Got to the hotel rooms cancelled by a third party they got us 3 rooms clean and tidy at a reduced rate for 4 nights brilliant service by the management and staff I would recommend anyone to go there.

I stayed in in Feb, 4 people in 2 rooms. Fantastic value hotel, clean bright, spacious rooms.
Windows open over the canal.
Decent breakfast in the morning to get you on your way.
Super clean rooms, slightly dated — but good sizes.
All staff were polite and courteous.
I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel stayed her for a weekend right in the center of everything we loved Venice our first time visit lots of places to eat and drink sit and chill just watching the world go by nice walks around the island lots of nooks and cranny s to explore every path way there always somewhere to eat and drink or just rest your legs amazing time we had.

A typical Venetian hotel in a pretty square. The rooms, lovely and clean, open the windows on the canal and offer a breathtaking panorama. Reserved. Comfortable. Recommended.

A small, almost idyllic hotel in the heart of Venice with attachedTrotteria with very friendly service. Guests immediately feel welcome through the pleasant welcome by the hotel manager. Man can only recommend this hotel to all who want to experience Venice. We fly there again.

Good location but the room was not good. Very small room, our bed was broken. The flooring was broken. Just not a great experience for a beautiful place like Venezia.

The good thing Hotel in good location, let's move on to the negative things. The price of a double of 180 euros period at the end of June, a bed of 140 cm, the room was 2, 5x2, 5 meters almost like the bathroom, the ceiling seemed to fall on you, the room faced in a kiosk where they were doing work on hotel expansion, at 7: 30 chatter of the workers, and then not being able to turn on the air conditioner with dirty filters that stood above the bed. Pointed out at the reception both of the room with small bed and for the air conditioner did not solve the problem, they told me that it was strange that the filters were dirty, to you the costs.

The room was so small that my husband could almost touch both walls with his open arms, the bed was for 1 and 1/5 person, we payed $ 100 dollares a night for the hole, the shower drain did not work, the room was claustrofobic with the window facing a wall, there was an alley that fits 1 person to walk to the entrance door, of course no elevator and the staff would never bother offering help to take our bags up stars, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life, and it was a rip off for what has offered, it should be shut down! rate would be 1/5 star for us!

Perfect little hotel… perfectly positioned in a beautiful setting… I absolutely loved it and couldn't fault it… breakfast by the little bridge and canal… great helpful and friendly staff… restaurant is great too! … Just perfect 5

The location of the hotel is convenient, close to railway and ferry. The room is clean and comfortable, the staff at the reception friendly and helpful. The hearty buffet breakfast, which includes sweet and salty, is served in the restaurant below the Hotel, opposite the charming Canal of S. Felice. I used a smartbox.

This hotel located enroute St Mark's Square from the train station Venezia Santa Lucia is a convenient place to stay with a lot of restaurants, take-away joints and souvenir shops around. It also has a restaurant of its own, which offers complimentary breakfast. The hotel truly represents the Venitian era with its quaint rooms and hallways. The only downside is the unavailability of an elevator or a bellboy (a common issue in Venice), which means that you carry your luggage yourself to your room, which may lie on the fourth floor, along the narrow staircase.

I did well at the Tintoretto hotel, it is good location, it is a quite old hotel, but well decorated the rooms, no elevator, only stairs! The hair dryer seemed very old. But pretty good to sleep there.

The hotel is in a good location, close enough to the train station (10-15 minutes walk) and close to one of the central streets. The room is clean and comfortable, too bad for the noises heard on the Saturday night that came from the street. The staff proved welcoming, I couldn't rate the value for money as I benefited from a smartbox package.

A candy Box! … Too bad there is no elevator, with a little boy is a mess.

Very good attention. Good breakfast. Very well located. When I return to Venice I return to that hotel.

A really lovely, quaint hotel within reasonable walking distance to the train station, San Marcos basilica, and the water taxi stations to go to Murano and other islands. The hotel sits right on a quiet canal with a small bridge that you can gaze upon the beautiful blue green water. There is a bakery just around the corner if you walk left down the main path. They have an amazing green cake that may seem expensive but it is very dense and made of pistachios so you're getting your money's worth. Go just a little further and there is a beautiful view of the main canal where many gondolas park. There is a standing table to the right side where you can take food and watch Venice on the canal. Simply beautiful. The hotel has a great breakfast with a lot of variety. They had deli meats, cake, breads, cornetti, cereal, cookies, chocolate hazelnut spread, jams, a toaster, boiled eggs, cheese, coffee machine with typical Italian coffee to cappuccino, hot water for the many varieties of tea and fruit infusions. If you are the type of person who needs absolute silence to sleep then ask for a room away from the corner entrance because the fruit bar in the main street can be a little loud late at night, but it is a great place to hang out and get a smoothie or get a mixed fruit alcoholic beverage. The corner room is wonderful to people watch from when you just need a little break from walking.

Pretty standard bed and breakfast. Beautiful view from our room. Matteress is not the best; very hard. Breakfast was your standard continental in a very crammed small restaurant; one day another tourist told me of for trying to sit down staff were lovely and very friendly.

Excellent meal: cannelloni ricotta spinach, rosé wine, tiramisu, Limonecello.

Small Hotel well cared for with all the comforts for a relaxing stay; Convenient location to walk around Venice.

Excellent option near the train station Santa Lucia, the staff was always very friendly, varied breakfast, possibility to tour the streets and canals of Venice without getting too far. Recommended! The only bad thing is that the internet was slow.

Price performance for Venice is right.

Very small room and water room a horror shower 70x70 for a person who is in on weight. Breakfast served in the room since we were in the annex very simple croissant coffee. Only one chair and no table for lunch. I reported to the front desk that I was really struggling to get into the shower the person ignored my request. This hotel does not deserve the stars.

I don't know if this includes the restaurant, but I had lunch here and the food was amazing! Pasta carbonara was creamy and so much yolk!

This is a fab little hotel, very retro, all staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast has a great choice, fridge in room, very near to main attractions. The restaurant underneath is the best one we have been in and you don't get ripped off unlike Pasqualigo. Just round the corner DO NOT go there! … would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is decorated in the typical Venetian style, and it looks a little dated. The room we were in was quaint and cosy, with exposed wooden beams in the ceiling. The adjoining bathroom was well appointed, with a surprisingly large shower, even if it did feel as if it took the duration of our stay to warm up Everything shows little signs of wear, little cracks in fixtures, a wobbly table, a creaky, single glazed window. However, nothing is in such a state to detract from the experience. The room we were in, and a handful if others are not in the main building, but across the way down a little side alley. This isn't an issue as I think it makes these rooms quieter. It's Venice after all, so it's never completely silent and the hotel's internal walls are quite thin. The woman on the desk was helpful and polite if a little short. You could tell she wasn't expecting two backpackers to be staying at her hotel, no matter how clean and tidy we looked. The man who helped us with check-out was unhurried and disinterested, but got there eventually. Overall, this hotel is well placed and affordable (especially if you shop around), and I would certainly stay here again.

Could not have been more impressed. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, and could not have asked for more in terms of breakfast. The room was spotless and despite being a cheaper room still had two windows, one with a canal view, and though the room was small it didn't feel cramped. The room furnishings were lovely, with lovely beds and wardrobes and a murano glass lamp. The bathroom was clean and the shower was nice and powerful, and we never had an issue with cold water. The location was perfect, and was a quick walk to the rialto bridge. The restaurant attached to the hotel was lovely too, and not too expensive. We never had any issues with Wi-Fi. The aircon was wonderful, coming back to the room was like walking in a fridge it was amazing. No actual fridge though, but for a three stay hotel I didn't expect one. All in all a fantastic stay, would absolutely stay again.

Small room, refrigerator is not working. The beddings are not comfortable, low brightness in room, WI-FI range doesn't reach the room, we told the guy in the reception and he was not helpful at all! The hotel location is good, breakfast was good, there's AC and hot water all the time and the room is clean.

In Venice a small hotel that you cozy with open arms!

Standard Room. Ideal location for a short stay.

Central location 13 minutes walk from S. Lucia Station, inadequate staff, hot air impossible to turn on,. The room well appointed if it wasn't that you couldn't move as small as it was. The services like breakfast are self service and are reduced to biscuits and croissants… not recommended.

Arrived home last night after spending 4 days in beautiful Venice. We stayed here and we were very happy. Room 507 in the annex was a bit small but very clean and comfortable. No views from any windows but we dont spend that much time in our hotel anyway. Bathroom was spotless, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was enough to keep you going until lunch or longer. Allowed us to leave our luggage all day after checking which was great. Everything was within walking distance, ideal base. Would definately go back. Thank you.

Cosy Hotel with an Italian Standard and good Service. The location is great, everything is relatively within walking distance. As for the Italian situation is not uncommon: a little noisy. Highly recommended: the neighbouring Trattoria Lanterine.

Price OK but does not match a 3 french stars, its advantage: quiet and 20 minutes walk from San Marco and rialto.

Dear Dorothy, I wrote yesterday as a review on your Hotel Tintoretto. Maybe I repeat; When there are exhibits to see type Biennale architecture, painting etc, You call to book a room. Are already a few years that we are your guests, because we are good, because it's close to the central station. Furthermore, your services are good, the room is quiet and the place is nice and convenient to museums and boat dock and the staff are friendly and always available. Good breakfast and room rates are average; I mean we always stay at the hotel Tintoretto and hope to do so again this year to Sept. For the biennale of painting. We advise everyone to attend Tintoretto hotel, you will be fine. FYI Leda Morandi.

Are in the Internet to come across and were down and away. We have booked a larger room extra and to say that we don't want in the annex, since some have written that you have to go there by a versiffte alley. When we got there, we were totally friendly and we were taken to the room. Was told us that we have to go across the street and there our room is then, since the hotel was not large. He apologized for that, because we told him that we wanted to be in the main hotel. We then went through the "grubby" alley and came at the end of the comment, which was posted here. By filthy because of, not a bit. A side street like any other and not a bit uncomfortable or disgusting. Not at all. The next day, the receptionist phoned and asked us whether we would be satisfied with the room or whether we want to be better in the main hotel, he would see what he could do, said we though we were completely satisfied with our room, it was still a nice gesture from the hotel. I can just recommend this hotel. It is totally fast, approx. 5-10 minutes on the train/bus station and in the city center (Rialto bridge). The location you can remember very well, you must simply follow the station signs and you will pass the hotel. :), we were so happy. :) we however never came for breakfast, because we always slept, I can but imagine also that, like the rest of the hotel is very good. :).

We stayed here for three nights on our honeymoon and were disgusted. We didn't expect much as we know that European hotels are not on par with US, however, this was suppose to be a four star hotel. The place smelled of mold, the bathroom was gross with mildew on the walls, the sheets had somebody elses hair on them, and my wife was bitten numerous times by FLEAS! The staff was rude — at breakfast there were about 20 empty tables and I was yelled at for sitting at one with four chairs since there was only two of us, and we were made to move — we were the ONLY ones there! DO NOT STAY HERE.
