We took advantage of the Smartbox gift package RELAX BREAK FOR TWO me my partner and our 20-month-old baby and I must say that to be a 4 * I thought and hoped it was much better. I do not pronounce on the hotel because I have not tried it but I speak of what I saw in the indoor and outdoor pool. Well. Arrived and made the path that leads to the indoor pool we find ourselves by the pool on the deck chairs. I turn around and see the bathrooms and a series of doors next to each other. Not knowing how to move, I ask the first customer where the changing rooms were and they show me the doors I mentioned before. There was not even the distinction of man or woman. The lockers can be found inside these cabins. We enter the pool and notice that there are missing tiles and by the pool there was black water on the joints. Flagship my 20-month-old son paid 7€. I'm so sorry but I don't think I'll stay here again.

12 days of complete relaxation between the end of July and August 2021, beautiful room equipped with all comforts, very kind reception staff, very good competent and professional room staff, congratulations to the cooks.

Non ho soggiornato qui, ma ci sono passato a visitarlo perché ne erano rimasti entusiasti I miei in un precedente soggiorno. Hotel molto elegante e attivo negli intrattenimenti di tutta la giornata, comprese gite nei dintorni.

Fantastic place nestled in the greenery with indoor pool equipped with eight area hot spots and outdoor pool with various depths and various hydromassages and deckchairs. The thermal water has a temperature of 35 degrees, and there is also a vascular path with hot and cold water. The property has various lockers, bathrooms, sauna, sweat cave, sensory shower, massage center, a small gym, a small bar, etc.

A day and a night with smartboxes. Good value for money, very friendly staff, and great masseuse in the aesthetic department, but I found some weakness during the stay:
The property would need a renovation (floors with cracks, stucco still on the walls of the room)

Noisy cleaning lady as early as 8 a. M.
Very good kitchen but the waiter of the restaurant gave very different portions, with preference to certain tables, perhaps for tipping

An excellent place to relax both your body and mind, services are at their finest and the view is amazing.

12-storey hotel, very nice and stylish, our room on the second a little small but we were there with a smartbox and this was waiting for us… Very large indoor and outdoor pool with 8 underwater massage stations in very cute succession. Restaurant tried to lunch in the norm with a nice buffet but first and second without particular note. Rich breakfast that I would care more about in the details… With addition of fresh seasonal fruit rather than just mere oranges and kiwis. Juices to improve… great location.

I spent a Sunday in the pool. Not too hot water (better) pool bar with vegetarian menu (great x me that I don't eat toast and flatbreads) sauna with glazing on the pool. Only the steam room is inside and you have to make a lot of roads and it is too hot and the stone seats are hot x which you can not sit and there is no shower inside. Beautiful aquagym lesson with a very good teacher. Cost 29 euros. Recommended x a relaxing day.

It is the fourth year that we book in this Hotel and I must say that the reception, the assistance in the swimming pools, the kitchen, the cleaning service the care of the large park that surrounds the structure is unimpeachable.

I spent a weekend a month ago… The rooms are nice the food is great. But disappointing the pool with the Hydro massage part not working… Long waits x make them work why not controlled by us but well timed by a control unit…

Hotel located in the center of Abano, very cozy with an entrance from real hotel. The aperitif buffet on arrival is beautiful.
The hotel is very refined pity it is dated vintage, we would go a restiling. Good food but disappointing service. The swimming pools are certainly not suitable for children under the 120 cm. If they kept cleaner in general it would not be bad. 4 Star Gift instead of 3 hoping for an improvement.

L'hotel si trova nel centro di Abano Terme, facilmente raggiungibile in macchina con ampio parcheggio interno. Le camere sono provviste del necessario per trascorrere agevolmente il soggiorno, pulite e abbastanza ampie (la nostra aveva anche il balcone con tavolino e sedie). La colazione è abbondante sia salata (uova, bacon, insaccati vari. ) sia dolce (torte, brioches, yogurt,. ). La zona termale è completa di biosauna, percorso kneipp, idromassaggio, grotta di sale, doccia emozionale e piscina interna ed esterna comunicanti. L'unica pecca che abbiamo trovato è stata un po' la abbandono del parco, l'abbiamo trovato un po' lasciato a se stesso con foglie per terra, erba secca… e il campo da tennis che speravamo di usare praticamente da buttare via dato che è nata l'erba sulla terra.

Very disappointing place for me the year given the 4 star. In the bathroom is so small that you do not pass, the double bed with double mattress, eating very poor. As for the pools forget about making bubbles… they are timed and you can not make them people do not move. In Abano terme I go there often I have made a lot of hotels 3 stars but definitely much but much better than queso. I'm not going back.

Great Hotel The rooms are large and spotless! Very nice room The dinner was sublime and also the pools are very large compared to the other hotels in the area. I got to see that the hotel offers a lot of evening entertainment for both adults and children so caters to all families. Only flaw I found, the location a bit ' far from the most typical pedestrian area of Abano.

At first impact the hotel looks really nice and stylish… But… As soon as we crossed the threshold we realized the little organization is professionalism of hotel and staff… with great sorrow we found a very bad kitchen! (comparable to eating a rather poor canteen) … Once you enter the room we immediately. Noticed a poor hygienic level starting from the toilet leaking dirty water until you get to the mop that was in a really crappy state! In addition to the balcony view back battered sheds… if you ever decide to lodge in. This structure bring the hair dryer and any other kind of accessory (equip yourself with millions. Of liters. By Amuchina) … Every single request you will be charged to your room account… Spa sad, poorly organized with remarkable signs of carelessness… Hotel calls from nightmare other than 4 stars! The outside entrance very nice, nice park so green but the pools are poor… found people customers very caffophone land land! To be a 4 star hotel is not worth it! We were never going to come back!

Pros: clan, very polite personnel, fantastic dinner and music night boh for young couples, old AMD families. Cons: Too many people in the swimmingpool on saturday afternoon.

Decent Hotel, a little outdated.
The rooms are quite small but very clean, especially the bathrooms. The Temali pools are pretty nice with very hot water. In the sauna there was no water to pour on the hot stones.
Dinner was not good at all…

Elegant hotel located near the pedestrian zone. Small room but with safe, terrace, bathroom quite large all in marble and with window. Great food. Friendly staff. So much parking all around the hotel. The spa area includes a very nice sauna, a nice large swimming pool with two places where you can do the whirlpool (one inside and one outside), a Turkish Bath-type area that looks like a cave and then massages etc for a fee. I would go again.

Unfortunately the stay this year has us very disappointed. The dinner on Friday night was bad: risotto with prawns of which there was not even the shadow, tasted of cod. The veal roast consisted of a slice of slobber. They told us they changed the cook. They'd better reciprocate. To our remonstrances we were told that other customers had said they had found the restaurant better.! Also the water of the nice outdoor pool was not as hot as the other years. On the bedside table I found a crumb that remained X all 3 days of the stay.

For the price OK, but on weekends the pools are quite crowded. A shower curtain in the bathroom would be great!

My first time at the spa, beautiful. Pools at good temperature, we did bathe outside despite the season. Ozonoterapia is also very good.
A few bad notes about the hotel: the staff in the room is poorly organized, we took place for dinner and didn't know if it was a buffet or not, we asked the waitress and she said they should have explained it to us, diverting the talk about wine selection. At breakfast do not put anything on board the table, the waiters are in a hurry to take away everything (in the 20 minutes of breakfast have taken away 3 teaspoons).
The hairdryer in the room turns on but does not dry, bring it from home, there is an outlet.
We started a little biased after reading bad reviews about room and bathroom, we found the room sufficiently spacious for two (double economy), in the bathroom you are quietly. The Welcome Kit a bit miserable (shower cap and a bag with a dash of bubble bath). Definitely will be back!

For seven years we spend Christmas parties at the Hotel Terme Internazionale, and we can say that the kindness of all the staff including the service staff is excellent. We will definitely go again this 2017… See you soon France and Dany.

In the heart of Abano Terme, with a large wooded park, it seems to be far from everything. Indoor and outdoor thermal pools, thermal grotto, saunas, massages, gym and too many other services to be listed. Also the style of the hotel is really refined and elegant.

Great Hotel just a step from the pedestrian area of Abano. Immersed IU a large park. The fantastic pools are filled with double-temperature thermal water. Also interesting is the cellular massage and the vascular pathway. The staff is always nice and helpful. The restaurant room is immense in a very cozy atmosphere and the kitchen is varied and of excellent quality. The only downside are the very small rooms especially the smaller bathroom. To recommend.

Good location, the breakfast was ok, the personnel not too kind but on average not bad. The sauna is small, but the pool quite big with a suggestive outside part. It is ok for an overnight stay and no more.

Hotel clean, staff friendly and helpful. And even with the Smart box 3 perfect days we had a great time. Hearty supper and breakfast provided for all tastes. Organic and gluten-free too. Will definitely be back!

I stayed one night at this hotel … in my opinion very good food, spacious room and friendly staff … the absurd thing is that one child 10 months have to pay 25 euro I find this a bit exaggerated and the other note is the elevators tiny so if you like me stroller and luggage touches you do up and down 2 times … overall good …

Very good hotel located in abano terme. Pools small but equipped with necessary tools. Check out is from 08 onwards, first not possible. Some noise at night with noise by the Germans who were staying.

Ottime terme, bella stanza. Decisamente troppi schiamazzi notturni.

The hotel in my opinion deserves the 4 stars. The hotel is rather dated, especially in regards to the furnishings of the rooms and the spa area. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was faultless. Really nice drinks in the lobby, breakfast OK, I didn't try the restaurant. With a minimum of renovation (bigger sauna, Turkish bath, pool with Jacuzzi beds or more) can return to shine.

Good hotel, reasonable structure, courteous staff, good food and very filling. Lacking too many small elevators, rooms and property to renovate. Large park, tub and good pools. Ample parking, close to the Centre. With some improvements would be absolutely great.
