3-star hotel, clean if a little small rooms, at least 200 rooms. A beautiful indoor spa pool is available at the property. There is a small swimming pool on the terrace and a bar. Sometimes there is some animation on the terrace at night. Typical cuisine, good breakfast buffet. From some rooms you can see the little square of Citara beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially Mr. Francis, who speaks various languages.

Really nice hotel with clean rooms. The sea view terrace is worth the entire stay. In my opinion the highlight is the terrace where you can admire a beautiful sunset on the bay of citara. The beach is very close. The staff is very courteous and always available for advice and information about points of interest to visit. I highly recommend it.

A wonderful hotel, very close to Citara beach. Congratulations go to the staff, who in a very kind and friendly way is always ready to respond to your requests.
Also worth mentioning are the spectacular views of Citara beach at sunset and good food (always varied and really good menus). Finally the final expense is truly top for such a well-served half board. If in the future we return to beautiful Ischia, we will definitely return to Citara. ❤

Holidays June 2018. Nice People. The Rooms are very clean. A little bit outdated. To have the fridge in the room you have to pay 3. €0 a day, very disappointing. Towels in cloth and not sponge, then sheets difficult to dry.

Beautiful balcony with great sea views. Rooftop terrace with mineral water pool and super oversight. Coffee in the morning cruel. But you can order espresso or cappucino for free. Have tried 3 weeks to get soft eggs. Never worked out, were always bone-hard. A cheekiness. Room service very good and Sauber. Fresh hand — and bath towels every day. Main courses at dinner good and tasty. However, long waits between the aisles. Operations very nice and friendly. The reception, too. Especially the night porter is a soul of man. Parterre a beautiful thermal bath. At the starter buffet be on time (19 30 pm), otherwise the best things are gone. The laid out is sparse. So hotel with small quirks highly recommended. Beach. Bus stop in front of the hotel.

Quiet, peaceful hotel near the beach Citara and the thermal gardens of Poseidon.
The staff was very decent and helpful. The price/quality ratio is the undisputed leader in the Forio area among similar hotels.

Nice thermal pools both open and closed. Great relaxing environment for a few days or long stays.

Recommended, lovely place, a stone's throw from the Poseidon Gardens, you can also rent cars and motorbikes, very nice Maria and Grandma.

Quality, courtesy, professionalism and low price. Of course it is a three star, so some nuance is there, who denies it! The rooms should be svecchiate, as was done with the lobby, but given the price it's all acceptable. The solarium with the swimming pool and the wellness area offer comfort and relaxation that make you forget the need of the beach (which is still at 100 Mt from the hotel is free and lido). Well connected and close to everything you can serve.

The Hotel is in a great location, in fact just outside the structure there is the bus stop, also is a very short distance from the sea (both free beach and Lidi). Our room was really nice with a balcony and spectacular sea view. Great service. It's a hotel I would stay in again.

Beautiful, perfect location and great staff thanks to the simplicity of the family run. We had a great time, very relaxing and great food, clean and friendly hotel with a nice indoor pool and a wonderful beach just a few meters away. Great holiday Ischia offers so much: sea, spas, walks, gardens and breathtaking views. First time at Citara choice. Simple and quiet hotel with excellent value for money, clean and friendly and always helpful. Across the street is one of the most beautiful beaches of the island, the bus stop just outside the hotel, walk you can get to Poseidon, beautiful species from the pool terrace. What more, when location in Ischia definitely still hotel Citara. A particular thank to Giorgio and Mario who served us with a lot of sympathy and to Francis for its valuable information on itineraries and varied.

Friendly, helpful and wonderful and welcoming. The terrace with the swimming pool are the icing! A salute to George the mètre, Mario and the rest of the staff.

It's been a few days after returning home from the living room stayed at the hotel citara, and already want to come back and much. Remains in our hearts the serena family hospitality. The courtesy to all, cleanliness, silence of this beautifully maintained hotel, lovely location, the beautiful sunsets over the Bay of citara and the great human connection make the hotel Citara, an oasis of peace. Thank you all.

We are just here. Room is clean and big enough. Climate will be made until next month. The helpful reception staff. Small swimming pool on the roof with a beautiful view on the sea. Unfortunately brühwarm although no thermal water. Catering is the big minus point: the breakfast always salami, ham or Fund. Also 2 types of jam. Müsli is also not change. Fruit does not. Except for the Cafe' so, Epresso, taste absolutely other coffee variants does not. Who ordered cafe latte, get a pot with Instantbrühe and one with milk. Cappuccino the same. Has definitely nothing to do with coffee. In the evening, one should be always on time because the sparse salad buffet is not populated. Because there is little side dishes for the main course, you should bring equal 2 plate up to the table. The courts themselves often lack salt and are not very nicely done. Conclusion: Better no half board book. On the island there are enough restaurants in the area that it can better.

A really stunning with two pools, a friendly staff, a great view of the Bay of Citara and. A quality and quantity of the food tastes great. In short, highly recommended.

Vacationing in this hotel in July 2010 year!
We have two nice double room with large balcony.
Location: quiet and 5 minutes to the beach and to the heavenly places "Gardens of Poseidon" 10 minutes on foot!
At the entrance of the hotel there is a bus stop.
The hotel could very well claim *!
Tip: you will have the opportunity to take accommodation with breakfast only!
Around full of restaurants for any taste!
Summary: definitely worth your money, I highly recommend.

The location is truly beautifully, wildly-. Dreamy. Mountains, mi ni-islands a good swim away, springs, cacti and luscious flowers, vews never to be forgotten! a place to love, for love! The rooms are large, smiling welcoming, with majolica everywhere, yellows, blu greens, outside and in, even baths and terraces are inviting… one does not want to sleep ever, just feast eyes and souls. The breakfasts are generous like the owners are caring and friendly. A seafood restaurant across the way on the beach, has seafood, pasta, fruits we have never tasted anywhere so sweet! I will go back every year!
