Inside the décor makes it seem that time has stopped at the end of the 800… No staff but… It's friendly and helpful… Always attentive to the needs of the clientele. Not intrusive who cares about every little problem that is represented trying to solve the best and in short… Very nice Hotel Deserves…

My husband and I for our wedding anniversary decided to go to this beautiful hotel.
For 3 days we felt pampered in everything and for everything.
Cleanliness at 100% availability of polite and qualified staff. Rooms one more beautiful than the other. Not to mention the gardens and pools… a Marvel!
I recommend it… and we will at least once a year definitely go back to dive in total relaxation.

That is to say, the second time in this hotel is a dream, the rooms are sumptuous, the pool area is incredible with 4 thermal pools, but the highlight is the park immersed in the green of the perfectly groomed with beautiful plants of every type. Also the restaurant is very good although I have to say that I saw the menu slightly better in other 5 star hotels However, all of the beautiful, well-kept clean the staff is helpful and always available. Spaces wide open everywhere we turn. Fantastic.

All great only the sauna culture among the international guests could be better as well as the Saunabrezung to the pool is improving.

Nice, a bit old, unfortunately when we were there there were renovations and they kept drilling.

Stayed from the 13th to the 14th of January. Great Hotel… more than positive rating… food, locals, areas, and the staff at the Top. 2 Sins We found, the first bar service in the pool area with quite long wait. The second was the workers who worked to restore a part of the hotel that both Saturday and the Morrow worked logically creating noises.

We had a nice weekend myself and my family in this historic hotel. It was an exciting relaxing bath in the thermal pools, the emotional showers, the Turkish bath etc. The restaurant room is wide astonishing definitely… the food is good and well served.

Quality staff… very elegant structure… Overall quality Price unfortunately altino the price but you know the quality you pay and here you are happy to have.

First level reception; Excellent bar, stocked with the best whisky and gin; New SPA with ample private spaces.

Great hotel. Quiet. Offers excellent facilities and spa. There one minus _bed was wth rigid matress. No pillow top. The food in restaurant is above middle quality. Parking available as well as Wi-Fi.

Great place for perfect relaxation, the rooms are more then comfortable very big with nice view to the town, the place is extremely clean, quite and pleasent. The thermal pools (3 of them) are big and right temp. The food is excellent and the staff is helpful and very professional. 5 stars.

SPA Well.

The hotel is 5 starts but we will give 3 starts because we are very disappointed, was no like we was expecting, 1 — the internet in the hotel is very bad wherever you are. 2 — the facility's in the room are very bad, no coffee machine, no tè, and the part I found more band, is that I have to go to the 3rd floor to iron my clothes because the ironing board was no in the room and they can't bring it to the room. 3 — I book in the spa a luxury manicure and this cost 45€, for 50 minutes, she finished in 35 minutes and the manicure was owful, no very clean and no choices of colors. 4 — 80% of the people was over 60 years old 5 — the room was not very clean, I add picture. the good thing about this hotel is the breakfast and dinner, is very good. the staff they are very welcoming, and the location of the hotel is very good.

I was a guest one night and found beautiful hotel, spectacular interiors, beautiful swimming pools and outdoor areas. But above all, the staff are excellent and very friendly, from the waiters to the maitre di sala, the people at the front desk and housekeeping. I had a stroke and never would have expected such kindness and attention, all very kind! In particular Mrs Stefania desk. I will be back for the beauty of the place and especially for the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff! I recommend it!
