, was rather inferior than expected.

Excellent stay. Although there were a few minor drawbacks to the room (for the fact that we received 2 single beds of very low quality) I can say that it is highly recommended. The breakfast was very good.

But a total decontrol in the block that I was where we were several trips organized by schools and institutes, the irresponsibility of some Greek teachers provoked to end in tragedy. 4-Star Hotel. We got suspicious by the opinions about the hotel but since we arrived we were pleasantly surprised at the reception, the rooms tastefully decorated and very clean and comfortable, attentive staff.

The only reason we have choosen was swimming pool. And it's out of order for the whole October Not happy. Rest everything is nice… :)

The bad: The bathroom had no curtain or function the extractor, the vending machine does not replace it, the Wi-Fi is horrible, the breakfast has good coffee, but mediocre food and the air conditioner does not work properly. This is a average hotel, there is no parking but is not difficult to park, the rooms are mostly outside of the biulding, not bad but it feels like a motel. They say this is 4 stars hotel but it does not go further than 3. The breakfast is regular, some variety of bread but no fresh fruits and the juices are very extremely artificial, sugary flavors. Do not try to leave the cafeteria with a yogurt, they stop you midway to leave behind, you can't leave with yogurt, why? I have no idea and makes you feel like an idiot if you dare to do so! Overall, the place is clean, but noisy, we woke up today at 8 AM, right outside of our room with consrruction. The hotel is also outskirts of Rome, if you plan to do sightseeing you will need transportation to the center of Rome and that can be expensive as the ride can take 20-30 min car ride in a regular day.

By booking online and selecting as a method of payment in cash, I arrived at the hotel and found myself without room: The presentation had been cancelled (with an email the same morning that I had not seen because already on the road) because they had Tried to make a "safety" levy equal to the amount of the room and there were quite money on the rechargeable. Never happened in my whole life… and I travel every weekend for sports trips! Really a bad surprise, I had to book a room on site at twice the price of the online reservation. Really bad experience, I hardly leave negative reviews.

We stayed here 7 nights. Breakfast very weak. 95% of only sweet meals, salted only rice, salami, ham (very low quality) and scrambled egg, which was the worst I've ever eaten in my life. Absolutely no vegetables or fruits for breakfast. After our request, they put apples after two days. When one older lady wanted to take an apple away, she was not allowed! Such a disgrace! Our room was in the older part of the hotel. Internet speed between 0.5 — 2 Mb. The in-room fire detector is located directly above the bed and has two diodes that flash in day — or night-time, which is "very nice" while asleeping. The walls are whith weak sound proof, so you hear your neighbors talking. Doors of all rooms are severely banged, so you hear very loudly every guest who arrives in the evening or at night in the room. In the morning around 6:00, start buses from the tour in front of your windows and they like let them running for 20 minutes. There is also no wardrobe in the room, just two shelves, so you have to have almost all your belongings in the suitcase. The first day you have to go 1.2km to buy a ticket to the station, because "by chance they have no tickets to buy at the reception, and they do not know when are they going to have them. " They rather have them never as I have read other reviews. The management of the hotel obviously has little interest about providing good service for the guests and their only goal is profit, the satisfaction of the guests is somewhere far back.

Lack of charm, hardly any green spaces around. Close to a well-connected bus stop that allows you to get to the Fermi Metro station quickly. Large shopping center at 100m. But also close to a 2 × 3 lanes very crowded and a concert hall. Pool too small compared to the hotel. Just 20 sunbeds…

The place was great! It had a pool but no gym unfortunately. Great personell and great dinner! But the shampoo and soap was not that great.

Beautiful lobby. Rooms were clean. Under construction. Walk across gravel parking lot to buildings where rooms are. Wi-Fi didn't work. Extra charges to rent required towel at the pool. No help with suitcases. Front desk staff overwhelmed. Desk doesn't pick up the phone. Restaurant has a monopoly due to a lack of other restaurants in the area. Large groups make eating in the restaurant a waiting game. Food was tasty. Restaurant and bars closed most of the day. Bring your own snacks and drinks until they open.

Twin room was small. The rooms are in blocks outside the reception building like Chalets. Reception told us nothing on arrival. When we asked for bus passes, they ran out. I didn't know the buses were free until reading a review Room Service took the remote? We have a replacement and am hoping they won't charge us for it. The restaurant has little choice and is quite expensive, but friendly. The hotel is on a building site The pool is tiny, the surrounding is on astroturf and the pool bar is tiny serving drinks from a cupboard. Should be 3 star.

This hotel is part of the Trip A Deal package. Unfortunately our stay was not pleasant. We stayed there twice. On the first visit the hotel had no hot water and on our second stay our air con did not work. This hotel has a high tax and it does not have tea and coffee facilities. Rooms are clean and chamber maid was lovely. It is far from the center of Rome but it is next door to a large shopping center. Waiters in the restaurant were lovely and helpful, food was tradition home cooking. Reception staff were a little short at times with our group of 18.

Hello, nice and clean room but was with no working telephone, not good Wi-Fi, poor dinner menu. The breakfast is good! The receptionist didn't explain us everything. They pretend that they have room service but we couldn't order any food or drinks?! No slippers in the room. Max 3 stars for this hotel.

Not a four star hotel, the room was ok, decent, but the staff was very unfriendly, food disgusting, very dirty at the breakfast, very ditry glaces, curtlery dirty, very cheap ingrediends, horible food, the eggs taste was very bad, nothing good to eat. What I hated the most is that in Rome, we had to pay a very big city tax for a hotel of 2 stars in reality not 4!

March 11, 2016 are finishing the restructuring that eventually will end negative reviews I've read so far. It is up to management to ensure the cleanliness of the rooms of the common parts will be done according to the rules that a 4 star hotel should have. Breakfast excellent and varied. It is a good hotel for what you pay. Pros : -Near a mall (which includes supermarket), important for buying water and etc which are expensive in tourist areas. -Clean rooms -Very helpful staff -Popular and good for schools trips … Cons : -… so not so good if you like calm -Far away from the city center but after a day of experiments with their public transport system it will become a 30 minute routine to travel to most parts of the city. -Very bad sound isolation, you could hear anything happening in a radius of 2-3 rooms.

Very bad hotel, very clean: there are dirty roofs, blackened curtains, dust under the beds, dirty pool and little supervised by lifeguard who spends his time sitting at the bar. Not to mention the service in the dining room with assorted fresh fruit breakfast little missing; the female staff was nicer than men to note the arrogant attitude of the head nurse "outer" with "that will have a great future as a vigilante. The four stars awarded do not match the requirements … I don't recommend it.

Very bad. Hotel old and dirty. In the shower there are holes that ants, whence come out the carpet filthy, crowded into a corner, dust cleaning does not exist. Surly staff and the pool was dirty on the bottom. Money poorly spent.

Horrible Wi-Fi, in the morning the breakfast was the worst ive ever eaten the juice it wasnt juice and in the night we always ate first pasta and then meat but it was ok, the rooms werent clean and the subway was so far.

We had a 5 day break away from the UK at the end of May. The pool was closed, but annoyingly we were not even allowed to sit on the loungers surrounding it. This left no unshaded area to catch some sun in to unwind. Basic breakfast, really basic. Walls very thin — we could hear our neighbours conversations and toilet trips. AC not working. The room was kept clean, but is dated. Minibar not exactly exciting. Hotel bar is small and very limited, nice barman, but it was closed one time too many for my liking. Expect basic and minimal and you won't be disappointed. Luckily there's lots to see in Rome so you shouldn't have to spend much time in your room.

Weakness: in the room there is only one European plug to charge electronic devices. There are double beds only, but only 2 single beds pushed together. Soundproof rooms should be better.

My partner and I stayed at this Hotel in April. We made the reservation in another hotel but we were relocated in this because of the previous problems. The truth that is slightly away from the Centre of Rome, but very well connected with bus. Specifically taking in front of the palacio de deportes LOTTOMATICA 780 you reach the Centre in 20 minutes.
The staff was excellent and always attended our doubts about Rome since it was the first time that we were in the city. The perfect facilities. It is seems to me perfect hotel if you are travelling with family, but also with partner. The buffet breakfast is OK and at night is a quiet. In addition it has a shopping centre just behind Hotel, where to go to have a drink, dinner or shopping.

In two days, never a problem excellent toilet with SOAP and towels changed daily. Reception helpful and courteous. Only "minus" not so modern television for a 4 stars but 5 stars deserve.

I found hairs in the bathroom, the objects are the bare minimum, television has about 20 years, noises from all sides, but the worst thing is the noise you hear at night because of the garbage trucks that load from the Mall next door make you jump out of bed. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Very nice building and rooms and the continental breakfast was ok. It's located on the outskirts of the city, but once you figure out the bus/train system, access to the center of Rome is easy. The staff were rude, the pool was closed and apparently it is illegal to have furniture on the balcony, so you have to sit on the floor! Drinks from the tiny bar were very expensive — best to the shopping centre next door and buy from there. Our luggage was held to ransom until we paid a tourist tax, which we were on the understanding was included in our booking.

Very nice, comfortable, clean, quiet, fair price for a week. We like to walk, so in the morning we walked to the metro about a mile away for the daily trip to Rome, which took 20 minutes or so. On the morning stroll, a couple blocks into it, is a lovely bar/restaurant to sit under the pines for breakfast. Some excellent local restaurants and a cafeteria near the metro for dinner, after a day in Rome, then a nice stroll back to the hotel. We did not try the hotel food even though breakfast was included but the dining area was attractive. The environment and neighborhood between the hotel, metro, and bar, restaurants is just fine — populated by normal Italians.

Hotel was good and quiet, I dont know, but I didnt find ants and hair int he bathroom, everything was so clear and quiet. Its quite big hotel, and it was fine Breakfast was 8/10, I stayed for 5 nights, and breakfast remain the same, they dont have fresh fruits. Biggest problem was that its far away fom the centre of the town. But you can get there by 1 bus (to reach to METRO) and get into metro, to reach coloseo. Pool was quite good too.
