Great location, right on the water with water taxi access. Room is spacious, high ceiling, elegant decoration. We stayed at Suite 201 on top floor with balcony over looking grand canal. Room has more than 1 large windows with beautiful view of canal. Bathroom is large with jacuzzi tub, and window too.
Very clean hotel at excellent location, great concierge service. We are pretty happy with this hotel, will definitely come back and recommend this hotel.

Beautiful little hotel right on the side of the grand canal. Well situated and in easy walking distance of the Ca' d'Oro water bus stop (Line 1), and many of the attractions, the closest being the Realto bridge. There also a local coop store for supplies (like prosecco and peroni! ) Rooms are very nice and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Trust me on this, spend the extra and get a canal view room. Its worth every penny to soak up the atmosphere of the grand canal in the evening. If you can get room 201 you'll have a large window and a Juliette balcony to view it through.

Had canal facing room, superb view from rooftop terrace and canal side terrace. Very clean and cosy. Easy access via boat or walking.

Just wow! Amazing staff that could not do enough for not only me, but also for my husband who is currently having to using a wheel chair after a motorbike accident. The rooms have everything you need, are spacious and clean. If you visit Foscari Palace — have dinner on the canal and enjoy a boat ride. Just wonderful!

A very nice hotel. The room was well sized and functional, with plenty of storage. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was indulgent and had a wide variety of foods. We enjoyed an evening 4 course meal here that included a boat ride around the grant canal. Overall a very pleasant and happy stay.

Loved this hotel! They upgraded our room to the junior suite for free and it was amazing! Best view ever! The view of the Grand Canal was breathtaking! The gondola station was right outside our room. For the most part, service was great. There was only one employee that had an attitude with us, but fortunately we only saw her once. Everyone else was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was excellent! The view from the roof was beautiful. One of the best pictures I took my whole trip was from the front door of this hotel. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for an amazing experience!

This was a second stay at this perfectly located hotel. Our 3rd floor room was opposite the door leading to the roof garden, perfect for sitting out on and watching the world go by after a day of walking around Venice. We also loved sitting on the decking late a night with a nightcap, overlooking the Grand Canal. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, the breakfast, as before, was excellent, plenty of choice and something for everyone — remember it's Italy not the UK so don't expect a "full English! ". The carpet on the stairs leading to our room was a little threadbare and the shower screen trim in the bathroom needed replacing, but minor details not really worth worrying out. We had a great 3 days and should we come back to Venice, will definitely stay at The Foscari Palace again.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, the location is on the water, the views from my room was breath taking, out of this world. It’s 150m from the water taxi stop most convenient, the room was large and comfortable, I was most satisfied with the room. It is in the middle of all the activities and excitement, should you be coming by rail or through the airport it the best location, doesn’t get better. My only gripe or negative aspect that I experienced was the day that I was leaving @6:50 in the morning I found the gentleman at the desk rather rude or perhaps he not being able to speak English didn’t understand me, I requested a cup of coffee from the machine to take away which he refused and mumbled something, I could be wrong but I found him rude, I didn’t even get a copy of my bill when I left yet he choose to scrutinize my bill even though it was prepaid and I believe there was a note to say that I was fully paid up. In saying the above I will stay in the hotel again when in Venice, as mentioned the hotel is the most beautiful setting. I will not let that rude chap spoil my fairy tale holiday.

We just spent 4 nights in this very well located hotel. The façade does not attract attention but the Interior of the hotel is very nice. For us it was a large room with Office area, well convenient for my husband who works every day early on his computer. A nice terrace with armchairs and small table. The hotel is very clean, housekeeping made every day with change of towels etc… The furnishings are tasteful and the bedding comfortable. The breakfast is quite good. Just missing the machine has pressed oranges in the morning. But hey, Italian deli, cheese, pastries, yoghurts, nothing is missing. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and caring for the guests. In short, we had a very pleasant stay. Hotel to recommend.

Honestly, what a great place. The hotel is the perfect place. I actually screwed up originally and my GF booked an air BNB in Traveso. Thought it was a better idea being close to the airport, big mistake on my end. We ended up eating the BNB cost because we found this hotel in Venice. I swear to you I walked off the train and looked out the station and said "we're staying here no matter what". After a train ride back and forth to Venice and an amazing walk through the village, we had arrived at Poscari Hotel. I was a little weary at first but I had to remember this is beautiful Venice. We walked in and the place had that feel of an Old school Italian movie. The hosts were super pleasant and spoke perfect English. The room was huge and clean. You can not pic little stuff but nothing to cry over. I will say the bed was a rock but the location and comfort level of the surrounding area made up for it. I love love loved the Forscari and recommend you go as well. The price is also very reasonable it was $135 US which translates to 100 euro + 9 euro tax… just goooooooo.

Good attention. It does not qualify 4 stars. Minimum maintenance in bath is lacking. Very comfortable bed but too big for small room. There's not enough room to circulate. A shame.

Be really careful with your money. Do not pay any account — I unfortunately have a major inconvenience with that hotel which charged me 2 times the amount of my booking and which has still not refunded it 12 days later! It is just unacceptable. They always say that they warned the bank but 12 days for a refund is anormal and when you ask for explanation they say that you have to wait. I still have not been reimbursed and they do not even offer acceptable compensation for the prejudice. I will never go there again.

Thanks to the atmosphere…, antique ceilings, twisted bars and carved columns, you are absolutely immersed in the atmosphere of those ancient times… Service at the highest level! Great hotel with a large breakfast.

The hotel is only 4 stops by Vaporetto from. Santa Lucia Station or just over 15 minutes on foot.
Our room, the 105, with very high ceiling, very large, with a nice parquet and a king size bed I liked, but above all I liked the two balconies that gave on the Campo Santa Sofia with a great side view on the Grand Canal.
The bathroom was also spacious but lacked the bidet and the shower was a bit small.

Very good hotel ideally placed on a shopping street of Venice along the Grand Canal. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The hotel is clean but some finishes are resumed. The breakfast buffet is perfect, lots of varied choices. I would recommend this hotel and it is with pleasure that I would come back to it during a next stay.

This hotel is phenomenal! The room was spacious, elegant, and immaculate. The staff was friendly, accommodating and professional. We couldn't wait to get back to the room at night. The beds were very comfortable, the A. C. Was perfect and we slept like babies. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone.

Beautiful view from the rooftop. Great rooms, amazing breakfast. We even have eaten outside on a little terrace directly on the river. Very good located and totally friendly staff. 10 min walk to Markusplatz.

Amazing, cannot be better, front of the main channel, breakfast huge selection and customer service was awesome I would give 5start reason internet really poor or not working.

The hotel has the charm you expected from a Venetian hotel. Great location. It is located right on the Grand Canal. We arrived before the check-in time so we left luggages at the hotel. When we came back in the afternoon, our luggages were already in our room. The room is spacious and elegant with a high ceiling. One thing for improvement is the bathroom The shower head is old and the water leaks to the floor. The buffet breakfast is delicious but I wish they had more hot items.

So far so good, we did not have any real problems with this place. The rooms are nice, clean and pretty spacious. One thing that would be helpful is if there was a coffee machine. Also the fact that there was supposed to be 3 single beds that was in fact 2 beds with one cot was also not helpful as the cot was quite small. But honestly overall if you want a good hotel that is clean and in a good location this is the place.

We had a lovely time over here. The interior decorating was awesome. Make sure u request for a view of the canal. Great view too. Staff was very accommodating. Also try the da vino restaurant just by the fish market. Food there is alittle pricy but trust me, it's worth every penny.

I stayed here once in 2012 for several days in the off-season and had a wonderful time. Most recently, I have used its bar on the canal as a place to rest and refresh. Coffee, water, or a glass of wine or not unreasonably priced for the location, the chairs are comfortable, and it's never crowded when you need a break. I'd be happy to stay here again.

We have just come home from staying at Foscari Palace for 2 nights. We are a family of 4 with two children at 9 and 13 years. The room (108) was lovely and beautifully furnished. Very nice comfortable (very big) bed and another room that was combined with 108 so we had the biggest hotel room I have ever staid in. The staff is welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was the best Italien breakfast I have ever tasted. We can certainly recommended this this hotel.

Just wanted to share my experience at this hotel. I was only there for a 24 hour stay but I must say, the hotel was clean, in a great location and the staff very nice. I did not eat there but the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean and even had this amazing shower. I would recommend staying here for sure. I am not sure it's a place for big families but for two people it was fine. Views were great too.

It took us weeks to settle on a hotel for our trip to Venice. We were thrilled when we walked into the place! The place was clean, the staff was friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were large, including the bathroom. They appeared to take the time to make the stay there comfortable. After spending time eating around Europe, it was great to even have a bathroom scale. The hotel is located a block from the vaporetta which made getting around easy. The Rialto Market is just across the canal and accessible by gondola for a minimal cost. Breakfast is provided and was filling. I am not an egg or cheese lover, but still found enough to eat that was good and filling.
