The place is great! Big toilet, great kitchen and a soft bed! Only one minus — high microwave, cleaning for three.

Breakfast is classic with pastries and fruit. Rooms with kitchen, which is convenient. Close to the hotel are: airport, shop, train station, bus stop.

Place without big pretensions, sure provided everything you need to be a residence. Sin in the cleanliness and costs of breakfast and parking. For sure breakfast I can not pay €7, 00 to drink only one cappuccino. Lucky anyone who eats anything.

Very nice 3-star hotel in the second row of the beach. Rooms are clean and attractively furnished. Service is extremely friendly and courteous. Always worth a recommendation.

Clean. Staff friendly and helpful even in times of trouble like when you are stuck in the air conditioning in the middle of summer. If you book in time the prices are affordable. The rooms are still comfortable and averagely large. Excellent convention with bathrooms and free entrance to the water park at seven bus stops (free). Also included in the price the bike rental. For the wellness rooms and the pool you have to go to other facilities.

Very good Residence in my opinion. I stayed with my family in this fantastic residence. If I have to be honest a little I was amazed. For the care in the very beautiful details. The girls at the reception are very kind and available for any information. The room was nice and clean. With a good view of the sea. Underground parking for those who want it. Free Sky Wi-Fi. And the great thing that is 2 steps from the sea and nearby you can also find shops, food, restaurants, games rooms all within walking distance. Sure if I'm around here, I wouldn't think twice about stopping.

Very good Hotel, it's already five times that I reside there. Breakfast very good delicious. Large room with bathroom and kitchenette composed of a good fridge. Nice and friendly staff to help you. I'm going back in September.

Lovely spacious rooms just a few steps from the sea equipped with kitchen and sky TV. The hotel is located in front of the bus stop 11 and 10. Has a private underground parking. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. I recommend it.

Room which is actually a mini apartment, very clean and new. Comfortable beds and large bathroom and comfortable. Breakfast super nice. Hood is obviously not from bar staff. Decent for the price. We came to the fair of ice cream "sigep".

The people here are very nice and can talk a bit English. I advise you to learn some Italian skills. Overal the hotel is not very big, but also not small. The view is nice, with a glance towards the beach, if you are staying high in the building. Every room has an balcony with sun between 10am/6pm. Important is that everything is almost clean. You won't have a nightmare, by entering your room. At least the room were I'm staying. The beach is on a 2 minutes walk distant and the mall (le befane), on a 15/25 minutes walk. At least you won't regret visiting Rimini!

Autumn trip to Rimini. Bad weather, but great accommodation! The staff is very friendly and will help where it can. Even an upgrade was in there. The rooms are spacious and clean, the rooms on the 6th floor are awesome. There's a place in the underground garage for EUR 5 per day, breakfast is OK for Italian, it is four minutes to the beach, around the hotel, there is everything: when Francis, the pizza is sensational and cheap (my tip: Frutti di Mare), bus tickets are available at the tobacco shop around the corner (1, 20 EUR depending on Rimini or Riccione, devalue 10/13 — in the bus stand), yes even a laundromat is on some corners. The hotel is internationally attended, there's Wi-Fi, by my side, there was nothing objectionable.
