A hotel with a 10 location for the visit in Venice. Very good value for money, very clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was very good. A breakfast that to be included in the price of the room has variety and quality. It would certainly be the accommodation I would go to if I returned to Venice.

I have only been there for a few days, friendly staff, good breakfast. I recommend it.

Looks bigger and better in the pictures. Can't complainwhen it comes to the price. Location is great when it comes to the train station. Quiet place. Breakfast was average.

Pretty nice hotel, clean, small. The hotel is hard to spot because it has no sign and you have to recognize the building from photos. Fellow romanian front desk staff was great and helpful. Hotel is in a pretty good area.

Beautiful and picturesque hotel with spacious rooms and very well decorated and furnished. The service of cleaning 10 points and the full breakfast. The friendliness of the people who caters to it is to emphasize as well the perfect location. Excellent value for money.

Location wasn't too bad. A short walk from piazzale roma and about 11 min to stazione Santa lucia. Roughly a 25 min walk to piazza San Marco depending on how leisurely you walk. There isn't any large signs indicating the hotel so you have to check the door number. There's a door bell marked the hotel name (in small print) to verify. We arrived at night so had to ring the door bell in order to enter the lobby where we were barely greeted by a man. The front desk is nothing special. Small and cozy. Not too helpful but gives you information about breakfast and how to get to your room. Our room was outside the reception, around the corner inside the gate. We got a key to the gate and a key to our room (up the stairs, in another reception looking area and towards the end of the hall). The room lock is traditional so you have to turn three times and somewhat push/pull on the third notch to get the door to open. We got one of the smaller rooms it seems compared to other reviews I've read. The room was normal set up with a tiny TV (small computer monitor size), a small chair, end table and night stands. The bathroom was just as small but doable. We were only staying one night so no complaints. I read reviews and the contents of the breakfast, but didn't deem it worth it to get up early to take advantage of so I can't speak to that. The Wi-Fi was decent and labeled in the room. Overall, not a bad place to stay, but not super comfortable.

This was a cozy, out of the way spot. We found it conveniently walk-able to the train station and points of interest in the city. The breakfast buffet was not very exciting and the desk staff's availability was irregular but we would certainly consider staying here again.

The receptionist is really arrogant to those from Asia. Besides, Wi-Fi signal is too bad, which can only connected for half an hour. But, good breakfast.

Nice and quiet hotel within 15 minutes walking distance of San Marco square. The rooms are large and have a nice Venice theme, airconditioning and well maintained bathrooms. The breakfast is somewhat basic, but offers enough variety.

Went in 2009 the people that work at the hotel were very nice and answered all my questions about how to get to different places in the nice. The breakfast was great the rooms were very clean and extremely nice would definitely stay again if I get the chance to go again.

This really was a wonderful experience. The service was great, the room was incredible and very spacious and it's located in a very quiet area. The breakfast was simple but filling, and the coffee was delicious. Will definitely stay there again.
