Best Moscow mule I ever had, great place to sit and relax.

My cousin and I stayed here in February, just before Coronavirus shutdown and had a fabulous visit. Everyone was so friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming and the food wonderful. I can’t wait for things to get back to normal when I will return, thank you, Luca and your team for a memorable stay. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else, hope to see you soon.

Food ok but the quality is not outstanding, but prices are out of all proportion. All prices at the end + 10 percent service fee. There are better places.

Perfect location close to St. Mark's Square and just a few steps away from the water taxi station. The breakfast and dining area is directly on the pier and offers a view over to sea to San Giorgio Maggiore island. The hotel is in decent shape but its charm and the friendly staff makes up for the imperfections.

If you've managed to get a room with a lagoon view then you're in for a treat. Open the windows and take in the gorgeous view.

The Good: Amazing location — central and next to boat/ferry stop. Beautiful old building. Amazing view – watch the canal and people on street beneath. Nice food in restaurant, Good noise isolation to shield from busy street and canal below. The Not So Good: Heating not so great. There was no lift — mandatory exercise — building of gluteus maximus. Also, poor breakfast selection — no hot foods such as fried/scrambled eggs, omelets, etc. No fresh fruits. Small room, Small bathroom. Value: For where it is, pretty good. I would highly recommend if you don’t mind the above not so good things.

Perfect location near San Marco Square (convenient for luggage), but disappointing breakfast and staff a bit unpleasant. Rooms antiquated but with charm. Not very authentic experience in the end.

I can tell you that I went to lunch here just because they proposed a tourist menu and good price €25 and I wanted to try, also were provided with gluten-free pasta! Qualified staff and waiter Gianni above my expectations, I would say impeccable! The food was fresh and good! I did not pay the cover, but the water was not included in the menu is definitely for 3/4 liter of water pay 6, €0 sincerely at this price I have never paid even on a cruise! Then as icing on the cake I propose 2 coffees that at 90% of the cases are offered or since I was in Venice could make me pay 1, €50 Cada one, instead for two coffees I paid €7! I also ordered a glass of white, organic wine of great vintage and it was stretched with water! Congratulations! You have created a great mirror for the larks! Disappointed! I will also post the receipt as a truthful proof of my review!

Good meal overlooking the lagoon, two steps from San Marco. Good food and reasonable prices (of course, we are always in Venice). Recommended heartily.

Great location for a decent price but building has no elevators and our hotel room was on the top floor so it was a bit of exercise going back and forth to the room. The only issue I really had was with the safe; it was not bolted down. Bathroom looks like it was recently renovated and bed was conformable. Wifi work great. Breakfast was typical in Italy. They are also able to hold your luggage after checkout for free.

I went for lunch on the advice of friends. I confirm that it is really worth it. Friendliness, quality, service, price, venetian, but still acceptable in relation to lived experience. The council absolutely, I want to make a nice experience.

Hotel Wildner restaurant food was outstanding, service excellent. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Loved the food. Although some reviews said the staff were rude. I think they have a good sense of humor.

If you are coming here based on Rick Stein's visit on the BBC for spaghetti vongole — then STOP, it's nothing like as depicted on the show. We ate here for lunch — reasonable price, good service, great view — however was very disappointed in the food, especially the vongole — no broth, no bottarga, little flavour and very gritty clams. Perhaps different in the dinner service, but steer clear for lunch.

Fantastic location. Extremely friendly staff. Superior rooms have amazing views of the Grand Canal. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are adequate with great air conditioning. No lift. Would definitely recommend for the convenience and staff.

A real gem! Stayed there with the family August 2015. Boat taxi direct from airport to Hotel. Spectacular views from top floors (no elevator though). Great history, Henry James wrote "Portrait of a Lady" while a guest there. Wonderful owners and helpful staff. Meals were delightful. Ideal location. Will certainly stay there again.

A wonderful in a very nice hotel, decorated with taste and stay clean. In addition the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was rich and tasty.

It was very nice to our room was very large and spacious excellent cuisine is Venice and gorgeous even if you lose a little but only one drawback there is also an elevator.

My and my wife's stay at the hotel Wildner in Venice is to be considered absolutely positively. Its central location makes travelling. Our room, looking out over the rooftops, will not have had the view over the lagoon but there has guaranteed rest and tranquility. A special note on the quality of the restaurant: kindness and excellent food.

Food is horrible. Stay away. Do not eat a single thing. Down to the bread being stale. I promise this review just saved u 80 euros.

My family and I stayed there (4 tall adults) all in one room little space but a great hotel! Great location, everything is very close to the hotel (water bus, restaurants, shops etc. ) I defiantly would stay here if I came again.
