Enjoyed a 5 night stay at this lovely hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely with plenty choice, the staff in the dining room were so friendly. Location of the hotel is within walking distance to a lot of the attractions. Their is a taxi rank close by which is ideal. Room was spotlessly clean and towels were changed on a daily basis. We were given a complimentary bottle of wine on our first night which was a lovely gesture. If I had to fault anything it would have to be the shower! It did not drain very well and we had to place towels on the floor to avoid a flooded bathroom! Good job we had clean towels every day! We had booked a Superior room which was nice but I do wonder whether it was a Superior room as it looked nothing like the photos I’d seen on the website! When we were showed to our room we were told that anything we took from the mini bar would be charged to our room at the end of our stay! For this reason (as items from the mini bar are always so expensive! ) we only took a couple of water bottles from there! However, when we were checking out I said what we had taken from the mini bar to be told that anything taken from there was complimentary! I wish we would of been given the right information! However, if ever we return to Rome we would definitely consider staying at this hotel again. Thank you 💕🇮🇹

Facilities like the rooftop bar and restaurant are closed without notice for functions. There is only one bar in the hotel which leaves you having to leave the hotel. Some of the staff are rude and unhelpful.

9 years ago I was very happy with everything this hotel has to offer, so I returned with my daughter at the beginning of September. For 9 days, from the moment we stepped into the hotel, we had a very pleasant atmosphere and a friendly staff, well trained and very prompt (thanks especially to the Assistant General Manager, Mr. Emiliano de santis, to gianluca, jacopo and samuel). Breakfast was fabulous, very well organized and quality. We were very happy to see SILVIA again after 9 years, unchanged, just as cute and eager for everything to be superlative and to make us feel as good as possible (thank you for your kindness and for the best cappuccino in all of Rome! ). We are glad to meet LOREDANA, a very nice and helpful person. Thousands of thanks to MARIA, who was amazing, extremely competent in her work and very attentive to the client's needs. Besides the fact that she took care to keep our room beautifully arranged and very clean, MARIA is a special person, very nice, with a big and sensitive soul, who helped us with many useful tips and recommendations. Also, the rooftop bar and restaurant has an exceptional view and staff. Whenever we come to Rome, the Savoy Hotel will be our choice!

Amazing hotel, friendly staff so accommodating! We had our wedding here and it was just amazing from start to finish. It was more than we ever imagined it being. Big shout out to Diana, Ambilie and Catalina they are amazing assets to this hotel. Thank you for making it one we will never forget. Everyone commented that it was the best wedding food and service they had ever encountered! A lot of our wedding party were vegan/vegetarian and gluten intolerant and the hotel accommodated for these so easily. Thank you!

Highly recommend the Hotel Savoy. The hotel is beautiful, the location incredible and the roof top bar is a must visit! The staff are friendly and attentive and the inclusive breakfast is vast and an excellent start to the day. We would definitely return. Thank you for a memorable visit.

My wife and I started our anniversary trip here and the experience was less than ideal. When we arrived, we were treated rudely by the night manager and charged an extra $140 as our reservation for some reason was only for one guest. Never in my life has it mattered if you put down one or two guests. What is the difference? Total heist. We then get to our room and there is no air-conditioning. Instead of switching our room, they bring us up a fan. Really? They also put us right next to the cleaners closet. So every morning at 6:30am the cleaners would come into the closest, throw brooms/vacuums around, talk loudly and it was impossible to sleep. This is while we were trying to get over jetlag. Brutal. The safe in our room also didn't work, which is just more unneeded stress. Also the breakfast was very average. The hotel did refund us the additional person fee and the staff other than the night manager were polite. That said, I would not stay here again.

This hotel is excellent. Very nice rooms in a great location — high end shopping and easy walk to the Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain. Most of all the front desk was very nice and super helpful.

Lovely hotel, excellent views up top on the roof whilst enjoying a drink, clean and modern rooms. Any query I had the staff were more than accommodating. Wide variety for the continental breakfast. Reasonable proximity to the Metro to get you to all the sites. Good local bars and restaurants nearby.

Staff spoke English as well as Italian. The breakfast buffet was awesome. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The bathroom was very nice too. Only thing is is that you need to bring an adapter for the plugs. They don't have US plugs.

Very well located hotel for exploring all of Rome. Retains somewhat of a classic charm without seeming dated. Excellent staff with many handy recommendations. Breakfast is good value and the roof terrace is a surprising delight. Not luxurious but comfortable and pleasing stay.

This hotel is well situated in a quiet upmarket area. The decor is period and opulent. The reception staff are very helpful and attentive. We had a superior suite which was absolutely top notch. The breakfast menu had plenty of choice and was delicious. The waiting staff were very attentive and friendly. The roof top bar had an amazing panoramic view of Rome. I would definitely recommend this fabulous hotel which is centrally located.

It's on a perfect location, near the Spanish steps and less than a mile from the station. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are a bit old fashioned, but they are redecorating as we speak. Breakfast has enough variety. You can even make your own pancakes! On the rooftop is a restaurant with a breathtaking view over Rome.

Loved everything about this hotel. Very clean, immaculate and well presented staff who went out of their way to help and advise. We arrived Mon 29 Jan for a 3 night stay for my birthday. The young man on duty Monday evening was exceptional. He pointed out routes to various tourist attractions and the best route to take, he also asked what we were having to eat that evening and recommended a fantastic place for pizza even calling the restaurant and making us a reservation. Fantastic service. Breakfast wow so much choice. Excellent hotel will definitely be back.

The hotel has a unique location L. The large entrance with two palms immediately identifies the level of the hotel. The event I attended, a wine tasting, was very nice and cared for.

This hotel is located in the centre of Rome, only a few metres from Termini station and with connections and connections to envy; A very high profile location, a roof Garden from which you can see all of Rome and the halls for unparalleled conventions. The kindness of the staff and staff is an important value, and in this hotel they know it well. To try!

When we went to the city of Rome, we wanted a nice hotel, close to some of the attractions we wanted to see. We found a great hotel!

Fantastic location and services. Reception make you feel very welcome and happy to help however they can, treat them as your city guides. Hotel is very stylish and food is great (breakfast and otherwise) and make sure you go for a drink on the rooftop terrace, Even if it is just for a coffee because the view is the best we had in all of Rome.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a stone's throw from the steps of the Plaza de España, and within walking distance of the most common attractions. The Metro is very close and the central station is a ten minute walk away.
The hotel is refurbished and, at least for what we pay, the value for money is excellent, especially considering the area next to the Hotelazos of the Via Veneto. There are pretty good places to eat in the vicinity, the largest park in Rome less than five minutes and almost everything you would need.
As for the services, breakfast is given in a curious and beautiful room, a little uncomfortable, in the basement. Breakfast is right though with little choice. The three days we were there was always the same although they were quick. The room is correct, the shower very low and, as a curiosity, they leave you a local mobile phone so you can take it. This with free roaming no longer paints anything, but hey.

Front desk team was so helpful and nice. Accommodations were great, but building needs some updating or I would've gave 5 stars. Breakfast buffet was delightful!

Hotel SAVOY was beautiful! The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean and accommodating to our needs. I can't help but rave about our service at the concierge by John Lucca. He helped map out and plan our 3 night stay by suggesting the best restaurants and historical sites to see in Rome and we were never disappointed! Every night we returned he always made sure to ask us how our evening was and was very personable. We greatly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Only went for dinner. The service was so poor our waitress sloshed the water and wine. Looked bored the entire time. My meal was served cold. She did take it back. My husband finished his meal before she brought mine back. Still not hot. What a disappointment. This was the only poor food and poor service we have had in this last week.

Stayed at the Hotel Savoy Roma in September 2017. The good: — Excellent staff, very considerate and assistive. We we're lucky to be able to check in at 10am, and after 21 hours in transit from Sydney this was VERY helpful. — Rooftop area is a wonderful feature and gives amazing views of Time — breakfast is great with a broad selection of cuisine — Rooms are adequate with true double beds. — Wi-Fi is adequate and free of charge — hotel provides 'handy' cell phone which is a free to use mobile phone with unlimited data and calls to certain countries The bad — Rooms are dated and could use paint and renovation. Our bathroom had issues with plumbing and mould — rooms are small but this is Rome! — the hotel lacks other modern facilities such as gym or pool.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Anything which can be done to help is never too much trouble. The accommodation is comfortable and the choices for breakfast would suit all tastes. For a special occasion or treat, the five course 'taster' menu should be tried. Don't be mislead; taster doesn't mean tiny portions! I'd definitely stay here again when in Rome.

The room was clean, the staff friendly. But breakfast was a dud: DIY pancakes (shares a machine that churns out pancakes) ; Finished maple syrup; Cornets of cardboard (in Rome?! ) ; Fruit juices from supermarket and no juices.

All I can say about this hotel is the location is great. Concierge and service was less than satisfactory… My 2 rooms for 6 days were less than appealing. Its only saving grace was the location, location, location.

Having stayed at Hotel Savoy only one night after a week of long walks around Southern Europe, I can't comment much on the comfort of the mattresses since I would have fallen sound asleep on a rock by then. That said, the beds were comfortable, the service was prompt and agreeable, and the accommodations were plentiful. The rooms all include a smartphone with free 4g data that you are invited to take with you into the city but unfortunately we were only at Savoy for a day and didn't get to test much of the functionality. The bathrooms are spacious, as are the rooms and there is little I could find to complain about, they even included q-tips in the bathroom kit. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a room in the central of Rome.

Room was beautiful and more spacious than any we've stayed in in Italy. The main tourist attractions are all less than an hour walk from here. Employees were friendly. Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety. Internet wasn't great though. Overall we really enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay here again.

We booked the rooms ourselves and not through the cruise line. Saved quite a bit money. The concierge contacted us via email and was very helpful in recommendations about travel to the hotel We had them arrange a private car to pick us up from the airport. Helpful with dinner suggestions and what to see and do in Rome. They also have a nice restaurant on the premises. Centrally located to many of the tourist attractions and relatively easy to walk or take a taxi, which was Euro 15 to the Vatican.

I recently stayed at the Savoy hotel in Rome with some friends and had a wonderful time. The hotel is beautifully and conveniently situated and is within walking distance of most attractions. Breakfast is really good, with lots of choices and fresh food. The room was very clean and the bathroom very spacious with wonderfully clean and refreshed towels everyday. However, the most remarkable thing about this hotel is the staff, especially the people at the front desk. They are all very friendly and helpful and very professional in what they do. I have no complaints whatsoever. They went above and beyond to help us with our queries. I will be returning to Rome in August and will be staying there again. Some people have complained about the décor style about it being "dated". I do not think that it is dated; it is a style" of décor and maybe that is the style the hotel prefers to have. There is nothing wrong with that. Some people like it, some people do not.

Lived here with his wife in may 2012 year, on the advice of a friend. The staff is friendly and helpful! The Russian did not speak, but much can be attributed to gestures) ) )! Very nice view from the roof of the restaurant on Rome! Beautiful view from the balcony of our rooms. Not far from the many attractions and Termini train station, from where we went to Florence and Naples. If once again will be in Rome, do not hesitate to stop here.

I recommend this Hotel. I spent 3 nights in it and I thought it was very good. Excellent location! From the roof terrace you can see the Coliseum, the monument to Vittorio Enmanuelle and the dome of St. Peter's basilica. Not to mention the relatively nearby which is the Piazza Spagna and the fontana di trevi. The comfortable, clean rooms. Staff very attentive and diligent and speak Spanish. In short very good stay.
