Very small but central hotel. Impeccable service and cleanliness. My room was really small but it was a very romantic canalet. Trained and professional staff.

Wonderful hotel in a great location in Venice. We stayed five nights on the first floor. Our room was lovely. They offer different pillow options, which is nice. A very nice tea time is offered in the afternoons followed by a little happy hour with sparkling wine and sandwiches, chips and nuts. Breakfast is great; they will bring you any coffee or tea you like, then you help yourself to cereal, fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese, yogurt and a lovely assortment of breads and pastries. The staff are very pleasant and helpful with directions and whatnot. Speaking English was not a problem at all. A short walk to a main street where there are loads of shops, bars and restaurants. A very short walk to the boats as well. Very convenient and quiet. Would highly recommend.

Very interesting hotel. Without a pretentious porch, very humble outside. Inside it is mysterious and authentic. Wooden ceiling ceilings, walls, upholstered with cloth, old furniture… From the window of the room, you practically find yourself in the privacy of the native Venetians living opposite. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. And in the morning here brewed a terrific coffee…

Location off the tourist routes close however to both train station and San Marco. Nice and friendly staff.

Amazing find in the hustle and bustle of Venice. Gray location for walking and only a few minutes from the Rialto Bridge. Very pleasant staff and immaculate furnishings.

Pros: Great location, afternoon snacks and drinks, breakfast, room service Cons: Really hard mattress, rooms slightly dated. Double bed made by pushing two mattress together. Overall opinion: I can't class this as a 4 star hotel. 3 star yes. The fact the mattresse was hard meant I didn't get a good nights sleep. Although rooms are cleaned daily they are a bit dated. The free prosecco was a nice gesture (6-8pm). After paying a lot of money the fact the double bed was made by two adjoining single mattresses was a big disappointment. If given the choice personally I would not stay here again.

Perfect! It is very quiet and from 14 h you get free tea and starting at 18 h wine and canapés.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Our room was massive with a mezzanine level where the giant bed was. Only a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants and bars. Breakfast was a self service affair and when I asked about gluten free products a got given a selection box of goodies including bread, biscuits, crackers and pastries. Staff were wonderful and the afternoon snacks and glass of prosecco were a fabulous little extra that made our stay even better.

Slightly off the beaten track but still easy to reach from the airport on the ferry and moments away from everything you need. Room was a little small but with a canal side view, you could almost touch it during aqua Alta, it had everything you might want. A simple but good quality breakfast, afternoon snacks and prosecco and nibbles in the evening are a welcome bonus. Staff were all incredibly nice and helpful when needed.

Normal Hotel 20 minutes walk from St. Mark's Square. Our room was in boring beige and brown, nothing special, sufficiently large. The fabric wallpaper is no longer brand new, the Murano chandeliers hangs somewhat insecurely on the ceiling with some distance, also a pear did not work. The bathroom is actually not that small, but the shower in the cramped bathtub is not fun, the shower curtain sticks quickly to the body, the tub is too small and cramped to use it as a tub. Breakfast not bad but always the 3 same sausages and cheeses, no real cereals only crispies and the like, the scrambled eggs from fullness, the bacon floats in the fat. The breakfast room very small, gloomy and cramped. It is nice that you can have a coffee or tea for free in the afternoon. There are biscuits or chips. Once there was also prosecco, but it may be that there were at times when we were not there. On the first day there was a very noisy building site in front of the house, they offered us as a replacement a smaller dark room, luckily the rest of the week was no longer working at the place. Conclusion: For us not the right hotel, no recommendation!

Room quite large but little heated, carpet stained, no shutters. Staff Nice breakfast possibility to taste and take the aperitif according to the hour.

You have to hold the handle and spray yourself. Maybe I'm just not European? Anyways, we are very pleased. The staff are very friendly and efficient. We took quick showers and left our rooms for 30 minutes, and returned to our beds already turned down, bathroom was cleaned, and curtains drawn for evening. Definite recommendation for family or a little romantic jaunt.

Very nice hotel close to Rialto (10 minutes) and Saint Mark's Square (20mn). Strada Nova nearby (shops Resto and gondolas closest). We tested the Superior room very nice clean and well equipped. The staff are lovely and some speak very good French. Breakfast OK Note Tea time offered in the afternoon and aperitif in the evening in our formula it's always nice when you go to the hotel to ask a moment.

Very quiet and very clean hotel, just minutes from the Grand Canal, restaurants and shops. Staff very welcoming and available speaking French at the reception.

Enjoyed my stay at UNA Hotel Venezia. Room and bathroom were spacious (for Europe) and clean. About a fifteen minute walk from the most popular sights (St. Mark's, Rialto). Service was friendly. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

This is a typical Venician hotel with small rooms in a maze layout old house located in a quieter area. It is quite pricy but does include breakfast. The staff is very friendly, helpful and speaks English really well. The rooms are nicely decorated and made to look old, but upon closer inspection also show signs of wear and tear. In any case it makes you feel like you are staying in one of the most romantic cities in the world and makes a nice base for your city explore. Which is why you are here in the first place…

Nice rooms, conevenient location, friendly staff. Only issue was very weak Wi-Fi signal jn room.

Was very quiet at night and breakfast was brought to the room in the morning for 10 euros. Great deal! What I cannot figure out and this goes to all hotels we stayed at in the UK and Italy, is NONE of them have screens on the windows. So unless you want to risk buzzing around your ears (which happened at the Una Hotel), I suggest you stick to the ventilation system which in my opinion is way inferior to simple fresh air (in April). What is so hard about adding screens to the windows? How about 1 window!?

Great location, in a quiet area just a few alley ways from the main thoroughfare. Breakfast, snacks, and an evening drink are available each day which is nice. Wireless internet is weak, requires you to sign in every few minutes and isn't that fast. But it's Venice, you won't be in your room much anyway. Helpful staff, overall great stay.

I have stayed since the hotel first opened and will continue each time I return to venice. I always feel at home here. Superb all the way around.

Great location in the more authentic part of Venice. The rooms are brilliant with great views. Breakfast and buffet lunch included for free. Staff were very friendly and recommended some fantastic restaurants! Great place to stay highly recommended.

The hotel is near strada nuova located without direct tourists to have bustle at the front door. My room was somewhat small but neat, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is continental scrambled eggs and Bacon (as specified in the Internet) I can not recommend though but there is a wide range of other food, in the evening, there are free drinks and appetizers. The service is very friendly and speaks sometimes also german.
There is free Wi-Fi.

Stay of four days and three nights in this hotel which is quiet because away from the main streets while being close. The afternoon snack is offered with drinks hot or cold, bake and then aperitifs (wine, chips, peanuts) in early evening.

Free wine from 2:30 to 10:00. No ac. No Wi-Fi. Nice room. Free breakfast buffet. Bacon burned or raw but decent selection of pastries and drinks.
