It was interesting to be back at Novotel after about a couple of years. Strategic location (E. U. R. Area), the quality and cleanliness of the rooms are an unparalleled brand of the chain. The Restaurant is five-star, a guarantee the meat dishes and the first "Romans". It was a nice surprise to find a suite-gym after a long time (see photo). A tip: more body building tools (the "UNICA" is unusable, but it's not the fault of the hotel).

Novotel is great hotel to stay at. Prices are fair and the areas are very clean. The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast was yummi and the people there are friendly and nice.

Arrived at that of Ciampino from Portugal (incidentally, beautiful country to visit), we decide to stop here for the night, since we landed at 23, 30. We take advantage of a great price (apart from municipal taxes, which in this pleasant city are an armed robbery, since in most municipalities is always 1-2 euros), for our double room plus bed added for NS. Eldest of 6 years. The other child more baby we laid him in the midst of us, so much already slept since we left the airport.
Modern and well-kept décor, very nice bathroom with deserving shower.
Cause incredible sleep we did not use the breakfast, of which we can not speak a word.
Location of the hotel easily reachable (EUR quarter near the Cristoforo Colombo), with convenient parking.

Had a good stay here while attending meetings nearby. Not much to do in the area and quite a long walk to the metro. But the hotel is fine. One disappointment was the quality of the coffee at the breakfast. In Italy I hope to have a good espresso. But all that was on offer here was one of those machines that dispenses warm brown liquid.

Service was below par, but the accommodation was fine.

Hotel located very far from the centre of Rome. Very difficult to eat or dine in the area unless you opt to go to a mall. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Poor maintenance. Chaotic light system. One of the lights couldn't be turned off. Very noisy air conditioning. Very poor soundproof rooms, you will hear the traffic and the slamming of the doors of the nearby rooms as well as the people passing by. Correct cleaning. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Correct and functional If you have appointments in the EUR District otherwise c is far enough away from the living areas of Rome at night.

Convenient hotel in area Eur where to stay especially if you have a flight the next day. I was there in August and the area was very quiet with no traffic. In the vicinity there is also another hotel of the same chain cheaper but equally valid. Very good breakfast.

Relativily mes hotel. Nice staffing people, always open yo help. From time to time there is a lack oficina maintenance, but if you inform someone un the hotel crea they try to fix ASAP.

Spacious room and professional staff. This hotel is perfect for those managing business in the sout_east area of the city (Eur/Pontina/ Magliana) but not close to the centre even though you can gen get a bus and reach the centre quite easily. Price policy could improve but the parking is free which is a plus.

Very nice hotel (new building). Room (with king size bed) nice, comfortable and clean. Wi-Fi free. Baby area available 24 h and for free. Staff very kind and really available. They helped me with a personal issue with the alarm of my house. They lent me a personal phone to call a mobile provider to solve my problem. Really higly appreciated. One more time thanks a lot.

Nice business hotel in Rome. Not very close to downtown but in a nice location pretty close to some business areas. Looks and feels new and comfortable. Large rooms, nice service and a pretty good bar for drinks after work.

Although it is not a 5 star hotel, I give it to you, for its friendly service its good level facilities and its connectivity to the centre of Rome and its very good and varied breakfast buffet.

The staff that works here is very friendly and helpful. There is nice and save parking in front of the hotel, and very nice bar also (you can have a great coffee here). They can do better with hygiene in the rooms because it is not very good.

Close to Palalottomatica. About 15 minutes walk to the Metro. Good breakfast for Italian conditions. Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms clean and comfortable, a bit accustomed.

Beautiful Hotel in the Eur district of Rome, equipped with all the services guaranteed by a four star hotel such as doors with electromagnetic cards, variable air conditioning, Frigo bar etc. Shame about the toilets, I would have preferred them a little more "spartan" and less "sophisticated". The sinks for example, being made in a rectangular way, are very uncomfortable for the user.

I used the hotel for one night stay. Very nice Hotel and well cared for, with very courteous staff. The center is not very close, but it is easily reached by Metro in about 25 minutes. The nearest Metro stop is EUR Palasport, which is about a 10-minute walk away. The EUR district is quiet. I would return.

Like all the other hotels in the chain is great, like comfort and cleanliness. Quiet, it is perfect for business and meeting clientele. You eat well. If I have to find a flaw, the coffee at breakfast there is only the one at the machine…

Very huge double room. Very comfortable and silence. Haven't tried the Continental breakfast. If you join their fidelity programe you will have a free drink on your arrival. Very good.

The motel is right outside of the train station the gentleman and the ladies were very helpful in telling us where the go and they're little continental breakfast is great what's a good place to stay right out the outside of the wall of Lucca again I had a great time at that place. PS I told him that it was my daughter's birthday and we were celebrating it in Lucca and she meaning the office girl gave her a little you know present from the office that was unexpected. I tell you this place is a nice place.

The structure of the Hotel is very modern and stylish. The room was very spacious, nicely furnished, complete with sofa and Chair in addition to a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. Even the bathroom is very large. All rooms are Immaculate; the staff were friendly and professional. The buffet breakfast was very varied, as you would expect from an international hotel. I was completely satisfied.

Hotel steal, to me and others that we were staying at the hotel stole from us in the room several personal items, the hotel made us lose a day's vacation putting a complaint at the police, supposedly so that insurance would return us the money, but after two weeks they still give us answers and saying that we have to send more emails manager James does nothing and gives us long!

As for the room, cleanliness, breakfast and hotel service the stay was perfect. Note very sore dinner at the restaurant: the menu is lacking in variety, there is a possibility of a children's menu, despite advertised in the room: we ordered a grilled steak whose meat was of very low level, hard and largely inedible, a simple dish of spaghetti with tomato sauce that had been precooked and microwaved for a price not cheap.

I travel a lot and especially abroad, and often I lean to the novotel chain, a choice for a good price and service. As for the Novotel in Rome I would say that the standards are excellent, you see that it's new, but unfortunately I have some comments to make. I would recommend to anyone who is cleaner, moving … maybe one more time the vacuum cleaner on the floor, because unfortunately you notice much, and when is breakfast time … since it's the moment the staff should be at maximum efficiency to get busy to refill the buffet, missing supplies and whatnot. Has been a constant of all three morning and I would say that is not the best, you want the caffè macchiato … you're out of milk, would you like the orange juice and water comes out … then opt for that of pineapple on the first morning I managed to drink it the second I found water there, too. Is not vital the thing, I know, but since the breakfast we pay, I demand that you give personnel to do a little more to make sure that breakfast is always ready for everyone at any time of the range orariro.

Good rooms, neat and clean. Not very large but 4stars just fine. Satellite tv, minibar, kettle for tea and warmers … handy!

Highly appreciated the two small bottles of mineral water in the minibar: every hotel should take this approach.
Breakfast good talking praise, but all moderately good; coffee and juice from the vending machines, unfortunately. Likely that you could get an express right to staff.
I arrived by train and is unfortunately far from the station.
Overall very good for business.

Attention to detail needed on most things in the room. Overall good, but a couple of issues. The safe in my room did not work. They got it working, but it's not screwed down, so anyone could walk off with it really. The main issue is the air con. At the start it didn't work. After reporting it, they said that it doesn't work until they enable it at reception (Rome in mid summer is so hot, why would the air con not be turned on to start with)! Then after it starts working, it's really slow, so takes hours to cool down. I'm not in my room for longer than 30 minutes without sleeping, so what happens is I get into bed and about 2 in the morning I wake up freezing.
