Good hotel but you need to walk for 10 mins for nearest bus station.

Overall the hotel was great for it’s price and the rooms were of a decent size as were the beds. The room was simple but had everything we needed. The staff spoke very good English and were very friendly. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner (at a price) which is handy for a lot of people. The only downside to this hotel would be that you would need to travel by bus to get to the city centre but they run frequently and until late.

This hotel breaks the Rome cheap hotel stereotype. Living proof that you can find a decent hotel for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Clean hotel. Good comunication with centre of the city. Only breakfast is always the same each day.

In the Catacombs Domitilla area. Comfortable enough for the center by moving with the buses. Possibility of parking. Clean room.

Abbiamo alloggiato per una notte, stanza accogliente e pulita, bagno perfetto. Personale disponibilissimo, ci ha aiutato con gli spostamenti a Roma. Abbiamo anche pranzato, tutto buonissimo a prezzi contenuti.

Good price and nice personnel but the walls are a bit thin.

I stayed this weekend, the deal, the cleanliness, the food and the price are excellent. The Navigatore Square is a 5-minute walk away and has the necessary stops for the most emblematic monuments. If you prefer to walk you will reach the Colosseum in 45 minutes. I recommend this hotel at 100% and especially appreciate the treatment and sympathy of the receptionist Simona.

Hotel in the area a bit off-set but all in all well connected. Ample parking (surcharge). Every access, even to the rooms, happens with a magnetic card. Cleanliness and order everywhere, friendly and accommodating staff. Clean room, TV in room, bathroom with large washbasin and shower cubicle but no bidet. Personal safe in the closet. We were very very pleased and will be back.

The property is well kept and well connected with the city center. The staff is very courteous. The parking inside is there but it is chargeable. The breakfast is good and sufficiently varied, although the coffee is not great.
The standard room has almost all the comforts, but the bathroom lacks the bidet.
The price of the tourist tax is quite high for a 3 star, but this depends on being in Rome.
I didn't try the restaurant inside, so I can't judge it.
Structure booked on Smartbox, I could not tell how the prices are outside.

The Hotel is very small If you are lucky enough to have the room to the right of the lobby, they are better. Anyway they are all very kind and attentive.

The hotel itself is nicely build with good lobby, garden area with garden furniture to spend some time, a small bar apart from the in-house restaurant. Highly secured; requires your room key card to even enter the main door of the property. The staff was quiet helpful in all regards. The rooms are spacious enough just for 2 beds. Adding an extra bed leaves no space in the room at all. The location is a bit far from the main city center; which might be of interest to others, however, I would prefer to stay near the center when on vacations.

The breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful and Prei. Food in the restaurant was good.

Friendly atmosphere, very helpful staff, indoor parking (in Rome is strategic), a WI that goes to great and a conference room that say exceptional is little.
Also in the structure there is a restaurant where you eat really well, especially the typical dishes of Rome, and you pay little.

The kitchen of the restaurant is really a surprise, imaginative, rich and genuine. Absolutely try the sweets prepared on site.

Two stars just for the comfy bed. I dined at the restaurant, I took a entrecote of beef, very hard and did not know anything paid €16!. Breakfast 6, €5! Parking inside €5!. Never again…

Great hotel, great staff. Felt like a really good 4* hotel. Ideal location, 5-10 minute walk to a bus stop serving many buses that take you all around the city.

Well, not exceptional corn, the meals are superb cons.

In three days of lodging we did not fix the TV.

I recommend this hotel. It is located in a very quiet area with nice and neat surroundings. The rooms are pretty welcoming and they are cleaned daily which is an important asset. The restaurant have very delicious food at a decent price and tasty drinks. Let’s not forget about the staff which was very friendly and which helped us a lot during our holiday. :)

It's just a cheap place, nothing more. They also stole everything I had left in the fridge… Mah… Ahh and if you go there for business, they don't even have an iron or they offer laundry service, so if you come from afar and you have to iron a shirt for a meeting the next day, stay fresh.

Everything you would expect from a 3 stars hotel. The furniture is ok and the rooms and the bathrooms are clean if somewhat small. There is also a restaurant. The location is good if you are interested in the catacombs and the Appia Antica park. Rather far from subway stations, so if you want to visit the center you will have to take a bus. Would recommend for low price (around 35 euros per night single room).

Quiet and clean hotel with friendly staff. 20 minutes from Rome Termini. The room had only 1 power socket which wasn't enough for us.

Little connected with the city center, but if you have a medium is a viable alternative. The room is clean, the staff very courteous.

Staff need to learn to smile and be polite the female supervisor that worked on reception was so rude and unhelpful hotel not near any shops or restaurants walking through run down areas hotel was clean that's why I have given 2 stars and for one member off staff giannarco man on reception he was the only member of staff that was helpful if u are a plus size person don't expect to have a shower the doors to get in the shower are so small food basic eggs at breakfast tasted and looked like they had been cooked for over 2 hrs very grey colour fruit was looking limp and weeks old not fresh.

Because it is a quiet place the rooms are poorly equipped and do not live up to the essential amenities.

Good value for money, pity x the 6 euros per head of the breakfast a bit too many x an all-automated service. It was a very quiet hotel. The staff was very helpful.

Reception and housekeeping staff are really friendly and nice, always smiling. I loved the outside area and garden. Located pretty far from the bus station and market, but is calm there. Restaurant is really good. Is very dark in rooms on a first floor, so we had always lights on.

What you need for a modest support in the vicinity of the center. Hotel with everything you need and clean. Rooms and supplies not perfect but acceptable. No bidet in the bathroom. Area well served by public transport.

Bed too hard, almost marble and room too hot with the TV too loud. On the other hand, prices not too high and clean environments.

I liked my stay warm, I have not used the services of restoration with the small restaurant and Café autour.

Actually, a great Hotel, unfortunately with very small defects which I do not understand why this cannot be fixed. That would be with only a few minor adjustments done. See Photos In The Shower. The Breakfast was great with a great Buffet, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, eggs and finally a good coffee. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. By the way, do you speak absolutely good German. English would have been enough. Unfortunately, the plant is not a beautiful place, where you also have time to sit outside. All in all, but really to recommend.

Excellent position, between Fiumicino and city. Nice hotel, excellent staff and cosy rooms. Easy access to Rome via ATAC Bus-Transfer. Close to Via Appia Antica — > Must see! Easy access to VATICAN via Termini or bus within 17 minutes. I will definitely come back.

Valid, comfortable, affordable.

A clean and quiet. A bit outside the Centre but very easy to reach by public transport.
