Very clean and tidy. Even the rooms are comfortable and quiet. Beware, however, that the overnight stay does not provide breakfast to be paid apart.

I stayed two nights for work. Room tidy and clean. It's air conditioning, but very noisy so it's impossible to keep it on at night. Classic décor, breakfast not very stocked but good, friendly and helpful staff.

Location is perfect, close to piazza Brà and Arena. The room is nice, bathroom design is good with a "rain" shower, staff is friendly and professional.

Excellent hotel near the center, cleanliness, hospitality and friendliness make the stay pleasant.

We loved our stay here, the staff were so helpful and it’s centrally located in Verona — I really recommend it!

Great hotel located a stone's throw from the arena of Verona. I recommend to agree before the arrival for parking seen the narrow streets of the historic center of Verona.

Sad to say we are not happy with this hotel. The Wi-Fi is extremely slow. Only enough for a smartphone, anything bigger forget it. The air conditioning in the rooms is also a no show. As far as the staff goes the gentleman who worked the afternoon we checked in was very helpful. The morning shift woman could care less about customers needs. Will I stay here again NO! Would I recommend the hotel to others NO!

Such a great hotel! Many thanks to the staff for making us feel so welcome! Great location and the room was beautiful! The only thing they don't have is free parking. We had to pay $24 for the night to park our car.

We had a wonderful five days at this hotel. The staff were excellent. The breakfast was fantastic. The hotel was very clean and also very convenient for all the sites. Could not recommend it enough.
