Crap, totally unprepared staff and inedible food. At most it could be worth 2 poor stars certainly not the 4. New management really failing.

The hotel very much. Rooms correspond to European standards. Everything very clean, daily cleaning, change of towels every day. Very attentive, polite staff at reception and in the restaurant. The location is very good, from the sea, supermarket etc on the doorstep. Loved it. And Italy has become our beloved country. What is the nature, what kind of food refers to the products in the store, and what the city's history!

Such a wonderful hotel perfectly situated by the sea with lovely rooms and excellent room service. The breakfasts were a delight every morning thanks to Michele, the Restaurant Manager. The receptionist, Marina always so helpful. Thank you all for a lovely stay!

I just left this hotel. That sucks. Small room, very noisy air conditioner and you woke up a surprise. Invasion of ants. This hotel should close and renovate. I'm paying 120 euros for a triple one night. They should take away the 4 stars because they don't deserve one.

Romm was a bit small baut ist made just for sleeping so for ist Job IT was amazing!

It's a great hotel. Breakfasts and dinners at the height. There's a Russian-speaking waiter, Michelle, he's in charge. They speak Russian at the reception. The room is cleaned every day. Large balconies. On the 4th floor the balcony is bigger than the room. We all enjoyed it! August 2018 Holidays.

Nice hotel only a few steps away from the giant Rimini beach. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Parking is 10 euros a day and underground. The rooms were comfortable and well sized. Ours also had a giant balcony. The roof top jacuzzi with sun beds was also very nice. I would highly recommend staying here!

I spent a fantastic week All best western hotel Nettunia rimini Great welcome On our arrival, We were also accompanied to the room to be precise room 107 sea view with hydro tank not very large but very well cared for, we tried the Restaurant Great service is the delicacies of Chef Congratulations really but the highlight of the property is the breakfast there is everything and more from extractor to nuts, Salt is sweet in abb. Congratulations to those who really organize professionals. We will definitely come back thank you for everything.

Very clean Hotel, staff polite, polite, helpful, super breakfast, great choice and Michele, the breakfast person is competent and prepares things passionately. I have published many photos on the breakfast as it is not usual to find so much variety, even extracts. Very good value for money They have a reserved parking at a cost of 10 euro per night.

I had booked a room "comfort with balcony & sea view". In terms of comfort, the room was small. There was quite a large balcony, but it overlooked the very busy street & so noisy & dipped on the roof of the entrance hall, not really friendly!
As for the sea view, you had to look for it between two buildings opposite.
Be careful, if you have an electrical outlet with large plugs, you will not be able to connect it. They do not have the format!
The hotel offers well-advertised services, but it is not the level that is expected for a 4 * hotel.

The rooms and bathrooms are small. There are no electrical outlets on the nightstand. Parking is not free. The pool is empty, and has no sea view. In conclusion It is not a four star.

Unfortunately under the expectations.
Several steps to the entrance to reach the hall and the elevator. A big problem for families with pushchairs or wheelchair disabled. The architectural barriers, not overable because there are no other access ramps, should be well marked before booking.
Unfortunately cutlery in the breakfast room dirty, juice extractor broken.
Rooms with just enough cleaning, toilet paper missing and not stocked in the morning during the accommodation of the rooms, made present at 17 at the reception that assured would have provided as soon as possible. 23 O'Clock. 30 I personally go to the reception because of paper not even the shadow… after a few minutes the night porter delivers me a roll already started because he does not know where are the new ones. Situation a bit embarrassing for the customer but I assure you not comparable to disappointment. Scarce scarce.

It was a very nice experience.

The value for money has no comparisons. Availability of the staff, care of the details and the services. The only drawback could be the parking place, but having been there in winter I prefer not to judge.

Very friendly hotel, services quite friendly, Jacuzzi, sauna, private terraces in each room, an extremely warm welcome with a friendly and helpful staff… Special Mention at the high quality restaurant with very very nice servers… An address to keep for the suite, not to mention the proximity (30m) of the superb beach! One bad thing: we had a family room, a double bed and two bunks and the remaining space was more than insufficient. Fortunately we do not pass all our days at the hotel lol… Tb!

An elegant, clean hotel located across the street from the beach. The restaurant food was just ok. The breakfast was good. Hot tub. Small gym. Courteous staff. Great location with lots of shopping. Small dogs allowed for a fee. Be sure to ask for a room with a view of the beach.

Very suitable, discreet environment, really lousy food service is the only leaves to be desired, the owner of the hotel sgarbatissimo in contrast to the wife who is very kind, discreet cleaning bathrooms and kitchen areas.
