Gorgeous hotel in an ideal location in Venice. The staff were very friendly and helpful while we were there. Unfortunately we left something valuable in the room which we didn't realise until we were back in the UK and despite contacting them several times they have not responded at all. A real shame and disappointing after such excellent customer service while we were there.

Menu and wine selection needs to be improved if you want your guest to stay in and eat. I was unimpressed with the menu selection and the wine by the glass offering. Also need better air circulation in the hotel… to warm and stuffy.

The hotel was beautiful with gorgeous views and located on the more quiet side of Venice. The service and daily breakfast was great. Unfortunately, there was an issue with sound where on occasion we were able to hear our neighbours entire conversation but besides that I was very happy with our stay and will definitely come back.

Very nice hotel located in the heart of Venice. The opportunity to have breakfast on the terrace on the Grand Canal guarantees the start of a beautiful day. Loan of a mobile phone as needed and careful decoration with the notable presence of artwork in the hotel.

For > 300 EUR per night I would have expected more. The outside of the hotel is absolutely gorgeous. A beautiful old palace. Inside the style is mixed with bright colors and a lot of gold in the rooms. Modern and flashy. We stayed two nights and we had to change our rooms in between because we changed from being 3 people to two. They assured us they would bring the luggage in our new room but of course it was not there when we arrived. In addition I forgot something in my old room and apparently it vanished in those 5h that we were outside… Rooms looked pretty but were very unpractical. The water in the sink would splash at you when opening it to wide and there were tons of steps a corners where you could hit yourself especially at night. So to summarize, its pretty but not worth the money.

An absolute joy! The service is remarkable. The location is very good… the other side of the Grand Canal is best. Food and and some shopping right outside doors. Public boat transportation and gondola stations within a block. The only reason not 5 star is side of canal.

Excellent hotel located in a quiet part of Venice. You have to walk a fair distance to the main attractions. Excellent hotel and very good service with a very good breakfast. Would highly recommend.

During my last visit to Venice, I stayed at the SINA Centurion Palace. I had often admired the beautiful façade of the palazzo from Canal Grande as well as the inner courtyard on Campo di San Gregorio. Now was the perfect time to indulge myself. As soon as you enter the hotel and you are greeted by the extremely friendly staff, you will feel at home. The entire hotel bathes in luxury and contemporary design. It’s the perfect combination between old and new. I also had a din…ner at Antinoo's restaurant and it was exquisite. Massimo Livan serves cuisine with a contemporary twist. Every dish was a feast for the eyes and delicious to taste. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Sina Centurion Palace and I highly recommend it. Absolutely stunning hotel. We stayed here for a long weekend over the May bank holiday. The location means that it's in a nice quiet spot and you can get a water taxi straight to the door. Highly reccomend.

The hotel is beautiful with the lobby, the courtyard and the canal seating. The staff was even better. It seemed like they took care of your needs before you even realized you needed something.

Fab hotel. We had a room with the view of the canal. The location is a bit out of the way, which in Venice is a good thing. Service is very efficient and nice. Recommended!

The Hotel is incredibly beautiful. Particularly clean and welcoming. Staff very helpful and attentive to the needs of the customer. Very clean. Modern style. Fantastic restaurant, ate fresh fish finely prepared.

Beautiful location with an amazing view, very kind staff. Also the restaurant at the Hotel is pretty good. The rooms could use some updates considering it's a 5 star hotel, the Wi-Fi signal is not that strong in the room, and the walls are a little thin, witch means the rooms are not sound isolated very well.

Nice hotel. Seems modern and comfortable but a bit "cheap" in finishings.

Especially enjoyed Antinoo's Lounge & Restaurant. The food and service are impeccable. The pictured Rabbit Truffle dish is outstanding. I hope it is still on the menu when I return on a future list. The hotel is small & quiet. Rooms are undergoing an upgrade process and will probably cost more after completion. I felt the current rooms while small were maximized for efficient use of the space. Service was great, staff attentive and well trained. They arranged an early morning boat to the airport with ease. This is the best, yet most expensive way to get to a 6am flight. Venice is about walking. The Sina Hotel is not in the center of things, but walkable to the Academia bridge. We will definitely return.

The most stunningly classic yet contemporary hotel and setting along the Grand Canal in Venice. We feel so lucky to have stayed there. Impeccable service from all staff, nothing was too much trouble yet so unobtrusive. Simply perfect in every way.

Beautiful Top Luxury hotel.

Venice Italy Centurion Palace is by far the most exquisite hotel. Arrive by open air two seater Italian hand made boat! The men dressed in traditional gondelier help you to the dock entrance. The water view is beyond description. It's a dream! Crystal enormous modern chandelier graces the entrance. The super cool modern artwork mixed with luxurious deep velvet seating is memorable. Our designer room was completely utterly breathtaking! The Centurion Palace completely enhanced our trip to Venice! If there were 10 stars this hotel would get 10 star plus rating!

High-Class Hotel. Impeccable reception. In the room prosecco, strawberries and chocolate with a grain of pistachio as welcome. View of the Grand Canal and St. Mark's Square. The breakfast is superb and you can choose between salty (fish, cheese, meat) and the Italian and French pastries. Very friendly and professional Staff, very attentive to the comfort and the needs of the customer. A particular mention to the restaurant that offers works of art by the chef, giving flavors and emotions definitely out of the ordinary.

Went in for lunch. They told me I would have to wait 30 minutes until 12:30. I said fine and went to the bar. I wanted to order a bottle of water while I waited but was constantly being passed by staff and not on person asked if I would like to order anything. You are invisible in this pretentious and over rated place. (Didn't giant ginger jars go out in the 80s? ) If you want a fine meal, great service and to be treated like royalty go to the Boscolo. They may not be on the grand canal but you can't eat the canal and you could starve waiting for service at the Centurion.

Good location, deluxe rooms facing the back yard. Abit like in prison and very expensive. Breakfast nice and simple. If you like omelet or boiled egg, or porridge. You have to pay extra. If you take the junior suite room then you have an amazing room facing the canal which is amazing but not cheap. Otherwise nice 3 star hotel which change like 5 star. Stuffs are nice and helpful, somebody have to pay for the mega amount investment to protect the city from sinking.

An amazing place to stay when in Venice. We stayed here on our honeymoon and couldn't have asked for a better place! The location is fabulous as was the room we had! The perfect place to stay in Venice!

The restaurant is very modern. The food is like pretty expensive everywhere in Venice. The staff is friendly and good (but not great). The food was partly somewhat experimental, but overall excellent. Especially the steak was excellent. The fish was also excellently prepared, but not 100% free of bones.

Very nice location and decor but incredibly disorganised staff and very keen to rip you off wherever possible.

Very beautiful hotel! Bathrooms wonderful. In winter not so nice, it was a bit cold in the room and I couldn´t put it warmer. The hotel restaurant was cold too. But the view and the location — just GREAT.
