Good hotel. With the typical features of the hotels of a large chain. Non-central area, rather quiet. Friendly staff. Good service. Building without artistic relevance.

Lovely stuff, very helpful, clean comfortable bed and room, kettle and tea bags, and cosmetics, flat screen TV and super clean. You can't get better than this for a super price. Perfect location.

Great structure close to the walls surrounding the ancient city of Verona and in Piazza Brà where the Arena is located. It is a short walk from the "Tomb of Juliet" and the museum of frescoes and is in a great location to visit the entire old town on foot or for an evening at the Arena. The hotel is well looked after, the rooms are clean and adequate and a pass is provided on request to park in the area (it would be blue hourly). Great value for money.

This is a magnificent hotel. It is new and very clean. Breakfast was excellent. The Wifi was easy to connect and worked fine. With that said when the air conditioning does not work all of other amenities mean nothing. Our a/c stopped running and it was a very hot night. If my a/c worked I would have given this hotel 5 stars.

Very clean, nicely decorated room, modern bathroom. Nice and friendly staff If you have forgotten the brushing and toothpaste, shampoo, soap, razor, shaving foam and even tampons don't worry! In reception will provide everything for free.

Well located Hotel very close to the old town. Completely renovated in the furnishings with comfortable rooms very clean and quiet. The staff The only drawback is the breakfast a little minimal with a service not complying with the other standards of the property.

Great hotel. It's just around the corner from the arena and shopping. The rooms are comfortable and a good size. The breakfast is great value at five euros with a very good selection. Staff very helpful.

Great hotel. Silent. Elegant and comfortable. A few steps from the center. Near Arena. Staff. Only "Pecca" room light not near the bed.

I really liked the looks of the hotel and the welcoming staff, however the little things aren't smooth — like the soap canister wasn't fixed, the heating in the room didn't work and some other minor elements. We still had fun and would return to the hotel as it is located in a great location.

I loved the location of this hotel. We found parking on the street and were given a permit by the hotel. The room was small but sufficient. The breakfast buffet was very generous. In all I loved our stay in Verona at our BW plus Hotel.

Nice small hotel… freindly staff but no Airconditioning… the staff person told us that owner has asked them to shut it.

Good: Room was very nice. Breakfast was ok. Bad: No room service at all — — > just frozen food. No gym. PARKING: we were told to park in the "area around the hotel" however still received a parking ticket even though we had a parking permit of the hotel. However the hotel staff forgot to mention that the permit is only valid within the "walls around the hotel". All in all: Fine for one night but dont stay longer.

Very well placed but lack of comfort.

The hotel location is well suited to the Arena, you can reach it in 5 minutes on foot. It's my second time here and the place is very clean and the staff welcoming. You can easily find parking and the area is very quiet at night, far from traffic. Good selection of home made cakes in the morning!

Really nice and comfortable hotel, our room had everything you need. Clean and very quiet rooms.
It is 5 minutes from the arena, so really convenient to get to downtown.

Great location. Central yet quiet. Very nice staff, room large, clean and pleasant. Great bathroom. Parking spaces directly in front of the hotel, otherwise in approx. 150 meters distance a large, guarded, 24 parking (Tribunale). Recommended to be coming back.

Nice hotel, located near the Verona Arena and the historic centre. The staff that we attended is very friendly but they did not understand the Spanish and the regular English. The only thing wrong with the price, a little expensive for the dates (Valentine). Recommended.

Hotel very well located in the center of Verona, only 5 minutes walk from the "Arena", so very close to all the main attractions. Rooms, though with essential furnishings, complete with everything and well-cleaned. Very small bathroom. The hotel staff showed a great deal of attention to the customer, making themselves always thoughtful and helpful.
Much appreciated is "The happy Hour" based on prosecco or spritz offered to customers every evening from 6am to 7am. Breakfast is also very good, complete with everything (homemade cakes, cold cuts, fresh fruit, yogurth, cereals)

I don't know the Hotel there. I've been to a photographic exhibition of Verona photography. The lobby is definitely cozy and stylish, and the catering service inside which offered the buffet was very knowledgable and friendly. At 2 steps from piazza bra.

Clean hotel with new interiors, with parking and just a few metres from the arena. Only niggles: staff unwelcoming and poor service offered against the price paid: spending 200 euros per night for two, I would appreciate not having breakfast with self-service coffee and find the shampoo in the room.
