Pleasant experience, 3 days of relaxation in this well-kept hotel, very clean and with the very kind staff … Beautiful 3 thermal pools and various services offered! Excellent and abundant breakfast, good catering (both lunch and dinner), the only drawback the temperature of the room … Too hot!

Very clean everywhere, good food and elegant dining room… It would be to review the bathrooms of the rooms.

The pools clean and well maintained. Numerous massage options in the pools, which can be activated by yourself. When a defect was reported, it was fixed within 24 hours!

I have known the Tognin Family for more than 30 years. For them I feel affection and great esteem because they are wonderful people and the love and commitment they put into their work is something indescribable. Hotel Europa is a perfectly balanced mix of professionalism, elegance, familiarity, cleanliness, customer care, wide choice of meals for every taste and need. The sublime breakfast, every morning a very special start, vast choice of sweet and savory. The pools and whirlpools pamper you from morning to evening.
For me a real holiday of relaxation and rest, it is what I really needed and here I found it.

We stayed for Valentine's Weekend, nice hotel, very clean. The swimming pool area and relaxation area very nice and well cared for. The only flaw is the moment of breakfast, not because it is not taken care of, indeed there is a little bit of everything, but for the way it is managed for the Covid regulatory discourse. In my opinion, they should make one sense for the queue, not give people the opportunity to get in scattered order, there are always those who move forward and it is unpleasant for those waiting. However leaving aside this smallness, certainly perfectable, I highly recommend it also because the staff are very kind.

Beautiful location, beautiful pools, staff super helpful and kind, only flaw in the restaurant, the food was not at the height of the set, disappointing, arrives on Saturday… I was stupid by the diversity of the Super menu. But why? Thursday disappointing Friday, Super Saturday? Flunked.

Just one weekend, but all great. The spa is gorgeous. Impeccable cleaning and cooking. Congratulations to all the staff.

The staff is very courteous and always available, we were greeted in an exceptional way, a eulogy, because these days ignorance reigns supreme in our country. Room spacious and elegant, equipped with all comfort, only down side is little variety in the fridge in the room. Spa with swimming pools and whirlpools, very beautiful both the internal and external, many sun loungers both poolside and in the gallery, and wellness centre good. The common parts are elegant and sophisticated. Excellent breakfast in the morning. Without a doubt we will return even for the good price / quality ratio.

It's been a lovely and relaxing stay. We went there for a weekend and properly enjoyed the spa and swimming pools with thermal water. The wellness area is great and very well thought, the rest of the hotel is furnished with a sober classic style and well maintained. The service has been impeccable. We didn't get to see much of the surrounding, but there is a high number of restaurants and a walk with several shops and entertainment. Overall, highly recommended.

Pity it broke a lift… then other details of negligence in the rooms… very friendly staff. To access the pools or make the stairs or you have to go outdoors with draughts. Very varied menu.

Always wonderful to come back … friendliness, cleanliness, excellent cuisine and what about spas. This year sudorifera new cave and the staff is always tidy and clean the areas adjacent to the Spa … Mr pierluigi always available for any need … the dining room staff is top and spoils all its customers … and cleaning them girls really great … I mean I just have to COME BACK at the end of MARCH with MY FAMILY …

Horrible service, just had a conversation with one of your employees simply requesting information. Was treated like I was disturbing him and as if I had ridiculous question (such as; what would be the fee for entrance or does your room price include or exclude beakfast…) I suggest you either update your site including the information on my 'ridiculous' questions or screen your employees and find out who you can have answering your phone without insulting potential customers. Never, ever will I book anything at your hotel.
