Friendly staff, great value for money, delicious breakfast. On the down side, not enough shelves/hooks in the bathroom. Also, I dropped some coins that fell under the bed and picked up a few dust balls with my money.

Clean, but small room and sink. Pretty old. Friendly staff and correct breakfast. Acceptable value for money, considering that Venice is an expensive city. Practical to go to Venice by bus and leave the car in the hotel's car park.

Delightful little hotel convenient for bus into venice. Incredibly helpful staff. Clean comfortable rooms… but the pull-down bunk beds are only really suitable for children (short in length and creak loudly with every movement when occupied by an adult) Good breakfast. Nice garden. Parking available. Recommended.

The location was near a bus that took us straight into Venice and the room was comfortable. The front desk moved us to a bigger room when she learned the four of us were sharing. The bathroom was clean and the breakfast was very good. The only downside was a lack of fridge to keep our drinks cold.

Strategic place x visit Venice. With a 10-minute bus you get… State-of-the-art hotels… Well-groomed and clean place with its outdoor garden where to dine by candlelight! Qualified staff and also a good help with their tips!

Excellent place with tidy rooms, wonderful garden and really kind staff. The breakfast is delicious and the location is perfect — near the railway station, close to the bus stop for transport to Venice and there is supermarket nearby. There are a few restaurants in the area too. Definitely will book again.

Decent hotel which is a very convenient public transport ride into Venice. About 30 minutes, including the walk the bus stop and €1.50 each way. Quiet neighborhood with a supermarket 2 minutes walk away.

For a two star hotel it is fantastic. Breakfast can be served in the garden in the morning and only 600 meters from the stop of Line 6. With this you can get to Venice with the Venice card at no extra cost. A star deduction is available because of the strongly geklorten water and therefore a stronger odor after cleaning agent than expected in the room.

The host is very friendly. We have a family of three, so give us an apartment and live on our own. One room and one hall. But the cooking is to be paid by money alone. Very quiet. There is a big supermarket next to us, we all buy it back to eat at night. Economical and delicious. Convenient transportation, 3 minutes to the bus station, 5 minutes to the main island of Venice. It is highly recommended to live on the mainland, only half the price of the island, convenient travel and quiet life.

Close to bus station and supermarket nearby. However, it would take some time to get into Venice. Room is okay for basic overnight stay. Nothing fancy. Room and bed are clean.

One of the smallest room what I had. Room had same size like bed plus 0, 5 m. Shower was so small that I had to stay with half body out of shower.

A great hotel to stay, if you want to go to Venice. Free parking. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. Book also the breakfast, everything is fresh and tasty. You can also buy there the tickets for the Venice bus anytime.

Not great but good value for money: excellent breakfast with homemade cakes, roibos and other quality infusions. Very good reception. Right next to the bus stop to go to Venice (buy tickets at the vending machine, C is 2x cheaper.

Location convenient to Venice, Nice staff, clean, good breakfast.

Honest room though with smell of powder, nice bathroom and good breakfast (Italian style). The hotel is in a good location for visiting Venice, there is free parking for your car both inside and out, the train station is 15 minutes with leisurely pace, by bus you can reach Venice in 20 minutes.

For the price the Hotel is absolutely top! Only the showers without a tub, which for me, personally, the last star is unpleasant for… Otherwise, always happy.

Antica Villa Graziella is a cute hotel outside of Venice in the Mestre area. For the most part our experience there was lovely. The first day we paid 6 euros for breakfast and it was quite simple but good. There is a supermarket near by. Rooms are spacious. Wifi was fast which is always nice. We ended up having to take a taxi there because it does not mention that buses stop running after 8pm. It is a beautiful building and the staff were very helpful. It was not rowdy or loud, very peaceful. Fairly easy to get to Venice, just a short walk to a bus stop that costs 2.60 roundtrip. My only complaint would be that there was dark long hair found all over our room (we are blonde haired). Our towel and pillow had stains or were still dirty. Overall this is an amazing price for what you get and I would probably stay here again.
