Wonderful Hotel full of wonderful people. All the staff is kind, cordial and extremely available. Very competent team of physiotherapists and professionals in the field of rehabilitation. Elegant, clean, and pools are very beautiful.

Already the second stay. Super nice, care, and a gym of a good standard, excellent cuisine and the team is super nice. According to "the elders" the staff remains for years. I spoke to a lovely German 91 years, this is his 30th stay (! ) at the Hermitage.

I stayed at this property in March with my fiance.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is substantial.
We felt welcomed and followed carefully.
The structure is completely accessible, with the wheelchair you go everywhere and besides the experience of the staff puts you at ease, offering services and support without making you feel different from the other guests.
We didn't need to, but for access to the pools they come with lifter and trained staff.
The room in addition to being very large and cared for, is equipped with all the necessary aids to make the holiday accessible, but without losing elegance or style.
In other places the rooms for the disabled are among the least cared for, here No, indeed!
Excellent food, clean and cared for.
Perfect thermal pools and whirlpool baths.
We will go back especially because the staff made us feel at home.

I would say that I suffered a lot on my skin… "A huge stress compared to pure relaxation" under this Christmas period, which towards the end of this year 2017 has risen more and more, with highlights, with the arrival of new customers, purely German, because I have been guest and client, and patient x its Mud treatments and thermal baths, day after day I saw the increase in an exponential way the anxiety to the organizational staff and of the massage attendants for the morning, as we went ahead in time towards the end of the year!
Instead x lunch and dinner equally transmission of stress of the service staff serving meals, a huge and growing excessive noise of carts and dishes in general, and to stand to consume in the same their fast pace and say nonsense if a hotel Medical that should understand more the pace of the clients in majority older and not, as this last my case, that I have over 40 years and I have made many trips and experiences especially on large cruise ships!

Nice and cozy structure, large and with excellent rehabilitative structure, but you could even better on the aspect of the technology of the rooms and a greater attention on the information than from the customers in the first days, without pretending to "not understand" and Among the reception staff collaborate more among colleagues in the passage of provisions of his new customers, guests for the first time!

Absolutely extraordinary for the amenities in the thermal pools, for the seriousness and authoritativeness of the medical offer, for the quality of the hotel service. I was fortunate enough to see the behind the scenes: how to cultivate the sludge, how to manage and regiment the water, the precious good that is the origin of everything. If there was a sixth star, I'd put it!

It is the first time, at the suggestion of a friend who had booked from London, I decided to join her and try the alternative to Ischia. We booked for a week and from day one I regretted not having booked for at least ten days. The family hotel is an oasis of serenity, the staff very attentive and family always present make the atmosphere pleasant. Will be back.

I visited this hotel a few years ago. The order made at the last moment, the choice of rooms was limited to a Suite. The Suite that I was given was the most beautiful in this hotel: spacious, bright, the whole "velvet pink" with nice white furniture, a wonderful terrace-garden, and in fact with an entirely separate corner of the garden. The impression fascinating. The only, very small, unfortunately caused the geographical position of the hotel is remote from all "civilization". But maybe it's good for two weeks serious health. Useful dirt, a good teacher of gymnastics. The massages I would not advise to do, but the pool under the open sky brought a lot of fun with all of its water "stuff".

This is the fourth year in a row we visit this wonderful hotel, it has such personality and atmosphere. Wonderful food, surroundings and great staff.

Unforgettable repeatedly. For the courteous and efficient organization, for the intelligent and attractive kitchen with attentive but not suffocating, attention to service-any particular requirement, but even more: it's not a spa HOTEL, not a LUXURIOUS SPA! BUT it is a true RESORT both for those interested in hotellerie high-level (at the right price) and Rehabilitation for those who need medical attention! Besides an unquestionable professionalism of the Trainer in the Fitness.
IT IS UNIQUE! A true rare MEDICAL HOTEL: Chapeau to staff and to the new generations of owners who run impeccably renovated the entire property.
