Hotel Well located in quiet. The staff are friendly. Only small negative point the breakfast.

Keep an eye on the departure time! You need to vacate the room by 10 a. M.! We were not told anything about it when we moved in. Yes, it is written at the time of booking (2 months ago! ) but in other hotels we were always told what time to rent a room. As a result, traditionally by 12 freeing the number, the card was written off the cost for another day. The director justified it as such: "we did not give this number to anyone, as you did not release it" (complete nonsense, they would not have passed it without us).
Breakfast is terrible. No. Two types of coffee, croissants, yogurt. All!
The room for three is small, the size of a bathroom, but pretty enough. Complex corridors, get confused is very simple.
The location of the hotel is comfortable.

Pleasent stay. Close to all main attractions. Easy boat access points.

Nice cleam room. Good breakfast. Our bathroom was very small though. Not much space to sit comfortably on the toilet.

Fabulous hotel with exquisite decor, care to the last detail. All new with a very modern bathroom. Totally recommended, next to the stop of the Vaporepo salute. The staff very friendly, we took it by chance and will return. Great Price.

Lovely little boutique hotel in a great location. Only a few yards from the Guggenheim museum. Very friendly staff and decent rooms, bathrooms are new and well appointed, although the one in our room was slightly akwardly laid out.

Good star hotel, in a quiet location, and San Marco nearby and museums. The rooms are in the old style though apparently replica but not gone. Breakfast not very varied, but nothing bad to say.
Asked to make breakfast with you, all done without problems.

Easy to get to either via foot or via ferry, rooms are much more spacious than expected and are very clean with all amenities you would expect. A small choice of breads, meats, fruits and cereals for breakfast, all fresh and great-tasting. Staff very friendly and helpful too.

Too bad that being a double bed The mattresses being single opened but otherwise everything perfect.

Located close to the Salute, quartier Dorsoduro and 20m from the Peggy Guggenheim Museum. Piazza San Marco is right in front of Salute (a stop by Vaporetto). Our privileged hostel in Venice due to its position in a quiet street, its charming side, romantic Venetian decor. Place of inspiration and romance. Breakfast a little fair, the little fake note of the place.

Very nice hotel with the feel of old charm. The rooms give the feeling of early 1900's with the convenience of today. Situated just a few minutes walk to the nearest aquabus to the airport and the other islands, it is very well located to food, friends, and museums.

Pleasant stay in Venice in this small but comfortable hotel. Staff were very helpful and pleasant, intimate atmosphere, rooms clean but not very spacious. Close to the Centre of Venice and with public transport nearby. Great value for money.

Great accommodation in the centre of Venice. The inn is a two-minute walk from the Vaporetto "health" stop which in turn is two minutes' walk from St. Mark's Square. It also takes 5 minutes to walk to the academy bridge, through which you reach the city centre in 10 minutes. The rooms and other rooms are manicured and always excellently clean. Really good breakfast, the price is very affordable given the quality. I definitely recommend it also for the courtesy of all the staff. Next time in Venice I will certainly be your guest once again. Thank you for the good experience.

Bed and breakfast beautifully kept, very pretty, fair prices and friendly staff. The hotel is 5 minutes from St Mark's square feet and is also easily reached by vaporetto.
