Prime location. Shoddy Wi-Fi. We had to sit in a corner of the room to get any signal. Others had to stand in the halls. The bed we had, double room, was a pull out couch. Very uncomfortable. Luckily we were only there for two nights. (just fyi since I'm late with this review, this was back in July of 2017)

➜ Place to flee by honest people. Needless to hope to cross the owner, it makes work of students who are receiving and cleaning women. Attention for payment, obligatory liquid, BA what the price is also more expensive than expected by the site, why? Sheet and towel imposed in addition? Tourist trap and in addition if you are not happy, he proposes to put you outside! Charming.

That was an awful apartments and the worst service ever. The location is really good but this was the only one good point. The apartment is dirty, very poor furnished and doesn’t worth its price. The owner doesn’t care about the comfort of the guests. If you are not satisfied with the service it doesn’t matter — there is anyway plenty of other tourists who come to Venice every day. We booked a triple room with 3 separate beds (we are 3 women) but when we arrived we found 1 single bed and one double bed. With one thin blanket to share on it. This problem could be solved easily if we asked at the reception for an extra blanket. But there was nobody at the reception. Also the next day. We called to Emilio (the owner) and told him that it was very cold in the room and we can not sleep. The only «help» what we got was his genial advice: «You should open the windows and let the warm air in». Good idea. Especially at night when the temperature outside is +13 and the house surrounded by canals. A little bit about «facilities». The room was ugly, only 2 caps and 2 spoons (in a triple room). The blankets and pillows were very thin and old. It was an terrible night – we had to put towels (for the towels you pay extra) under the pillows to make them thicker and slept in the clothes because it was very cold. In the morning we called to Emilio and said that the room was not acceptable for living and we were leaving.
