La Residenza Hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and within a short walk to the major attractions. The Spanish Steps & the Trevi Fountain are within a short walk. The hotel is very clean and service is exceptional. Breakfast was very good as well as the restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel for the location and very good quality room and food.

Well positioned. Comfortable rooms. Good food. Great cocktails. Helping & charming staff. A great place to retreat to after heavy day of sightseeing.

We did not stay at the hotel but had dinner at the restaurant. This is some of the best pasta we have had in Italy! The lasagna bolonase was extraordinary and the ravioli supreme! Super kudos to this place!

Great hotel, large and well-maintained rooms. Reception always courteous and lavish of advice.

Inside the hotel, the atmosphere of an old but well-groomed Italian house with its character feels as if it got into a film of old times. On the steps accompanies pleasant light music and in the evenings in the bar you can chat with a very friendly bartender for a glass of gin.

Lovely, comfortable hotel with very helpful staff and wonderful array of choices for breakfast. Very central too within five minute walk from hop on hop off bus stop and ten minutes from Spanish Steps. Would definitely stay there again when back in Rome.

Painting and pleasant location in the "Dolce Vita" area I stopped for lunch for business with some guests at the Restaurant "The Courtyard" of the hotel "La Residenza" in Via Emilia.
Great quality of food in a very pleasant and sympathetic setting with a value for money and quality that is certainly very good.
The kitchen also offers an extraordinary gourmet pizza as well as excellent dishes of Roman and international cuisine. Truly a pleasant surprise!

The reception was very friendly, with lots of good advice. Vincenzo was there in the daytime and he truly made us feel cared for. The rooms have really good air conditioning, which is essential if you're in Rome in the Summer. Also, the Jr suite we got was huge. You could easily fit a whole family in one Jr Suite.

It's ok. Very clean. Good breakfast. Not so sure about the area. A few lap dance clubs around. It's meant to be 4 star but not sure it deserves that.

Really glad I found this hotel online… room was great with a terrace (3rd floor). Staff are friendly with all the info on how best to get around. Breakfast was great too. Would definitely stay here again if back in Rome!

Fabulous hotel, wonderfully decorated and furnished. The rooms are large and well fitted, bathrooms fully equiped (2 sinks, bide, large shower). The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, very close to Piazza Spania and Villa Borghese, whithin walking distance of the main tourist attractions. Breakfast suits all tastes, a plentyfull buffet.

Stylish, comfortable and quiet 4 star hotel. Good buffet breakfast. 4 minutes walking distance from piazza Barberini and 10 minutes from the Spanish steps.

Beautifully decorated and upgraded hotel with spacious common areas and elegant furnishings. Hotel staff is accommodating and pleasant with tourist information and helpful assistance. Rooms are spacious and very well furnished. Breakfast is delicious with lots of fresh fruit, real eggs, cheeses and lots of pastries. Cappochino was a welcome delight! Hotel is set in a wonderful location with many great restaurants close by.

All well apart from the breakfast room, where there is a really annoying background noise and not suitable for a four star, you don't understand if it comes from the heating or a fridge or toaster or anything, the staff in the breakfast room speak loudly in the kitchen and in the room, in short, in these conditions better to have breakfast in the room.

This hotel is the former home of an Italian prince and his family. It retains its charm and elegance, while catering to the needs of the modern traveler. The rooms are spacious, with generous and comfortable beds. The bathrooms are well appointed. The hotel is mid-renovation at the moment. We got a peek at one of the newly remodeled rooms and the bathrooms are going to be amazing. (Walk in showers to replace the shower-tub combo. )
The breakfast room is lovely and the breakfast offered is very nice.
Honestly, we can't wait to return! The location is perfect, just steps off the Via Veneto. The staff is very gracious.

My stay here could not have been better. Staff was EXCELLENT! Room was really clean and nice. What a value. Very Romantic! If you are looking for a lot of technology, and a lot of TV and Wi-Fi, then stay at home.
