The only kindness was when we went out and went in otherwise we were ignored.
After a minor accident, no support or requests for recovery. And with a condescending attitude towards new guests.

Friendly, available and flexible staff. Room in perfect order. Good choice at breakfast but for this price I would have liked even more variety.

Not adequate the 4 stars. Missing a spa, breakfast not included and not taken care of the street in front of the entrance (there was a dead mouse on the strata 10 meters from the entrance).

First stay at this hotel. Will definitely return. Perfect location, about a 10 minute walk from Verona's centre. Room was excellent. Very clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. There was a chocolate left on the bedside table every evening for our return which was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend this hotel. Had a fantastic stay :)

Smashing hotel staff great stayed here 2 year's ago when we only saw the first act of Turundot when a violent storm happened so if lightening doesn't strike twice this evening I shall give 100% lol.

When the hotel is full they offer the alternative of the Mini Apartments ' Carissimi ' and a bit outdated.

Excellent hotel, very close to city center (Piazza Bra and Arena). The rooms are comfortable and silent, and the breakfast is just wonderful. I’ve already tried other options in Verona, but definitely Best Western Hotel Firenze is the better choice. On summer, the hotel offers bicycles.

Very good location, between train station and Verona centre. Decent room, and contemporary touch to the decoration. Definitely worth coming back to.

We only stayed here one night but the room was amazing. Very large and the bed was very comfortable. Close to town and all the sight one might want to see. Also I quick walk from the train station. Highly recommend.

This was our 2nd stay at the hotel and we were just as impressed as the first time, staff are very friendly, hotel is beautiful and very clean! Central to everything, we are planning a 3rd visit and won't stay anywhere else.

Location of the hotel is excellent. Right in the centre of the city very close to Railway station. But the tariff is on the higher side when compared to the facilities offered. They dont have a kitchen yet. So you only get breakfast. No dinner or lunch is available. Breakfast is complementary and is excellent.

For the price, this is a great hotel to stay in Verona. Around 100 euro, you get a decent size room and good water pressure and TV has many channels (90% in Italian). There is a mini bar but you can take all out to use it to store something during your stay. Just 5 min walk from the bus/train station where you can get airport bus for only 6 euro. Also a few blocks away from the Piazza, center of Verona. Breakfast is really good. Most items are BIO. Croissants are excellent, and plenty of bread and fruits, cheese, etc. Eggs are either boil-yourself or scrambled. Espresso machine works well (similar to one you see at Lufthansa lounges). Overall, it was a great stay here.

Friendly staff and nice breakfast. At 500 meters from the center of Verona … has an underground car park is available approximately 200 metres of the hotel. Breakfast with buffet. Excellent.

One of the best! And I do a little traveling in Italy for the third time. Well all, "but" only one; Parking surcharge 16th/C, landscaping and "Not for Dummies", " mechanics "for You", the better not to go install it on your own!

I stayed at this hotel in 2014 for two days. The staff were always helpful and very courteous. Found it very pleasant staying in the room given me because clean, spacious and very comfortable. The location of the hotel. If I can go back there again.

This is a very nice hotel. The room is spacious and the decor has a special charm. The furniture, bed linen and bathroom were always perfectly clean. The front desk staff was very helpful and quick in attendance. Recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, the breakfasts were amazing and the service was excellent. Also the location midway between the railway and the center of town was so convenient. You can guess where we will be staying next time.

Great hotel in a great location to take advantage of all the amenities offered by the city of Verona. It's super close to Porta Nuova railway station, a few hundred metres from the arena and around the town.
The room I was allocated was immaculate attention to detail and offered all the comforts you would expect when staying at Hotel (minibar, jacuzzi shower, hot drinks maker with selection of quality filters)
The breakfast buffet was rich in both sweet and salty that any deli finally found the staff really nice and helpful to resolve quickly any mixup (let me borrow a giant umbrella to survive the torrential rain that day and been a thought really appreciated).
I was sad to be stayed one night but will be reason to return to visit the city.

Nice hotel but rooms on the front were very noisy. Excellent breakfast. Most of the staff were very helpful. On the morning we left, there were 3 staff on reception, too busy talking to deal with us. We stood patiently waiting to pay our bill and they ignored us. The hotel stored our luggage for us on the day of checkout but left the luggage in the middle of the entrance way and gave us no receipt. We were unsettled by that because if it had been taken we had no proof that we had left it with the hotel. A receipt system is essential.

I am a historian of this hotel and I can say with utmost sincerity that I always had a great time.

Good experience had with the Hotel. Relatively close to most of the places of interest in the city and can make movements to walk without difficulty. Very nice and varied breakfast. The attention of their officials, equally warm and welcoming efforts by the Spanish. A little high costs.

Great location for visiting the old city. It is an easy walk from both the train station and town. The room, amenities and bed were very good. The shower was one of the best of any other 3 or 4 star locations in Italy. The room was also quiet even though it is located on a main street to town. There are also several outside tables on the sidewalk next to the main street for relaxing drinking or eating. We would definitely stay here again.

6 of us stayed here in September. The Hotel is located in a great place for a short walk into the Centre/Arena for the Opera and also for the Train/Bus station for day trips to Venice and Lake Garda. The Hotel itself is first class and should provide for most of your needs, rooms spacious and well equiped, breakfast was also very good. Then there is the staff, all of which we found most helpful. We would have no hesitation in recommending the Firenze to fellow travellers. Pj.

Staying at Hotel Firenze was an great experience and thanks its staff so kind with us. Hotel location is unsurpassable: close to train station, close to Arena and Downtown, easy walk around, etc. Accomodation excellent. When I came back to Verona, I will stay there.

Four of us stayed here in July for a few nights. The hotel and its staff exceeded our expectations. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the hotel had the feeling of being well run and also where the staff were happy. The location is brilliant, just a short walk into the centre for all the sights, including the arena. Loads of places to eat, but we found best value in the streets off the main squares. Although strangely we went twice the the restaurant close to the arena, and each time it was good value with great service. The hotel breakfast is very good, and constantly topped up by the staff. We would recommend it to anyone going to Verona, and would certainly use it again.

I have been to this beautiful Hotel last new year's Eve.
Conveniently located to walk to both the train station and the historic centre of Verona, the hotel offers finely furnished and a professional and friendly.
The breakfast was amazing.

Stayed there in June — Great location — Breakfast room and breakfast sufficient. Bed were comfortable. Did research on Tripadvisor and this was shown to be one of the best. The Grand Hotel is almost opposite and looks very nice from outside but is old inside, Best Western Hotel Firenze is best option. Walking distance to the Opera and main city centre. Can suggest if visiting for first time.

Very clean, updated and a comfortable room for a one night stay. Also, the continental breakfast was large and quite delicious. The hotel also stored our luggage while we toured around Verona for the morning/early afternoon. Overall, a great hotel experience.
