Very pleasant and organized for everything together, I would say exceptional. Good welcome, healthy and accurate cuisine, great choice of fresh food. Room staff, led by Mr. Mario, fast (flies) very kind, medical massage (Alberto) professional effective efficient. Swimming pool with various whirlpool and aquagim (Barbara), with Bar (Fabio) … here guest feels pampered is important, it is good for everyone! I found all the staff always available for any need, I felt pampered and at home. The place is lovely and cared for down to the smallest detail. It will be my exclusive stop every time I return to Abano Terme. Thanks for everything.

Clean, comfortable, intimate atmosphere, child friendly, top restaurant, great value for money. I recommend it for the many hydromassage places. Central location to the pedestrian area, evenings with live music. I will be back for sure! Highly recommended!

I stayed 3 days in this hotel and I must say that the staff in charge of the pools is very rude and very rude. Definitely will never stay here again.

On the site they indicate that they make menus for celiacs.
We had notified by phone, asked the maitre d' again as soon as we entered the room and despite this a dish with gluten was served. Extremely embarrassing justifications, which denote incompetence on the part of the staff and a certain supeficiality that do not marry with the tone that you want to give the hotel.
We will not be back.

We stayed there for 3 days. We always go to them 3, 4 times a year. A very pleasant and relaxing stay. Excellent as a restaurant, really delicious dishes and very ready to satisfy the tastes of our child from 1 year where they served different types of smoothie dishes. Only thing I have to say and that seemed a bit too expensive for 2 nights spent there. But we will definitely come back and recommend this beautiful place.

Beautiful Hotel, great Room and housekeeping good, bathroom super spacious and new, the food is good, Buffet breakfast very rich and fresh, the thermal centre and Spa is very well organised, a weekend, very relaxing, and fabulous!

Variety of simple food, but cooked very well… From what I have noticed is always full of reservations, so the pools you all enjoy at times. The staff is very friendly. Located right in the centre of Abano Terme, the walks are unforgettable, a country beautiful and clean.

Swimming pools excellent. Very good kitchen. The Room was very spacious and comfortable. The service is excellent Spa with qualified staff. Perfect for a weekend at the Spa.

Excellent facilities, excellent rooms and very well cared for in Venetian style, each different from the other; It is also fantastic on each tipio worked glass chandelier. Relaxing swimming pools, sparkling lounges. Staff and service suffer from the excessive overexerment typical of the holidays, but the quality is still at the height. Recommended.

Food is good staff shared many very nice many Gris Gremig single room A joke bin as tour guide and bus driver and entrepreneur in a single room accommodated almost out of bed so small is that. The sister House Allalba is better Einzezimmer much bigger.

Great hotel at the entrance to the old town of Abano. Good value for money Ideal for a relaxing and well-being holiday. Possibly and better to choose a period out of season for both the price and the influx of people. The mud of Abano is one of the best in the world.

Group of 8 people, stayed for a week. All very nice; the hotel, the rooms, the indoor and tern pools, the whirlpool, the salt cave. Great buffet breakfasts; Also great is the lunch and dinner menu, chosen between 3/4 first, second ditto, wide buffet of cooked and raw vegetables. Beautiful evening Venetian, beautiful the new year's eve. A special thanks to the girls who during our stay pampered us during meals, Marcela and Rachel. Thanks also to the bartender Simone who has always been available. In short, if I were to express my liking with a rating I would give 8… to deserve 10 with praise, this property should have the pools open late (23.30 instead of 19.00), it should allow guests to access the breakfast room in costume and bathrobe, (although I understand the reasons why it is not allowed) would have been easier if you were to change only for lunch and dinner. Last thing to get full marks and also praise… the ladies of the reception
(although very professional, courteous and available for any request) should be a little less… Cold? An extra smile never hurts and is free. More than positive experience, absolutely recommended.

I like to come back. The Ambience is pleasant and the staff friendly. They Cook well and the rooms are sufficiently manicured. A bit noisy the pools but overall everything is pleasant.

Very good Location The pools are of a good standard. To improve the gym virtually non-existent. The staff too formal. The parking is too small and the space available for unloading the suitcases is inconvenient. The rooms are clean and tidy with plenty Of room for clothes.

The Hotel is a comfortable four-star, recently refurbished. The location is great as it is close to the park and the pedestrian area, full of shops. The cuisine is good with varied menu proposals, even if it excels, the buffet is rich. Also The breakfast in the morning is generous in the proposals. The rooms are good and the superior class ones are really large and well appointed, with a big terrace on the front. The staff is friendly and helpful. The Swimming pool area is comfortable, it also has a smaller tub dedicated to various hydro-massages. Having then covered part of the exterior you save the race to conquer the last bed. It also Has a thermal grotto. I Recommend you have a centrifuge for swimsuits and some more float. The lobby is large and stately and the hotel also has a parking lot. Overall a more than good hotel and the price is interesting especially in low season and stopping for at least 3 days. On specific care I will not say anything as I have not tried, I see that but the offers are many: from the cleaning face to massage chocolate. I would recommend it from a cycle of therapies to a romantic weekend.

Structure and facilities very good, qualified staff, great food. Try the romantic weekend and the chocolate bath.

Okay, perfect for relaxing and strategic location: the heart of Abano! Only one flaw: poor cuisine from products first very cheap and feels! Rice aside, very good, very modest doses of side dishes, and meat that, same for savory breakfast. Rich and varied buffet ideal to overcome the poverty and sadness of the first!

And the second time we came here … Beautiful … Clean pools, one with Jacuzzi, the other major with direct passage to the outer one, staff polite and respectful, double room nice and clean. We like to think that we will return again.

Great location, tasty breakfast and buffet, restaurant good and spacious, elegant rooms with stunning views. Gorgeous pool!. Shame it's not accept all dogs but only small ones! Even little dogs lose hair and often are the ones that go up on the beds! The mine does not. HOWEVER I RECOMMEND to people who don't have dogs of medium and large size.

Holiday spent in hotels for thermal cures, excellent structure, very helpful staff particularly in third and employees to care.
