A cozy place clean and always fragrant, breakfast on the terrace, abundant and able to satisfy any palate, I tried eggs And bacon, all very good, highly recommended place 👌

I went with my partner x one night in the hotel x spend a night resting after an evening at dinner with friends the welcome was good (although I was asked to pay for the room right away) the room very nice and clean, we were swabianed around 5:30 am by a annoying and continuous noise of switches snapping after about an hour unable to get to sleep anymore given the continuous noise we called reception, who promptly sent someone who didn't solve the problem, and the only solution was to disconnect the power in the room.
When we got up we hung up the electrical panel but it didn't work anymore the light or the sockets of the room…
We left packing practically in the dark (and still not rested).
At check out, having pointed out the problem, we were only told by now you have already paid sorry.
Too bad xche at first we really liked it.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Great rooms, equally great restaurant, comfortable and spacious garage. At the price paid it is certainly one of the best possible choices in the area.

Warmth hotel is good service clean and hospitality.

Good amenities provided by Warmth Hotel, pretty decent for one in Italy. Food selection was alright too but very put off by how they insisted our tour group’s check-out timing to be 10am, despite usual SOP to be 12pm. Left a bad taste in our mouth as they even charged us €1.50/per luggage for safekeeping. All of us were left fuming at how profit-driven this hotel was and how the staff insisted on it being “hotel rules” and wasn’t flexible at all. Will not recommend Warmth Hotel if traveling in group tours although it remains one of the better hotels I have stayed in Italy.

HORRIBLE HOTEL! We went in a group through a circuit, and the truth is that it shows the horrible difference they make with those who are staying on their own for those who stay in groups. The reception and restaurant staff (breakfast) very rough and aggressive. Specifically TANYA (or so they said her name, blonde wench, light eyes) of the Gulliver breakfast area and the bar area on the ground floor. Terrible attention, she mistreated us and she did not want us to have breakfast for the scheduled time (something that the group guide and the receptionists already knew was going to be different and they had given us the OK the day before, because we were leaving that day and we separated from the group that were travelling to other destinations). Worst of all, this woman Tanya, knows no other language than hers, Italian. A low capacity, since at least you should know English, the universal language, in a hotel, which only serves for tourism and it is understood that the people housed most likely are not only Italian. We are surprised by the "abilities" of this person at a language level and at a professional level, she shouted at us and treated us very aggressively. Maybe it she is family part or something to the manager, since it is not clear that with her "skills" she still can remain part of this hotel.

Me and my boyfriend for our anniversary, we stayed on the 4th of November, everything was perfect. The perfect Location, and above all clean, rich breakfast. It was all exceptional. Staff magnificent. The report quality price… We would definitely stay again.

Very Good hotel stay was comfortable. Near buy food outlets are not there but within 3 miles Euro mall is located. So that compensates.

Beds are really hard, AC not cooling well and very close to like an old beat up neighborhood. Decided to have dinner and drinks out in the terrace and someone threw an egg at our group. Told the server, but never got back with us or anything was done about it. We were in a group for several days so unfortunately I could just check out and for couple euros more stay at the Hilton 15 min in city center.

Great hotel, good varied menu for breakfast, comfortable rooms, there is the opportunity to order a car from the hotel to the subway and back for free, thoughtful design.

Simple, nice. A bit far from Rome but provides an hourly shuttle to the Laurentina metro station. Breakfast spread is good.

The place is not so good as it appears on the photos. Mainly the place is for the couch busses, the rooms are small, but OK. What I didn’t like at all are the bathrooms — the shower is done inside the very narrow niche, and you need to literally just over a very high fence to get inside. Breakfast is OK, but the fruits are so bad — not sweet, spoiled peaches and rotten plums…

Hotel has been entirely unresponsive to phone calls, emails, etc. For an up coming trip. I'm unsure of their service levels when they aren't even responding to future customers. This causes unnecessary distress.

Nice, practical hotel with clean functional rooms and very warm, helpful staff. The location is a bit out of the way and seems a bit sketchy, but there’s private hotel parking and there are shuttle services to the nearest metro station which is very convenient. The menu could do with some expanding, otherwise the food was good.

Beautiful property, friendly and professional staff. I very much enjoyed my double, clean and with a mega shower exceptional! The balcony is nice to be on the avenue, large terrace near the breakfast room. Breakfast buffet was excellent, wide choice. I saw on the ground floor a thinking room, I have not had time to delve into but it will surely be a blast. Non c'is nothing of which I could complain. Relationship quality with competitive price. Money well spent. Congratulations.

Clean and modern rooms. Good breakfast. Gym with new Technogym tools. Only downside being out of the car area.

Location is not within the city. However they do provide free shuttle to the metro station. Rooms are clean and neat.

Disappointing. Doesn't worth it. You don't feel welcomed here, you should change the name to Coldhotel. We've just visited the hotel, 2 couples, we booked an apartment after I personally discussed with the staff twice. They assured me we will receive in the apartment 2 separate bedrooms that does not communicate (meaning you don't have to pass through a room to get to the next one). Well, we received a different thing, it was an entrance room practically and from that room you could get in the bedroom. When I asked for explanations, initially they didn't want to admit and after that they offered to replace it with 2 double rooms. I agreed but the problem is they also requested 20 euros for the upgrade which wasn't fair cause the mistake was not from my side and they wanted the money right away, called in the room at 3-4 minutes after we moved the luggage (I wouldn't call that very pleasant). Anyway, we paid those money and the next day we had another surprise at checkout, the new guys that came to replace the other persons at the receptions requested the money again. We insisted we paid them in cash and they didn't give us an invoice. He said ok after trying few times… but then he started to request for the city tax which pissed me off completely since we paid that the first time with the credit card before the upgrade… What system do you use guys? How is that even possible, are you in the 10th century and don't know how to use a computer?

Very nice place… very helpful people… stayed in many hotels during my Europe tour. But this one was the best… there is a limitation of only 5 stars… but they are above 10 stars.

Good hotel just outside the Eur district. Modern type Hotel. Clean rooms and room Small flaws: The toilet cup that "dances" and the shower mixer half broken. Excellent service for free run between hotel and Metro station Laurentina. Breakfast buffet on the top floor. Free parking inside the hotel. Recommended.

It's too far away from central things with very limited food options in the local area! The hotel only serves sandwiches and crisps for room service although the room was clean and fixtures good.

Good hotel. The best thing are the rooms although some fixtures, like bathroom, leave to be desired. Average restaurant and decent breakfast. Location not the best but good value for money.

The area is not the best but the hotel is very well taken care of. Bus stop at 20 m. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is great, many homemade things with great quality starting from the bread up to the pies. Very friendly staff.

We chose this hotel for the proximity to the Palalottomatica and we were thrilled. The breakfast is great and plentiful and in the room we found a Smartphone to be able to carry around. Very useful Idea to turn the city without having the thought of the phone that you download and remain without maps. Overall the structure is great, to take absolutely into account if you come to Rome.

Excellent everything, only Wi-Fi failed but otherwise I liked a lot, good staff, varied breakfast and very rich, the friendly staff and very attentive, comfortable rooms, very clean, comfortable and modern. Spacious Parking. I recommend it.

Great service, the room we occupy is on the 2nd floor, Front Street and in my opinion it could be better soundproof. Very clean and well furnished room. Very good breakfast Some details are improved as ironing service and sponge cleaning shoes in the room. Rated 9/10.

The rooms are small but clean and seemed new. The bathrooms have love showers but no bath. There is a fridge in the room but I had to ask for a kettle and they don't top up the tea or coffee supplied with it. There is also no milk or creamer supplied which makes it difficult for us Irish to get our regular tea fix. Breaks was very disappointing with few options and poor monitoring of supply. They have pile of rice on the tables but only one type each of egg, salad, yogurt, meat and cheese options which ran out quickly.

Good price, but surroundings dont offer much (or at all), small restaurant but with good food, nice people and not so difficult to get in city center (but far enough:) ). But if you have any business in the area and not coming just to visit Rome, it is a good deal!

The hospitality is great! The staff is extremly friendly and very helpful! The hotel it offers free transport to the metro station every 1 h! They also offer an android sa you can use it on the time you stay at Rome and visit the city! It has free internet and you can make free calls with it! (The internet is not that good though, but the free calls can save you a lot of money) It is a very cosy and quiet place! Free breakfast! The best thing I foud in Roma this weekend!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good price.
But it is located in one of the most depressed neighborhoods of Rome. It doesn't look like a place to take a walk. It is recommended only if you travel by car, because it has free private parking and is 10 minutes from a metro station with public parking.

Garbagy hotel in a garbagy part of Rome. Stains on the walls, sheets. Bathroom was filthy. Mattress was 2 twin beds with a sheet over them, making for a very uncomfortable sleep. Restaurant was freezing, room temperature control was non-functional; slightly ironic for a hotel called "warmth"… 4 stars my ass.

My first days in Italy were so amazing, thanks to this cozy hotel. I like parking inside building, so car don't stay on street, I like breakfasts on top floor with terrace and big choise of foods, fruits. Very comfortable bed I was sleeping like a baby, really good mattress, what is very rarely in hotel with such amazing price. Wi fi work very nice, amazing service. Beautiful bathroom with super comfortable shower. I am totally in love with this hotel and my life expirience there, and Italy at all! I had nice view from my window. Going to city center and cultural places by car was fast and enjoying. This city even smell so tasty. Very close in few minutes drive — shopping mall, in 25 minutes we come by car to sea beach to swim there, was good.

Stayed is this beautiful, and clean hotel for 7 nights. All staff including the owner and managers are very friendly and speak English. Free breakfast is severed on the roof. Their shuttles take and pick up you to the nearest metro station. They offer free cell phone with Wi-Fi for you usage during your stay. Hopefully, will be back with the rest of my family soon.

It is a decent hotel. Location is fine if u have a car. Cleanliness is okay too. Breakfast food was average.

Amazing place to stay. Very clean and spacious room… You feel like home. Friendly staff and loved the breakfast at the roof top. FREE Handy to use around the country which is very helpful for tourists. Shuttle services to Metro was very helpful. I will highly recommend this place.

The Service is very friendly and the Breakfast has a great selection. The connection with the Bus is also not bad, even if you are convinced of the area visually, it seems to be kind of normal, because the people in the area are also very friendly. Unfortunately, there is a deduction, since the cleaning lady took it, seemingly with the clean up and some of my stuff has moved.

The truth that it is a hotel very far from the centre of Rome and difficult to find if you don't know the city. It is south of Rome, in the EUR district, home to the Italian parliament among other things. To get there you have to take the metro to COLOSSEO stop and there get off and take line two to the last stop. There I recommend you look for a taxi, but will be by the side. I little can I give my opinion of the hotel, the more that the neighborhood is very left and the entrance to the hotel is not maintained, the asphalt of the entrance is cracked and the soil lifted by the roots of the trees of the street. When we arrived we rehoused at the hotel COLOMBO, for Eur Suite had run out of hot water. We paid the taxi to go to the new hotel and they took care of all the paperwork without any additional cost to us. In addition we were invited to have breakfast while we waited for the taxi to go to the new hotel. So I can say that it was an excellent treatment by the staff of the hotel. I can't assess.

Good hotel with secure parking, great service. The day of the stay I have had problems with the heating of the room but otherwise all ok.

Staff very helpful and polite, breakfast was plentiful, affordable price … I would highly recommend.
