Excellent. Clean, good heating, good location. I would come back another time without a doubt.

The area I stayed in is very comfortable and is really convenient to get to any part of the Venice Lagoon on foot. Also the proximity from the station is advantageous and does not need to take any taxi service. The hotel is simple and welcoming. There is the necessary strait.

Decent room although it could greatly improve the cleanliness and service by how expensive it is.

Nice place to stay near the Center. You need to call the reception guy before reaching for checkin time.

This B&B was a great place to stay while in Venice. I was amazed that we found such a good hotel so close to all major attractions at such a good price. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our every need. I asked for help in arranging a water taxi to the hotel from the train station and the staff handled the request swiftly, gave explicit directions about where to meet the taxi, even double checked that we had found the taxi as we were being transported to the hotel. The rooms were very spacious and equipped with all modern conveniences. I will definitely stay in the hotel in the future!

Very quiet and clean with helpful staff. The price is unbeatable for the quality and the proximity to Venice. Next to the bus station and train station, offers you a simple solution for a cheap holiday. Many young people around the world change every day So he is very active. It offers breakfast at an all you can eat " style for seven euros per day.

The room was cute, in a convenient location and in a quiet area of Venice. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, shame about the breakfast (two croissants from the supermarket and a fruit juice, or milk and cereal as an alternative), and for the times when it is lacking the hot water…

The room is really cute, has a furniture is not overdone but elegant. The location is convenient and in the area there are various restaurants. This is certainly not the classic service from hotel starlit, but I found the staff friendly and welcoming.

Air condition did not work in the upstairs (avareges degree was 33°C in the room) breakfast: cafe, tea, cornflakes, toast+jam)

More like a hostel. For wanted expensive. Rooms do not correspond to the pictures in booking com.

Do not come back. The internet connection is non-existent. And they charge for using the air conditioning.

I strongly recommend anyone NOT to book this place! The rooms are dirty with mosquito blood scattered over the walls and the ceiling. The same goes for the bathroom which is downstairs through the hallway, crossing the "dining room". Overall the place is very smelly and a bit trashed. There was no breakfast at all. Only an open pack of old toast. No coffee even after four days of asking. Nothing. The hotel director demanded cash with no receipt in the middle of the night, waking us and some other guests up, instead of waiting for the next morning. The Credit Card Machine was "broken". In the end I ended up angry with no contract or receipt. You can not use the air condition unless paying an extra 20€ per night, which at 35°C is a nightmare. Opening the window invites mosquitos in, unfortunately. Realisticly there is no other option than paying extra or leaving. Therefore I strongly recommend anyone Not to book this place!

SCAM! Imagine if one of those cheap, foreign vendors who sell selfie-sticks, or other garbage, opened a B&B. This is what you're getting at B&B Ca' del Gallo. His website listed that AC runs at certain hours, but for €20 you can run it when you like. Well guess what, there are no hours. He lied to my face and told me the AC turns off by itself after 2 hours unless you have the remote for it. He inferred that there would be no AC without an extra €20. But this model comes with a timer and settings that would allow him to set up active hours. It's a lie he tells to extort money from tourists. Besides that, if you're actually still considering this dump, let me give you a bit more information. Firstly, the "breakfast" is what you might expect, old dollar-store croussants, corn flakes, or crackers. The shower is moldy and we're pretty sure he never changed the comforter between us and the last guests. He opened the windows during the day, which let mosquitoes into our bedroom. The building is about a half hour walk from S. Marco's Square. It's actually equally far from both large bridges over to that isla.

Convenient and cosy B&B in a quiet and nice area… A short walk from Piazzale Roma and the station…
I had a good time even though I was only one night… Highly recommended!
At least once in a lifetime you have to go to Venice… It's magical!

Very reasonable place for those on a budget. The manager is very friendly, helpful, cooperative and nice. Listen to him carefully. His tIps will save you a lot of money make and your visit to Venice much more enjoyable.
