The staff are very professionale and try to help. The area spa is well equipped and looked after and clean. The attendant gave clear a precise explanations as to how every station worked.

Clean and cozy place. The few entrances and the space allow you to comply with Covid regulations as much as possible. The possibility also to have an aperitif comfortably seated at your bed. An experience to be repeated sure. Congratulations.

The price is not worth the service, although the common places are very nice and cared for and the restaurant is not bad but without buffet appetizers is definitely not worth the price asked for half board. I found a, let's call it that, "little kindness" at the reception, especially that of the spa on the first floor. As a last thing, after paying dearly for a weekend we were told that on Sundays we could not use the thermal pool but that we would have to pay 10 euros each… 👎🏻

Unfortunately we were given a very bad treatment … Maybe because we had a pre-paid package and then maybe you become second class customers. I can only say that nn I really felt a minimum of human warmth if not from the pool bartender. So much scene.

A great place to relax. Great cleanliness and friendly staff. Superior rooms in the standard but functional. The very nice pools and guaranteed distancing. That panoramic one is the top for swimming. I would never have left the nice garden kept great and the girls from the outdoor bistro very nice. The only thing to replace are the Hairdryers in the rooms that don't work well.

After a negative review, the administration worked with the staff. This time came and were pleasantly surprised by the defensive changes in the restaurant in terms of service. We lived not in the main building, but in apartments that are spacious with a bedroom and living room, with 2 toilets and a kitchen line and a large balcony. Of the disadvantages of old-fashioned hair dryer-pipe they can not dry only to burn hands, a common very noisy conditioner. Exit from apartment 2 or directly to the main street or to the pools. There are 3 swimming pools: indoor, outdoor and on the roof with cool water. And you can swim in them up to 23.30, which is very convenient and a rarity.

Rooms clean, fresh, spacious, the menu is good and they have no problem to make you dishes that are different from those of the menu… what I appreciated a lot… staff … all very polite and discrete. A highlight is the cristalia a path with a roman sauna Finnish sauna Turkish bath emotional showers and ice cascade… the council. Only flaw is the water of the pools a little too hot.

Fantastic Week end in the name of relaxation. Very nice and friendly staff Great restaurant and very classy. Cristalya very satisfactory as it is reserved for 90 minutes! We also did a classic massage (but in this case you go to luck on who is more or less good). All the hotel very cared for in the details and clean! Pity about the room, which was very cared for, but on the second floor so no panorama and very small balcony!
Overall: Great! We'il be back for sure!

I've been back for several years. It has a buffet of raw and cooked vegetables extraordinary and varied. Breakfast for every taste, nothing is missing. Capable, caring and attentive staff. Very discreet. The SpA is so pleasant and also the pools areas well catered for and with many free whirlpool areas. Honest prices especially with the challenging for sludge.

Restaurant: 3/5, the pasta is not at the height of what is expected from the Italian cuisine.
Swimming pool, Fango, massage: 5/5 room: 4/5. At a little noisy, disturbing ultrasound.

What about?! I spent 5 unique days, in complete Relax even with my baby 6 months. I've seen this place change, ever since the garden at the entrance for Easter put rabbits and chicks, to a wonderful fountain. At the evening of August by the pool, at Christmas with the magician. And you also have a birthday. The first time I was in this Hotel I was 4 years old, now I have 25. And every time for me it's always special. Having done the hotel in the concierge, I decided to do an internship right there. For me it's like feeling at home!

Hotel in the complex very cozy, spacious rooms (suitable also for those who travel with children, space is there) and relatively recent, excellent restaurant, spa area and spas very pleasant with a good level of cleanliness and order, enviable and convenient location On the pedestrian walk.
Many tasteful details, from the huge Murano chandeliers installed in the restaurant Room (Pazzeschi) to the flowers in the common areas, the care of the guests is heard everywhere present.
Note of merit from booking to checkout for the good girls at the reception, who have applied the golden rule that even many Blasonatissimi hotels tend to forget easily: simplify the life to the customer.

We felt that we were guests when we asked the bathrobe and we have responded: "You have the smartbox?. … Unfortunately, it is not included but you can rent for 8 euros". In the room the air conditioner was locked, you could not use, but the radiators were best, day and night with 25 degrees outside and could not close in the room. We asked the reception to shut them off but it has not been done and because of this, we are woken up in the night and we were able to sleep only with the window open. Beautiful pools, friendly staff and the breakfast varied and abundant, but frankly, I don't think we will be back.

You can really recommend your house. The rooms are clean. The Termenanlage small but mighty. The kitchen is a special compliment — fantastic! Staff very friendly.
Only the Abenunterhaltung is doomed to fail with this music from the outset. A pity that you have to leave the hotel to have some entertainment in the neighbouring hotel.

We stayed at the seaside in Rimini. And it was a privilege to visit Abamo Therma. Panorama Plaza is like a native home. The food was excellent. But especially-the friendliness of the staff. And working with Russian-speaking Catherine and Olga-a beauty. Polite, caring, always ready to help. It's time to go home today, to Ural. But you want to come back here! And not once!.

There was a week at the hotel in March 2018. The hotel is in a great location. Everything is fine, reception, rooms, cleaning, attitude. Great food. It is very nice that the waiters in white jackets with butterflies, white tablecloths always, pancakes for breakfast, juice fresh. I especially want to thank the waiter woman, very mentally and nicely serviced. Well, the pool with hot water after a day of walking, just a miracle. Open until 11pm. Got more than expected from the rest. I recommend it, the city is also a good experience, not boring, clean and beautiful. The hotel is located near Padua. Very convenient. The supermarket within walking distance is very good.

I loved the idea of being able to dine in a bathrobe at the Hotel Bistro. The atmosphere that you create after 6pm. 30 in the spa area is magical and very relaxing.

Stayed a couple of weekends ago, we arrive at 10 o'clock to be able to use the pools in the morning and we are told by the reception that Check-in is scheduled for 2pm, and invited us to visit the center with its shops. Our daughter of little more than 3 years who could not wait to recruitment in the water went literally haywire to just reason, including us.
Then anyway in advance we are given the room, but aimè the surprises were not finished.
In fact we are informed that despite having the full board, the check-out of the Sunday was done within the ORE10. We explain that we have full board with Sunday lunch and we are informed that we have to pay a figure of €44 CAD. In order to Esufruire of the swimming pools even on Sundays what in years of stays in Abano in other hotels had never happened. (initially €44 per head and 20% discount for the baby), then saw how angry we have come to meet with the total cost of €44 (however Inaccattabile).
We are frequent goers of Abano and everywhere we were we always had a great time, we wanted to try this hotel which despite the pool area in/out very nice really disappointed us and risked (despite the hexose price) to spoil the weekend. Too bad because it looked really nice.

First time in this hotel, but regulars frequenters of Abano and neighboring hotels.
The vote concerns almost exclusively the reception (Bad) and the duration of the stay. In practice while having booked for the weekend and having full board with lunch at noon on Sundays, we were almost forced to leave the hotel at 10 a. M. Check out. (then adding €44 we had access to the pools for the day). Alternatively we would have to leave the hotel and then go to lunch… something unacceptable and never tried before.
Good food, but not great and food little sought after, beautiful the pool area both indoor and outdoor, but aimè experience that will not repeat, as they charge even the air that you breathe.

We were staying at this Hotel about 5 years ago and enjoyed it very much. The service mirrored a 4 star service, so much so that we wanted to go back for a weekend. Unfortunately the experience of this time was not so. A total disappointment.
The spa pool looked like a communal pool, full of people, with kids playing and too much fuss. The water was so full of chlorine to pinch and I also found the environment overlooked and decadent.
The hot rooms, so much to have to sleep in the middle of the night (in February) with open windows, low pillows and uncomfortable beds. The only good point is the cleanliness.
Disappointing even the food. Sad and poor quality dishes (some dishes were reminiscent of the hospital's food), little smiling and listless attendants.
I will not go back.

Clean and very well kept, spacious and comfortable rooms.
Spa service among the best in the area. Limited access to hotel guests until evening. From 19 to 23 open to the public.
Thermal pools clean and monitored by both internal and external staff.
The hotel offers in addition to the spa with hydro-massage also a wellness service that includes relaxation area where you sip herbal teas and relax at the foot of a wall of salt, emotional showers hot and refreshing, emotional path with alternating hot and cold water, bathroom Turkish and sauna.

In a four star you expect that after four hours when you are told that the room is cold, the problem is refreshed and not that you should call twice twice the reception. In addition staying one night the next day is required a payment x to take advantage of the spas. At this point you should sleep in a B&B and do the daily. At least you can come in by morning! Row at reception both X Chek-in and out. Lack of maintenance in the small indoor pool where there was a gap between the tiles without the concrete. Sauna Area not included except a small Finn outside the facility. Little choice of salty at breakfast.

We went with a package for the Day Spa. A nice, comfortable and served room, a pity for the view from the terrace that gave in the back shop of the thermal plant. The pools very nice, the big one allows a nice path from inside to outside the stable, with whirlpool stations and waterfalls. There are two separate whirlpool baths, one indoors and one outdoor (very special and intimate), and there is also a Finnish sauna. Separately you can access the Cristala route that includes emotional showers, sauna, Turkish bath and relaxation room with water and herbal teas. It is a separate treatment that is accessed only some people at a time and remains inside for 1h30. It's definitely more relaxing if you don't find the couple a little caciarona as it happened to us:P.

Plasa has responded to our expectations. We had a beautiful weekend, two nights, in the 11th floor suite admiring a fantastic panorama which are the Euganean hills. The Cristalry route we recommend it to all, 90 minutes of absolute relaxation. Moreover, the treatments, cured by qualified personnel, completely regenerate the body.
All the staff is five stars, special mention for Mrs. Michela at the reception, person who plays the role with extreme professionalism and especially with grace.

Very large rooms. The pools are well taken care of and the outdoor sauna is well made. Great poolside bar as great is the restaurant. The breakfast is extremely varied, both for salty and for sweets, including the prosecco! There is a small selection of vegan products, for those who care, not me!
The lobby is gigantic but very cozy with a great bar, the staff is very friendly. Many lifts including a panoramic, equipped with two-storey parking, Wi-Fi, mini bar and vending machine on each floor.
Only real downside is that I had a connecting room with another room. Very comfortable for those who need it but I was not needed and, not being well soundproof, I found it annoying. That's why I can't give 5 stars.

We returned to PHP after previous experiences, this time on the occasion of a family gathering. We were pleasantly surprised by the changes introduced in the structure of the area the thermal pools and, in particular, from the realization of "Sensory Pool" that manages to make even the most intimate and relaxing stay in the indoor thermal pool. Always at the height and at very high levels the welcome and the quality of the cuisine and restaurant service. All good reasons to find soon a new occasion to return.

Simply perfect, we chose to pair the formula Day Use to escape daily from the city. The room in support of wide and clean, much appreciated the welcome kit. Pleasant the new sensory experience in the indoor pool. We decided to stop in the Hotel as well for dinner and it was the icing on the cake. Will definitely be back!

Modern, comfortable and clean, the pools are well-appointed, with water jets and whirlpools for all your needs. The kitchen, I had received a gift coupon which included only the breakfast, is at the height of the situation, with a very rich and varied. Beautiful sauna area and bathrooms on the first floor, but as an extra, sin. Only drawback is the sauna outside, not cared for and without the possibility to take a shower just came out, with the obligation to wear the costume, that the sauna does not go quite agree.

Sauna in camera. Caldo torrido in pieno dicembre, a cosa serve un interruttore del riscaldamento? Forse per dare la possibilità di spegnerlo? NO! Ad interruttore spento I termosifoni andavano a pieno regime. Quindi abbiamo aperto la finestra con fuori sotto zero, corrente gelida dal basso e calore in alto… risultato… notte in bianco e raffreddore incipiente. Il tutto pagato profumatamente. Sauna in the room. Does it make sense a switch for heating system that doesn't switch off the radiator? We had a hot summer temperature in the room and no proper possibility to regulate it. I had to open the windows and outside temperature was some degrees below zero. A cold stream running at floor height and a hot one above it 'snt a good feeling… the results were a sleepless night and an incoming cold… both of them achieved expensively…

Hotel located in a strategic area. With a pedestrian area around the corner. Facilities and restaurant well organized. Good food with some small flaws, not always the dishes were hot at the table, the appetizers were sometimes of low quality. But the typical local evening was taken care of in the details with a very good menu. Unfortunately this time the stay was not relaxing cause renovation in place with workers who worked elbow elbow with hotel customers. I don't think they were happy about the situation either.

We stayed in your hotel the night of the 02/12/17, eleventh floor room 1107 very nice, double services… too bad the cork is missing from the bathtub!
Super nice room maitre, dinner so-so, when we got up for the dessert buffet on the return our table had already been cleared we no longer found towels water and wine glasses at the table… among other things still full.
Also we had been informed that the dinner table would be available for breakfast too, pity the morning was already busy!
We communicated the whole morning to the front desk at the time of payment and the guy in our saying was also rude in the replies, seemed almost annoyed at these remarks.

L'hotel è veramente bello e il personale gentilissimo. Siamo stati ospiti del plaza per una giornata di Day Spa e ci siamo trovati molto bene se non fosse che la struttura è attualmente in restauro e molte aree del centro benessere erano interessate da lavori di manutenzione e quindi dagli inevitabili fastidi del caso (rumore di trapano in zona piscina, muri scrostati, zone incomplete…). Se non fosse per questi piccoli nei il posto sarebbe veramente bello. Forse sarebbe stato più saggio chiudere il centro benessere per il periodo dei lavori. Indipendentente dalla questione manutenzione consiglio di evitare il bar della piscina, è costosetto e il cibo non è un granchè. Probabilmente vale la pena spendere qualche soldo in più e mangiare nel bellismo ristorante.

We stayed in full board 3 days in 7 girlfriends, we arrived in 4 and the welcome was good and professional, for the other 3 arrived after they even had to take their luggage to the room. The pools are nice with only one bathroom and in the afternoon quite dirty, there are work going on and I think they should have alerted us at the time of booking, very nice sauna path but no competent person who shows how and what to do, however nothing more than in other hotels is offered without paying.
As for the restaurant The good breakfast, disappointing lunch and dinner and poor quality, the staff discreet while the maitre Alessio Oltremare a rude person who did not make the effort to satisfy the NS. Needs indeed…, he does not know how to do his job.

I went there for the graduation party of a friend of my wife. We had a brunch and then we went to the swimming pool. Everything was fine. It's such a beautiful place.

We stayed at this hotel a weekend… What to say splendid structure relax and beauty, very nice and courteous staff and even my two year old girl had a great time. Moreover for the first time in his camping bed that was in the room we found a real mattress in which he could rest well!

We have visited twice now and both times we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It is a great bonus to have a room where you can change in private and have a shower too. The pools are really lovely and so relaxing it feels like you have been on a real holiday experience, feeling fully refreshed when you leave. My only small criticism is that the jacuzzi would benefit from being warmer, the same as the pool. We will visit again for sure!

The staff was very helpful I spent a wonderful weekend in the lovely setting of the Euganean Hills. I would love to go back with the kids as soon as they are big enough.
After a year I came back and I can only confirm my previous opinion. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Always excellent services. Food of exceptional quality not to mention the rooms, pools and spa in general. You've really bewitched me now.

I stayed at this property in July 2017, great outdoor presentation with fountain games and panoramic lift, class and elegance distinguish this property from the lobby, to the bar on the ground floor to the restaurant.
Spacious, well-manicured and cozy common areas, a much higher standard than other hotels of the same category.
Great and very rich breakfast, good choice of buffet appetizers and fantastic pastry.
Friendly and helpful staff from the reception to the room.
Very well kept and clean rooms, very welcome the possibility of late check out at the price of €30, 00 per room.
Outdoor swimming pool full of whirlpools, I did not use the path of Cristalry with reserve to try it to the next stay that I hope is in the short term.
I venture to make a unique note to the bathroom in the pool area as lower than the standard of the rest of the structure.

The hotel is very nice and very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. I tried 2 massages and I was very satisfied, the staff is professional and prepared. Nice pool area (though maybe a bit too crowded and noisy at times). Great breakfast and also the restaurant, with only 30 euros you have a wide choice and the quality of the food is really great.
The only ' criticism ' perhaps is the cost of the property, a bit overpriced (218 euros per night for 2 people only Bed and breakfast).

Wonderful experience, great outdoor presentation with fountains and hotel lights. The interiors are beautifully decorated. Very accurate and polite acceptance, nice room nice both SLA dining and Wintergarden for breakfast. Very clean and cosy rooms. Well-tended and beautifully presented food with buffet of appetizers and very nicely stocked vegetables. What is not to be neglected is the free provision of bathrobes (I think it is the only hotel I visited) for the great pools. Concluding… superlative.

I have to congratulate the hotel for the good reception, the comfortable suite and the excellent cuisine.
Also the room waiters are thoughtful and kind.
The indoor and outdoor areas are pleasing and the pool comfortable.
I have to do a note on the little available behavior of one of the waiters in the bar inside the hotel, how the room reserved for card games and more is kept and managed, the way to return towels and bathrobes reserved to the pool, the elevator is too noisy and its ups is felt too much in the first suite of the 11th floor.
I will certainly be back with pleasure at this comfortable hotel.

For the third time my husband and I stayed at the Hotel Plaza and we enjoyed staying in the accommodation of your residence which allows us to be autonomous in the hours, both of the inhalation and the pool, as well as to be able to handle the preparation of the food as we have certain dietary needs.
Very convenient the car garage below and the exit in the pedestrian area or directly in the pool garden by elevator.
The staff are always very polite and attentive to the needs of the customers and ready to remedy any drawbacks.
We would be delighted to be able to use your property again in the future and cordially greet all the staff.

Good evening, I put 5 stars because the stay, again this year was relaxing and enjoyable.
The staff at the reception very friendly and helpful, Mrs Natalia of the mud exceptional, a woman helpful and that put you in the mood every morning! The maitre d ' room where we dined perfect, always a few words in more than just a good evening! I also thank you for your wishes on the day of my birthday, with a greeting card on the table and two glasses of wine to celebrate, simple gestures that made it more beautiful that day. Only downside, and I say very sorry, the head of the waiters where we had breakfast (superb breakfast! ) a gentleman with glasses, of whom I do not know the name, was only helpful and sympathetic with some people dispensing advice and information that would be useful and interesting to all guests, never a smile or a good morning! I hope my criticism is just constructive. Good evening at all.

My husband and I stayed at this property early March and enjoyed our stay!
Room contemporary very accoliente, only the bed a little hard. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Large indoor and outdoor thermal pool with various well-located water messages. Advice after the sauna Finnish a nice swim in the panoramic pool unheated, a real panacea…!
Food very above average with particular excellence for what concerns the sweets… wonderful! Great pie maker!

I stayed both for a we, and for a day… Nice hotel, clean rooms, friendly and efficient staff, small pool but with a good number of whirlpools, free sauna clean and warm! All in all the facility is welcoming and relaxing, the water is not hot but… Pleasant! I do the 4 stars because it lacks a free tea area and the bar is a bit skimpy as magnitude and proposals for lunch… I think it's the only two things to improve. The possibility of the support room for those who make the daily entrance is very convenient to pleasant!

We went for a smarbox: the hotel is fine, but the rooms are annoyingly dated and too retro, good level of cleanliness. Food pretty bad, except for the dessert buffet (which, however, there is only on Saturday nights). Really fantastic pools, open late on weekends only.

I spent with my lady, wonderful days, Sin have been too few. Pool, wellness CRISTALIA, breakfast, lunch, dinner with wide selection of courses, evening with music, all wonderful, I can only advise you to come and find, I hope to do it again as soon as possible.

Modern and design hotel, a few others don't know about old Abano, spacious and Nice, beds comfortable, but a bit noisy. You constantly feel doors slam and hours of rest it gets annoying.
Very nice Spa and spacious, but the water is not hot, ok inside but outside its temperature drops drastically.
Breakfast is very good with fresh fruit in quantity.
Friendly, helpful, and unlike other professional structures.

Very neat and clean, food excellent, restaurant waiters superlatively courteous and charge nurse really friendly and charming. The pools the lifeguard was always nice and polite. Grounds well maintained and recently restored with some small token of time and wear and tear on the back stairs and bathrooms of the pools. Consigliatoper a great weekend or relaxation week.

I have been to this place for a day of relaxation and wellness weekend: design hotel, excellent cuisine, good relationship with customers, wellness packages amazing attention to detail and helpful and professional staff. In the center of Abano recently restructured by a famous architect, it's like a dream. Large and luxurious rooms, the panoramic pool and breathtaking. Swim at 10 meters high was great! I also recommend for golfers or sporting activity: fitness trails and water aerobics, free bike rental to discover the bike routes in the Euganean Hills and golf courses close by. A dream! Hope to visit again soon.
