Simple hotel with simple rooms and breakfast. The staff (girls) are all very nice and accommodating.

In order to get you booked they lie about the capacity of the rooms and despite being told to put in the mail scars requests, they do not look at them. They pretend to give a special price instead then they do not give you the agreed room even if written in the email. Only really deserving note breakfast.

Charming hotel set on a quiet area of Venice yet centre can be easily reached by foot or boat. Hotel very classy, modern and clean.

We recently stayed for 4 nights and cannot find fault. The staff are friendly and very proud of this stunning boutique hotel. Nothing is too much trouble and they are very thoughtful. The breakfast buffet is delicious. Our room was fresh and elegant. Everyone speaks English and the location was perfect — arts quarter of Venice. It feels like a fashion designers hotel.

Rooms were allot smaller then the pictures, no real place too put your bags. AC was shut off on October 1st yet the room was to hot and humid to sleep in without the window open and opening the window let the mosquitos in which feasted on us all night. The front desk said we could get a fan but they never delivered. Another reason you have to open the window is the smell from the sewers at night in Venice is horrible as it backs up into the room. Our third night in the hotel we resorted to buying bug spray. The morning buffet and the service however are top notch.

In a quiet area close to the centre 20 minutes on foot or by Vaporetto station Salute 5 minutes from the hotel I recommend it without hesitation.

My stay here was a nightmare. Stayed here for 3 nights with my wife and a 2 year old. They clearly advertised Air Conditioning in the room, but on arrival they said that AC is switch off centrally and they cannot turn on AC in the room. Room was very hot. They suggested we open the windows to let cool air come in. However, opening the windows let to a tremendous influx of mosquito's (100s of them). They tried switching to a different room, but the problem was same. They failed to provide simple remedies such as mosquito repellent or fans, instead just said it's like this all over Venice. Aside from this, the bathroom had a persistent foul smell, likely from old drainage. Also, they had construction work going on inside the hotel premise, which led to noise early morning. Overall recommendation is to stay away from this place.

Reshaped iterior packed with very small rooms unless you book the suite. Plastic floor with wood print. No bedside lamp, plug socket disaster, some design mistakes, invasive ambient perfume, no international TV, nice breakfast room. Come on you can do better than this.

Never go there. No heating, small rooms, mold.
