Hotel con spa e piscine termali un 'oasi di piacere da concedersi ogni tanto per coccolarsi e farsi coccolare.

Posto veramente fantastico, personale cordiale e molto gentile… Ho trascorso 2 giorni per festeggiare il compleanno del mio ragazzo e abbiamo usufruito delle terme e del servizio massaggi. Sicuramente da ritornarci!

Absolutely negative note to the kitchen. I called to make sure the availability of gluten-free and lactosian products, so that I could book the stay serenely, having received a positive response I decided to stay overnight with full board. You can't imagine the disappointment, the displeasure of seeing me served food to me as a celiac. A lot of confusion on the subject and very little preparation on the part of the staff despite the early warning of my intolerances. Minimum breakfast that saw for me only corn cakes with honey…
sometimes it only takes a little honesty and say clearly that you are not prepared for it, otherwise you will have a customer not only dissatisfied but who risks serious health problems for your lack of humility!

I returned for the third time to this Hotel, of which I can say that the welcome, the service of all the staff (starting from the mythical maitre) is really impeccable, and make you feel "at home".
The hotel is a bit vintage in some of its parts, but they're working on an upcoming renovation, for next year. In any case our room was very manicured and renovated, with parquet and nice wide with the view of the pools and the new area with beach and children's games (great! ). We stayed for three nights at full board and I have to say that you eat well and the prices are competitive. The pools and the garden is manicured, despite the age, they are well maintained.
I recommend to everyone, even and especially to families with children.

Everything has been changed, and they are still improving kudos.

Old-fashioned hotel with décor and details of the opening period. Rooms spacious but also those with furniture and furniture now past, in the standard rooms lacks a small fridge or a food warmer/boiler so make a tea or just heat a bottle of milk on the other hand are clean and give you already a bathrobe to go to the SPA area. A welcome for the really nice personal catering, varied menu and full all really tasty with themed evenings. As for the pools are three an interior with hot water and about 1.40 m high with waterfall while the two exteriors are one with warm water and about 1.40 m high and the second cold exterior with water about 2.40 meters high. There are spials and umbrellas but not enough. The sweat cave is also beautiful. Outdoor small beach and play area with inflatables for the little ones. I recommend if you do not have a lot of claims. Ps try to go the night on the 3rd floor there is a wing of the hotel I think disused with rooms where there can shoot a nice horror movie.

Hotel being resumed by change management. No renovations have been done yet and therefore you will find everything very old-fashioned, but with great spaces. The pools have nothing interesting, they are to be renovated and lack a few extra hot tubs, after a while you get bored if there are no alternative to staying only in the thermal water; umbrellas are not enough if they also access the outside, so those who have the room, as happened to me, ask not to find a place, a sunbed, an umbrella. Sunbeds often don't have sunshades and umbrellas are a bit dilapidated. Nice sweaty cave, but there are few places. The staff try to do their best, but sometimes they can't do more… The bartenders? WHAT MORE WOULD not hurt, one in three was competent and kind… Finally, the restaurant is great and offers good service, although on the first day, before we had a bottle of water we had almost finished the first one, and the drinks are excluded, so before and the more they brought the better it was… Wonder. The second day went well… the waiters are nice, apart from how much to do the waiters are some bartenders…

Clean room, good food, gentle people.

The hotel was a little old, but it was nice and tidy. The staff is very friendly and professional, making our experience great. The pools were nice and clean and beds quite comfortable. A good and cheap place to stay. The free dinner and breakfast had a large selection of different dishes and tasted good.

We bought a full package with Groupon including pool access, spa, lunch and room for a day and I can only give a more than positive rating! The hotel is undergoing a makeover, but it's still comfortable. The rooms are very clean. The staff are very friendly with the guests… but with the kids it's amazing! The kitchen is very good and the environment is very quiet and made us breathe that holiday feeling even itself was quite short! The most pleasant situation of all for our son, however, was the area dedicated to children… and the much-dreamed sand!

Hotel in the norm with the stars. We were fine. Clean and organized pool, always helpful staff, clean bright room and clean bathrooms. I disagree with other reviews that despise this hotel.

Relaxing stay… Pleasant Place. The spa a fabulous novelty. To try.

Very nice staff (young night porter very serious, he does not joke and does not smile but this is not a negative factor). The rooms are not very spacious but for my stay it was more than good. Food not bad, possibility of encore without problems, nice and helpful maitre just like the waitress.
Too bad for the gym being renovated which was not specified during the reservation.

A good compromise to spend a day at the spa of Abano. The pools are large and clean. Quiet environment. The structure is dated so there are almost no whirlpools. Standard functional rooms. I also recommend the restaurant, simple and tasty dishes. Rich Vegetable buffet. The staff were very helpful.

I would stay here again. … wonderful Easter and Monday. … abundant and good food, good Collazzone, nothing is missing. Clean rooms, new bathrooms Although small but clean there is everything. … for what we paid, I feel satisfied.

Hotel located about 300 meters from the center of Abano Terme. The hotel is equipped with 3 swimming pools, one of which is indoor and 2 outdoor. Equipped with thermal grotto, possibility of inhalation at low cost, 1 free massage per room. We arrived in the opening week, so the attendance was few. For us, of course, it went well, because we can't stand the mob and the crush. The staff is professional and courteous. We took advantage of the full board. Possibility of choice between sea and land flow. Quality raw material. 3 stars widely deserved. Moreover, it is to be said that Abano Terme is a very nice place.

All very kind and obliging. Great Lunch is dinner. To improve breakfast. The spa complex is waiting for improvements. Altogether a more than discreet stay in relation to the quality-price.

Hotel to avoid. A real rip off I gave a star just because less I could not give.
I would not recommend at all this hotel old property and inappropriate and arrogant staff.
Experience not to be repeated, do not be fascinated by the descriptions and photos shown on the site of the hotel is old and decadent. Non-existent hydro-massages: only three lumbar-level vents have remained at a pressure that bothers. The spa cave a disappointment. But the worst thing is the bar. On display at the counter there is a sheet with written "Bar open from 8 to 22" We showed up at the bar at 13.00 and it was deserted after waiting 20 minutes we go to the reception desk to get info and notify us that it will take a little more patience at least 15 minutes because the waitress in the bar is serving at the restaurant. After a wait of 40 minutes total arrives the "bartender" to take the orders, had only prepackaged piadine and baked tost and cheese. We order, wait another 40 min and arrive only the piadine as we discover that the table alongside has already received TT the ordered. We ask where the tost ended up and why the Lords are served first even if they arrived later. We find that the Lords had ordered with reservation again at 12.000 (book for Piadine and Tost? First time I feel that you book for a snack at the bar) in any case the "bartender" replies to us that if we want she does not get them tost.

I did the outside access to the hotel spa. Very friendly. Spa area simple and a bit outdated, a little uncomfortable the changing rooms. A bit lacking the directions and difficult to orientate. However clean and adequate to the price required for access.

I Am often in this hotel for cures, especially mud with thermal waters, there are also special treatments for the body and I can safely recommend it to everyone. Not only for the availability of the Reception but also for the care of the managers to the requests of the users, for the cleaning of the water in the swimming pools and of the rooms in front.

An Invitation to Lunch. Retro-flavored, modest, very kind, helpful staff. Great Vegetable Buffet and a few entrees. Everyday Menu, nothing special. I would Not choose it x a prolonged holiday.

Good value for money, friendly and caring staff, great food and professionalism at the spa. I hope I can come back.

Hotel dated, would need renovation, at least of the rooms, Nice hall. General cleanliness in the norm but poor in the rooms. A lot of mold in the shower. Friendly and helpful staff especially for children. Very kind of the owner's daughter. Swimming pool area OK cleaning of the latter in the norm. Good cooking. All in all I would stay again.

You eat well. Three hot tubs including a blanket. Comfortable rooms. No fridge in the room. Only flaw the bar inside opens at 10am. 00. Generous Breakfast with open buffet.
