The hotel is very nice. Love the room, also the hotel is very close to restaurants
And to the busses tours.

Friendly helpful staff. Looked after suitcases prior to checkin and when room available took to room was most appreciated. The breakfast was all you could ask for beautiful fruit pastries pancakes eggs bacon what morecould you ask for. It is on a perfect to explore Verona.

I booked this “hotel “ because of the location. The only room left was in another building. When we arrived we found out that the building was almost a Km away (800m). This was a a ride in a tuktuk to an apartment block on a back street. Apparently they run over seven different apartment locations. My advice is book an airbnb direct as that is what this is in disguise except they charge hotel rates 290/night!

Friendly staff who could recommend the best restaurants! Also very fluent french. Basic breakfast, the typical offer you can expect.

The room was clean. Good service Private garage and someone who helps you carry the bags. Breakfast was fine.

Cozy Hotel, well kept and rooms comfortable and clean. Two steps dell Arena and all the main tourist attractions.

Windows weren't soundproof so could hear everything outside till the late hours, women at front reception was very rude also. They put us in a room right beside breakfast so could hear everything from 7am ☹️☹️ not a big fan of this hotel. Also room defo needed painted!

The location is central, I would say a few steps from the arena and 15 minutes from the station. The room is a little bit small but clean. Impeccable reception with water, juice and treats or cakes to deceive the wait of the check in. Only flaws breakfast, not too good coffee, wide choice of cereal but no milk or yogurt (maybe they were finished). Either way I would go back to try the spa.

Great location But I don't understand what it costs to put a car, even waffles, for a decent coffee… small but clean rooms, nice bathroom. However very noisy both by road and by the hallways.

Very central hotel, 100 meters from Piazza Bra and arena. Very nice and modern internally. Room on the second floor small but very cute with two windows on the street. Breakfast is great and varied. Cleaning ok. Everything's perfect. Recommended.

In booking it is understood that the hotel offers own parking included in the price and that the hotel has a SPA.
We were told that the parking of the hotel was full and we have to park the car in a parking lot on the street for €22 more and that the SPA is to 200 meters outside the hotel!
This is very central, but the value for money could be better.

Very nice hotel, we spent 4 days and we had a very good time, great location for those who want to visit the old town, very good breakfast. Entrance to the spa very relaxing.

1 location two stops from the station and three steps from the arena of Verona 2 polite staff helpful and prepared.
You put your ease by giving all the info asked and not.
Only according to my word have kept me a reservation without the guarantee of a valid prepaid card (the one included on the booking site was without funds).
3 service grants you the possibility to leave your luggage both on arrival and at departure.
While you wait for your turn to pay for the room you have a small break where you can try some juice and some piece of cake to deceive the wait or just because you have a bit of hunger.
4 room clean, simple but with new furniture, TV of at least 50 inches, shower slightly small but with a considerable water jet power. Heating. Permaflex mattresses new and comfortable. Only Peccca… The mattresses are single and the minimum movement moves and risks at some point to find you with half a mattress outside the perimeter of the bed and with the space in the middle where of course you finish.
In the room you have two low pillows and two high coscini.
In The bathroom towels for the bidet, for the face and for the shower.
5 copious and varied breakfast, even the Nutella in original boxes. Nothing but cocoa cream.
I found in this hotel services its own targeted customer needs… Good. We return Senz else.

Good location. The welcome refreshment is nice. The room we were assigned had stained bedspreads… they changed room but the episode was quite unpleasant. Good breakfast.

Great location of the hotel. The room was clean and quiet. Helpful and friendly staff. In my opinion only breakfast is a bit ' to improve although it is very varied.

The parking garage is super safe … The room was a little bit loud cause it was facing the street and you could hear the traffic even through the closed window. The staff was friendly and able to speak different languages (one man at the beginning was a little bit grumpy ;) ) We highly recommend staying here when visiting the beautiful city of Verona!

Dirty and disgustingly discoloured bedding … the rest was good, only you felt absolutely uncomfortable by the dirt …

We had a 2 night stay here. On the plus side Ideally located near to the main city attractions. The staff in general were professional and courteous. The breakfast was exceptional and above average. The city streets were exceptionally clean and well cared for by the council. The general public were on the whole well behaved and polite. There was some evidence of beggars, Romney and street vendors who were easy to discourage and on the whole not much of a problem. On the negative side. We arrived on the weekend and the weekend staff are friendly but unfortunately I overheard one of the girls on the front desk discussion a guest in a rather disparaging way which disappointed me. I speak very little Italian but I did understand her enough to see that this may not be a suitable place for her to work. If you do not like people or feel that providing customers service is beneath you the work somewhere else.

What an amazing place, we had originally booked another hotel which had misplaced our reservation which meant we were stranded on our last night in Italy after becoming newlyweds. The Mastino came to our rescue; not only did they get us the rooms we required at a reasonable rate we were then upgraded free of charge, melting away any stress that was previously there. We can not thank the staff enough. Many thanks from the new Mr & Mrs Williams.

In the middle of the Arena. Modern and comfortable rooms. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Garage available upon reservation.

Posizione super! hotel carino ma camera sfortunata: bagno senza riscaldamento e rumori meccanici di notte da stanze confinanti (ventole o altro, bho). Tubo della doccia assurdamente corto, bisogna piegare le gambe! Colazione con macchina cappuccino da dimenticare, ma buone le brioches.

Great location, clean and quite. Hotel 3 *, but better than most 4 *, which I have visited.

Lack of professionalism of staff by phone indicates fictitious figures asking to confirm your reservation by email to which they respond indicating figures definitely higher. When you ask to speak to the reservations Manager for clarification, it denies.

Air conditioning not yet burning, it's spring but on the third floor, piccinoia's warm and open window lets in a casino exaggerated from the street. Avoid the rooms overlooking the street. For the rest considered l location and if you like coffee machines can go.
