Everything was perfect, food, location and stuff. All staff was kind, but esspecialky I have to make emphasis on mr. Nelo Citara restaurant, Djenaro who was our waiter in restaurant, Flavia on reception as well Patricia who works in SPA and has magical hands in auerveda masage. Stuff in the Bar were teriffic, I do not know their names but there were profesional all the time, esspecialy Vito. Yes I will recomend the hotel and come back again in the furure!

I would repeat this experience another 1000 times! Wonderful everything, from the reception, rooms, food and location.

Too many stars for a Hotel that has only the garden and outdoor pools.

Unique experience, this July my partner and I were at your Hotel. Fantastic, the room overlooking the sea, the staff courteous from the welcome entrance to the exit for greetings. Well located, pretty much a few minutes from everything!. The Restaurant (we had half board) offers a very rich breakfast, savory and sweets, and a wide choice for lunches and dinners, from meat to fish. The cleanliness didn't go unnoticed, too, just like the gorgeous thermal baths and outdoor pool. The terrace I think is to be included among the wonders of Ischia! Excellent aperitif, and then with that view…! Come back!
Ps: the cleaning lady, South American, I don't remember the name, she really is a kind and nice person.

It was me and a friend from 08/16/20 to 23/08/20. It was a wonderful holiday. The hotel has a beautiful view and we had the room overlooking the sea. Great food, service in the lounge and at the excellent bar… The waiters were very friendly and helpful, Landi an exceptional person, very kind and always helpful, at the Bar Vito always helpful and kind and naughty… the beach not far from reaching by shuttle led by the very nice Daniele. Hotel Terme Royal Palm is the Top thanks to everyone and especially to Manager Marco Di Meglio… Everything is flawless.

All impeccable, professionalism and friendliness of the staff, even the excellent catering and the room service.

Quality / price ratio exceptional. Very welcoming place with rooms within the same hotel, outside in the garden, where you can breathe tranquility. Rooms equipped with every comfort. We asked for a ground floor room outside. Accommodation excellent. We had our terrace, with table and chairs. 2 sun loungers and an adjacent drying room. The kitchen is good and offers a good choice between the first and second. In addition to the buffet of appetizers for both lunch and dinner. A commendation goes to the staff, especially Tony and Landi. 2 guys very friendly, professional and helpful. Although it is November, we went swimming in the outdoor pool, also with a thunderstorm in the act. It was beautiful, water is super warm and the spa. L' hotel also has 2 indoor pools and a spa very relaxing. In addition, on a book, you can have a center. Aesthetic with a wide choice of massages and body /face treatments. A commendation also goes to the staff of the reception ;All kind and smiling.

We just arrived. Horrible mini room with damaged beds. This is not four stars hotel for the god sake.

Nice. Clean. Ordered. 3 pools including a blanket and two spas. Few parking spaces. Great friendliness and kindness from all the staff present. Well-cleaned and well-conditioned rooms. There are many initiatives on the board. Impossible to get bored. Maybe little children's animation.

Beautiful view, clean rooms, staff both in the rooms and in the friendly and professional room. Top receptionist, pampered you, they organize everything you need, from excursions to vehicle rental. Central location of Ischia, shuttle service for moving to the beach. Also to visit for the Spa and the thermal pools.

We stayed at this hotel for 14 days. We had a great time, it was a spacious and clean room. Breakfast and dinner buffet very satisfying. Very helpful the lady of the housekeeper of room 108. Thanks go to the staff of the Citara room in particular to Francesco Savio, who performs his work with sympathy and friendliness.

The royal palm structure is strategically located on the beautiful Citara Bay from where you admired a stunning scenery… but we were disappointed with some things. Despite having booked a weekend with full board arrived there at the time of dining at the restaurant we find that all the drinks were paid apart. Which, frankly, is the first time that it happens to us despite several holidays made in Ischia, also I found almost all the waiters of a unique rudeness in particular Mr. Vito to which I recommend to smile to the people who come on holiday and to be kinder instead of ironic with the guests. Let's not talk about the maitre then who had really crude ways besides taking the freedom to speak in Neapolitan what I think unsuitable for a hotel that declares itself 4th but that actually proves 3!
Otherwise the pools were nice quiet and clean and so too the rooms overlooking the sea… finally to replace the furniture quite old about 80. I'm sorry to say it but I wanted to give the 5th but it's just not possible.

We stayed a week in this belligerent hotel.

Polite staff, great location, negativity: paid services, safe, pool towels, decent breakfast, very uncomfortable mattress not whole so the two components one higher than the other lower. The property is nice and cozy.

I stayed eight days at the Royal Palm in Forio. Location Large spaces, immersed in a lovely nature three swimming pools, nn missed anything! Four steps walk and C was the service of the bus x get off in the center. The friendly waiters, welcomed any request from the customer in the courses. Exceptional Pasquale! But all the good waiters. Housekeeping in the discreet rooms. A flaw: To get to the dining room: quarry of the island you had to pass X a long corridor where there were bedrooms. Nn is the best… and for a 4 star resort you have to modernize doors and rooms (Mobiglio). Great reception.

A 4 star hotel that actually configures itself as a poor 3 star, very large hotel and unfortunately the management of the facility and services leaves to be desired, mediocre kitchen, experience not to be repeated!

You may not think to start the shuttle service only after June. If c' is sold out you have to program the services. Outdoor swimming pool nice, but noisy without the obligation of headphones for the hair. Spacious and clean rooms. Kitchen discreet.

Fine and clean pools and thermal waters, even if I do not understand why there was no headset required
Finally, I would have liked that we had guided on the path/package that we had agreed, but that has not been possible to use at least x many of the group x to a lack of time and inconciliabilita of times (in fact the center ages open only in the morning and had to be booked)

A hotel in all areas excellent. Only a few guests are too loud and untruckless.

Unfortunately, there are no 4 star level … Reception unfriendly and mouth lazy at the desired information award… Room in the 80s style (although clean) and the beds are ready. Resturant / buffet Breakfast without any variety (much the finished product, and without fruit)
Dinner partly not edible. Facility well maintained and Clean (something positive) … All additional services (e. G. Safe-Deposit box, bath towels, fruits) — free of charge. View super of the main terrace (not sufficient to justify the 4 stars)
All in all, if you don't have high expectations, it is sufficient. To recommend otherwise …

Okay, but still needs to improve
Breakfast little varied. Buffet starters and always the same. The decor is dated. Television 30 years ago. The dining room was very crowded. Good the staff. Well the spa. Cleaning Good. Good entertainment but you'll have to make more.

Good place. Good beach. Close to Forio. Reasonable access to Capri, Pompei, … Close to Poseidon Gardens and natural thermal fountain near Sorgente.

We were here already 5 times. Allways very good, any problem resolved.

I have been there from 21/7 to 24/7 is a lovely place nice and friendly people with all great food, it is a very clean and cared for in all respects is a hotel that I would gladly recommend.

4 stars for the outside, beautiful and very well cared for. Fabulous sea view. The food is not 4 star… generally it is good but not all dishes: in my opinion they were not great some early fish (too much tomato and little fish) and cakes. The fish seconds are OK. On the other hand the waiters are nice and also patient. The rooms are a bit trivial design, but they are kept clean and towels changed everyday. The room slippers are not there.

The staff was very friendly and helpful… a particular mention to the kindness and availability of the personnel in general. Good food, fresh and genuine flavors.

It is an almost complete structure, with everything you need to feel good and relax, spa area (small), indoor thermal pools, two outdoor pools, does not have a small children's pool (all distributed overall). The property is close to the sea but it is convenient to take advantage of the free shuttle (friendly drivers) because of the road not very comfortable (climbs and downhills). It has a breathtaking panoramic view. Good food, friendly staff, especially the restaurant always available to your every need. Perfezionerei more cleaning and adetterei the complex for children and for handicapped persons.

I spent a week at the Royal Palm with my family room was large and clean, good and plentiful cuisine, unfailing kindness and professionalism of the staff. A special greeting in Lacey and Francis. A small mole are the common spaces a bit cramped for many guests. Anyway, thanks and see you next vacation.

I wonder, do people who write excellent food … great location … but are relatives of the owners of the hotel? otherwise I have to ask what they eat and where they were usually so far … pe us: nice hotel, hotel full of German tourists … good x, but x me italiana was never around my place at the table. At dinner they assigned me a table for two (my partner and I) just xchè who had to sit there … that night would not have dinner in the hotel. In the morning there was no room x breakfast … shameful pay 160 euros a double x 13 00 00, 10, from her morning-after at … with no seat at the table … without room service x a coffee … thank goodness for the scenery was gorgeous … but this is not about hoteliers. Obviously I will not return and do not recommend it.

We spent 4 days from 1 to 4 October really pleasant. We had a good time both for the kitchen and for the welcome … especially not forget the kindness the helpfulness and friendliness of the waiters tony and leo … mitici!

I would have much to say about this hotel 4 stars and was a disappointment only 1/2 pension 77euro per day x have the room outside the hotel while doing the sludge is dropping a knee ruined and nobody has asked me how I was I had to pay the people who are being saved and staff concerns I don't even know who the owners are nn.

The first year that we were after some complaints about the food we received an acceptable treatment, this year hoping that things had improved, we were extremely disappointed.

We stayed in this hotel for a week with a group of 30 people; I was a bit biased having read the very negative reviews on this site.
Actually the classification as 4 stars is a bit generous, regarding cleanliness and service seem good, as well as the staff.
The hotel has two pools, one indoor and one outdoor very nice.
As for the restaurant, having to serve a large number of people is perhaps not very refined, but the quality of the food is good.

Mediocre hotel. Four star rating is a utopia. Two stars real evaluation. Guests complained of having had a "sea view" but the dense vegetation of planters prevented the view.
Wet room — and feels the smell — infested with cockroaches or beetles that if you prefer. Turn on the lights at night and, quick, find shelter under the door frames and in the spaces between furniture. We managed to kill only two, very small.
