We had an upgrade to this hotel which otherwise we wouldn't have chosen. The rooms, although very large and clean, are affected by the passage of time… Definitely not up to a 5 star dinners served. Breakfast ok. The indoor and outdoor pools are very enjoyable for lack of guests. Very kind all the staff. Ultimately the cost is not justified.

We were satisfied structure at the Top staff seems to have been chosen on a book of fairy tales in the dining room super waiters especially thanks to its professions the head room always attentive and with a professional humor.

A weekend with friends at this beautiful property! I had a great and super pampered time.

We just aren't there, I hardly write negative reviews, in this property I've been there several times, even I paid others the overnight stay, because in my opinion before today was absolutely the symbol, of the 5 stars! But this weekend I felt such a lowness, that never before has it happened to me. In the following covit, all activities included in the package except the pools are closed! Well ahead on the Saturday early closing of the pools without anyone making us understand how to behave, in the middle of the evening it was August 15th… Let's talk about the poolside bistro to book in advance, choice of table … but then ended up an exchange of tables in the sun in a 33-degree day house. Lunch starter of fish (salmon slice, escape 4sarde) second (perch fillet) only at Camst at noon you can eat so bad the price… Camst eats us 10 times … and I'll stop, I'd have more… avoid myelose answers from the director because I tried several times to have an interview, marked out great. I had to spend a weekend full of tranquility and well-being instead and it was the worst, I hope it serves to make you understand that something is wrong.

Nice hotel, nice, really outstanding staff no one excluded. Top-notch cleanliness, organized. Pleasant stay and to be recommended. The pools are nice, big, organized with an all-hot area. Good and rich cuisine. Thanks to all the staff.

Very quiet, chic hotel, where it's good to take care of either. The pools are superb. Bubbling baths, massages, massage jets, saunas, to relax and recharge. Breakfasts are served in a magnificent room with a staff listening. My experience of half board was not favorable because of the attitude of the pressed staff not pleasant, but the menu was ok. Pool staff are available and facilities are satisfactory. In promotion at less than 50% at the last minute, I will come back …

We stopped for a long weekend, Friday-Sunday, also at this property for some relaxation and were really pleased. Taken advantage of a special offer of the usual ns tour operator Groupon but we can say that we received a treatment like all other customers. A special note is the great sympathy and kindness of all the staff, from reception, to catering, to staff to rooms to that to the pools. Large and spacious rooms, furnished with taste and sophistication, although some a bit dated. Restaurant with a wide choice with high quality and pure quantity. Outdoor pools and blankets with various and highly appreciated hot tubs. Excellent pool bar service! TOP staff! Excellence in the EUGANEE spa landscape that offers a wide choice…

Cosy, spotless (except for a couple of black lines on the hot tub that would easily be removed), with an old-fashioned atmosphere, helpful staff and very friendly. Well-equipped spa, many facilities to enjoy, beautiful pool and outdoor area.

I loved the property, it must be said that it has its own unmistakable style that you can open or not. I appreciate places with a certain soul and Hotel President is undoubtedly one of them. The exceptional staff – and this concerns everyone: the staff of the reception, the restaurant, the bar, the pool and even the cleaning lady. All represent a level, a class and an elegance that can be found in other 5-year hotels. It's true that the room should be renovated and that it actually looks a bit old fashioned (we were on the sixth floor — the seventh floor is beautiful). But despite this the hotel deserves its 5 stars and you see that guests feel good. Ah, one more thing — it is not at all a hotel where so many young children come, indeed our son seemed the only small child present in the structure but he did not miss anything — there were cots, high chairs in the restaurant, bikes with a seat and especially the staff very nice and very sympathetic. A place where I would gladly return because I felt fully good!

Great Hotel! With thermal pools! In the heart of Abbano terme!

I can only give 5 stars as the rest of this hotel category! Courtesy of the Fibulo especially at the reception by day and night, always considerate and friendly with customers, even for those who fall late at night, no problem for the guy who opened us (Francesco), very nice!
For the rest everything OK, bar, restaurant, care department and swimming pools, really an oasis of relaxation where you can spend a week or a simple weekend, recommended!

Super feel-good hotel with excellent fangokur treatment. Wonderfully large Outdoorpool and water appliances as well as large indoor pool in combination with outdoor pool. Sauna. Infrared Sauna Depitharium and salt inhaler. Fitness room and rental bicycles. Many lounges indoor and outdoor. Herrvorrahgende Kitchen and eunderschöner dining room. Huge lobby with bar. Well-equipped comfort room with balcony. Staff very helpful and very friendly. The president can only recommend it to anyone. Come to the president for 12 years only. Recently also with e-charging station.

The Tranquil Place in Abano Terme! We've been staying in this hotel for the last 9 years. Almost 2 years ago hotel's owners change. And after our last visit few weeks ago we congratulate the new management with visible improvements introduced to the hotel. Indoor pool area became more diverse. New elevators. Adding new rooms on the 7th floor. More importantly, the hotel runs today as high-class hotel in dining area (great work, Mauro! ), in SPA (thanks to Natalie, long-waited SPA manager) and of course overall (thanks to Kurt Ropers, General Manager). Great value for your money!

Accommodation, thermal baths with hydromassage top, service in all areas competent, friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. We felt very comfortable and all around.

Nice rooms, spacious. Lunch in the hotel buffet abundant, always stocked really researched (there were, among other dishes, oysters) all very fresh. Excellent choice of wines, with lots of sommelier in the room. Small indoor thermal pool, which flows into the new exterior, rather large and very clean. Lots of whirlpool baths and sunbeds. Very nice.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Beautiful thermal water pool facility which is still in Nov. 2017 is completely renewed. Good massages. Good food. Room unfortunately with view on unsightly backyard. Maybe because of hofer-travel booked?

Nice hotel The service is generally good and listening congratulations to the service of the restaurant and especially to Karim and Angelo, the food is more excellent.
Nothing to complain about except that the rooms are not 5 stars and match neither more nor less than a Novotel room with however a terrace in addition.
But nevertheless the pool and the treatments make this establishment a lovely and pleasant place.

Several stays in this beautiful hotel, all the staff are super professional and does everything for the guest. The healthcare sector is cosy and at the top of the services. The rooms are spacious, the pools are beautiful. Refined meals and the master of Chaix is hyper professional. We return with pleasure.

A real five star.
Strong points are definitely:
The spa with large swimming pool is directly connected to the outside.
The friendliness of all the staff from masseurs to receptionist waiters.
The standard of cuisine, with quality food and typical Venetian dishes.
In the evening on weekends there are always tastings or other interesting activities.
The real icing on the cake, at least for me, is the ability to use the service at noon cuisine right in the pool without having to go back to the room to change.

I spent the Christmas holiday in this magnificent hotel. A beautiful hotel in a great location, the room was magnificent as also the staff who work there, always ready to receive customers ' requests. The SPA is really beautiful.
I've tried several hotels in Abano Terme but this is definitely among the best. I hope to return as soon as possible.

I spent a week relaxing all inclusive for all spa treatments in the hotel. Council choosing the Presidentterme for those who wish to spend a holiday or a week of wellness and spa treatments with their whole family full of comfort and exclusivity of certain services such as golf courses.
