Location is great but it's just an average hotel with basics, for me, deficiencies such as an air-condition and a fridge. Very friendly staff.

Great location. Clean tidy.

The hostel was perfect for our stay. The location is great (5 minutes walk to boat station Accademia, 20 minutes easy walk to San Marco square, 15 minutes walk to Ponte Rialto). There are restaurants nearby and a small shop from where one can buy water, vegetables, fruits etc. Our room was quite and very clean. The pillow and bed very comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked good. The staff was polite and friendly. Good value for the money!

Nice place. Good location. The rooms are very basic, but clean. Nice staff. The madrasses and pillows are very hard. Bring your own soaps and shampoos. If you want cleaning you have to ask for it the night before! No breakfast. Some rooms overwiews the Waterfront! The place is a little overprized I think. Next time I will prefere a b&b.

Perfect for us, easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Basic, but that's all we needed. Only negative was that one of the doors was missing from our shower but it was still usable. There was a playgroup outside our window which was quite noisy first thing but didn't really bother us. Would thoroughly recommend if you're doing Venice on a budget as we were.

Clean and relative cheap rooms in maybe the most alive neighbourhood of Venice. The hotel is spotted in a quite convenient location with easy access to all main attractions either on foot or by vaporettos. The staff is helpful but it's not available 24h.

Excellent quiet place to stay in Venice. The staff or extremely helpful and friendly!

They do not respond to phone calls and emails, the written indications are not respected (check in at 2pm maybe), the room is dirty, the linen is not changed and the rooms are not tidied and clean, there is no reception and if you arrive at 10am you have to scammellare your luggage on the bridges of Venice

The worst hotel experience ever! The room was very dirty, the beds too small. Bedsheets, curtains and walls had blood stains! At night its impossible to open windows, because near the hotel there is a narrow channel that attract tons of mosquitos. And the is NO AIR CONDITIONER! The hotel has no proper reception, just a desk with one person sitting at it, who is there only few hours a day. With the same price you can find much better hotel rooms.
