I rated this property as poor as at the time of booking we were not told that we would be staying in another building adjacent to the hotel… and this property did not reflect at all what we had seen at the time of booking… (room with ruined furniture and poor cleanliness, stained bedspread). Parking space that, according to the hotelier, would have been private was not at all! Also at the start the car was full of pine resin!

The most suitable place for relaxation, excellent spa, warm and professional welcome, excellent cuisine, bistro by the pool well stocked, very central … to be redone!

The hotel restaurant you don't expect. Low price and delicious dishes. Overall a 70s style hotel that has undergone some improvements over time. Unique neo the parking lot where cars are put in a very narrow space that forces to different maneuvers and piled up. Which forces the customer to leave the keys at the front desk to move the cars in front when the ones behind want to get out. Also equipped with a beautiful Wellness Center with packages at attractive prices and swimming pool.

An unforgettable experience! Nice staff, very welcoming hotel, exquisite food! The pools are beautiful, and especially with bad weather you can take advantage of the indoor spa pool! It's a relaxing and quiet place. Very close to the sea and the little square! I highly recommend it!

Beautiful room, comfortable and clean. Great welcome, very friendly and warm staff. Breakfast, lunch and dinner great and hearty. We had a great time a relaxing place to remarry and dine in peace. Highly recommended.

I was at Lord Byron about a year ago. A clean and comfortable hotel with a small, well-maintained garden in front of it, the discreet and well-maintained swimming pool, it has a nice solarium overlooking Mount Epomeo and a bar by the pool, the spa, although small, is stocked with water Steam room and massage center, the staff is really very nice and friendly always ready to meet the needs of the customer, the kitchen is excellent level, the room that Was assigned to me, really very spacious with small external resede, unfortunately it was Located in the immediate vicinity of the dining room so every morning the "wake-up call" was given to me by the customers who went for breakfast. A really out of tune note was the 'formidable' idea of the manager to organize dance evenings that stretched late into the night precisely in the dining room. This forced me to ask for the change of the room with inevitable and antepatical annoyance.

I've been in this hotel for a week and I have to say I didn't find any mistakes. Great location by the sea, bus stop, mini market, various restaurants and downtown. Although my boyfriend and I are 21 years old, the staff treated us like gentlemen and we definitely enjoyed that. The pools are spectacular, both the one outside, the hot one inside, and the hot tub. The dinners at 15 euros per hour on request were great from start to finish and the breakfast presents a large buffet with various choices. The pool bar is very useful especially if you don't want to go out to eat something at lunch and everything you take is charged on the room number and paid at the end. I also used the hair removal service and I have to say that the girl was very nice and did a great job. For a holiday this hotel is definitely the right choice!

Good location: a few minutes from the port of Forio.
The rooms are small and uncomfortable (at least those on the ground floor). The pools and gardens are beautiful. Sufficient restaurant and breakfast. Staff in the friendly complex with an honorable mention for the curly girl who was really top for courtesy and availability.
In short recommended to stay a few days.

The staff are friendly and helpful, but this is obvious being campani, otherwise there were several details that disappointed me. First of all, the price : the cost of half-board accommodation is around 70 euros and in my opinion nn are justified by the offer. The pool bar service is closed from 3 p. M. To 7 p. M. And there's an Iacuzzi hotel, the cleanliness of which leaves something to be desired, and a small spa pool. Rooms urgently require modernization. Access doors with obvious cracks and Paleolithic locks. In my room the air conditioner was loud enough to wake me up at night, the shower doors seemed to want to abandon me at any moment, the sink nn had floors of support, in the room the closet (if we want to call it) had a tent in place of the doors, the bed had a wooden table under the mattress and to conclude the fridge bar nn existed in no room. In summer it is decidedly uncomfortable not to have the opportunity to store at least one bottle of fresh water in the room. As for the catering I would say discreet apart The sweets that nn were up to the Neapolitan ones and the lack of variety in the fruit (watermelon and melon were always served) and the ice creams presented in the plastic cup as if they were takeaway. It definitely doesn't deserve the three stars.

Hotel well located the property is a little dated but it is clean and nothing is missing. Friendly staff and great massage service in the SPA which despite being a little small is well placed on the outside terrace with pool.
The only flaw is the Wi-Fi signal that exists only near the reception and the bar, in the rooms where it really would not arrive.

I liked it! Nice friendly people run this hotel, I don't know any language except Russian, talked on the fingers, but never saw the dissatisfaction on their part, the rooms very clean, cleaned every day, change towels. All very nice, tasty, clean! Thank you!

I particularly enjoyed the location of the hotel but especially the cleanliness of the room and common areas. The latter is very often a difficult requirement to meet.
Structure managed well despite it seems to be a bit dated. Nestled in the green makes it a small oase of peace in the center! even the pool is really pretty, the pool bar is super comfortable and I found the floating rigid loungers that the hotel makes available to guests.
Breakfast is good. Especially the croissants are very fresh. Kind to the waiter who on the second day of remembered our preferences on the type of drink and immediately satisfied us.
Check in was quick and the adult gentleman who was at the reception grntilissimo and smiling!
Pleasant stay in terms of quality-price! I will come back and recommend it to friends!

The property is located in a very central location and around there are all services (pharmacy, Bank, supermarkets etc). The staff is very friendly, the food is excellent and I am very comfortable hotel pools with snack service. Sufficient assessment of the room.
