Great spa day with exceptional bar service with Simone… swimming pools with many hydromassage stations… also tried the sauna area all modern with the new sauna "fridge" to try … great beautiful location …

For my relaxing day I chose this hotel in Abano.
The outdoor and indoor pool area is completely renovated, clean and well maintained.
Very nice garden furnished with new sunbeds and deck chairs.
The only flaw is the staff and the bar service.
At the reception very kind but a bit hasty and listless.
The snack service and bar unspeakable. I took from the menu a fruit salad with ice cream: I got a glass with 4 cloves of apple and a slice of kiwi for the "modest" figure of 6 €! Shameful to call it fruit salad and serve such a thing. As if that were not enough, the waiter was also annoyed to receive orders.
I pointed this out to the reception and the only thing they could answer was that they are not responsible for the bar.! 😩
Definitely to be improved! 😉

The new modern rooms very welcoming, the swimming pools always beautiful even if with some need for maintenance, the good food and also attentive to gluten-free, the only big drawback, as many have already written, the owner who treated us, despite being wrong, with arrogance and rudeness. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience caused he verbally pleased us despite the fact that we were available, as we did, to solve the error of the structure. Gentlemen you are born!

I chose this property for a relaxing Sunday at the spa mindful of a weekend spent here pre-covid.
I found the environment always nice and welcoming, beautiful pools and outdoor garden with a brand new sauna. Attentive and prepared staff, I would recommend only a more "substantial" and varied bar menu: in fact, variations are not possible compared to what is present and the portions are rather sparse. I will definitely be back anyway to enjoy the peace of this place.

Today I finished my path to the spa … mud baths with ozone preparation inside that is x to get a thanks to the operators of the hotel x for their professionalism and holders x their availability. Great place x relax in a fantastic pool with jacuzzi … and many other opportunities to get pampered.

Great location, beautiful pools including the brand new interior and renovated dining room, as well as many bathrooms on the first floor. Rooms dated but clean. Good menu although they often prepare lasagna. Garden park with very nice greenery and hearty and varied breakfast.

We booked the pool for the day on Sunday with a support room no one told us that it is mandatory the headset otherwise there will be brought from home, the pool good and good the therapeutic path, horrible mouldy umbrella and sunbeds decidedly old, the young waiter who served us at the bar and in the pool very polite and helpful, showering in the room bad and malfunctioning.

The highlight is the park, large and full of plants, but now after the enlargement of the indoor pool with new dressing is much more welcoming, to improve the rooms and the menu, great breakfast.

Wonderful stay close to the city center new restaurant nice and generous quality nothing to say keenly the next stay.

After reading through the many negative reviews here, I have to contradict everyone!
We have been going here twice a year for many years and are looking forward to the next time.
All employees, from the boss, to the waitress or room care worker, are very friendly and open-minded. For me, it's a question, of good parenting, to kindly ask someone for something.
Have already experienced the opposite with some guests.
Breakfast was also an often criticized point. Of course, it's better off, — it's going better and better. Even at the 7Stern Superhotel.
But it's a very good selection, it's fresh, it's always passed on, …

I had a very small single room in the 5th floor, which was also relatively quiet, unfortunately the shower was not to be used (mixed battery defective), so I had to shower every day in the swimming pool in the evening. I've never gotten such a "trim chamber" there before. My request to give me another room because of the defective shower, also a DZ for sole use at an additional cost, was not complied with. It was obvious that free rooms are still available. Since I have been booking the hotel again and again since 2006, I was disappointed about it, the behavior has not been comprehensible to me.
Otherwise everything was wonderful, even the food in the restaurant. Employees without exception friendly and courteous.

The only star I would like to concede is for the spa and spa treatments we have tried. For the rest everything bad, staff obnoxious and always with the muzzle, terrible kitchen. Shelled Fruit for Macedonia, cannelloni to the taste of homogenized; As icing on the cake, despite boasting do offer a gluten-free service, from celiac, I found the staff completely unprepared. The only thing they could offer me was the gluten-free pasta with tomato, all the sauces for them I could not eat it, The sweets do not talk about it… When I reassured her that the ice cream I could eat it, at least The normal tastes, they brought me the cup with a lot of waffle!

Room Staff Great If I have to do a little relief is the location a bit cramped of the self-service vegetables placed near the entrance of the room.
Great pools, but in the cold season it would take a "water" pass between the two outdoor pools.

One of best thermal pool's hotel, room are pretty old and internet… target it. Food is good too.

We stayed only one day and no nights (Spa day). The 3 pools are very nice, and so is the wellness center. The staff was kind and glad to answer all of our questions.

Hotel abominable! Poor food, dirty dishes, rusty pools thermal loungers malfunctioning breakfast bread container with hair, I stayed from 3 to 6 January a nightmare!

Acceptable hotel the evening of 29/12 by crap, little dishes … we leave the room with still hunger in my stomach … dining room service very friendly.

Is a three star hotel but it is like a four. Recommended.
