All. New owners stingy to die for. Dirty and without animation. All expensive. They just want to earn zero services. Never again… Very bad place.

Beautiful hotel facing the sea, friendly and competent staff, eats very well, varied and well-kept menu. The heated pool open until 11pm is a treat.

Hardly recommend this hotel! Located almost on the beach! Gorgeous view… Room service (Giusy) perfect : she took care of everything…. Breakfast is stunning… with so many varieties of choices that’s incredible… all the staff is super friendly and so helpful… thanks to Enzo, Mario at the bar… The Spa Is perfect! This hotel has everything you need for a perfect vacation! We’re heading back to the USA with wonderful memories! Thank you to all the staff! Con affetto Katiuscia & Federico.

Very nice seafront hotel, always clean rooms, excellent menus of both meat and fish, excellent also the pastry with rich and abundant breakfasts in an environment always clean and welcoming facing the sea … the bar always offers fresh drinks and then with the super nice Mario sings and plays making animation involving all those present. Very prepared, polite and effective waiters … the hotel has a super swimming pool with hot water and relaxing sunbeds, in case of bad weather and not only, you can relax with swims and hydromassage stations all enlivened by good music … and in order not to miss anything it also has a SPA with emotional shower, frozen waterfall, massages, Turkish bath etc etc … the Reggiani family with all the staff of the Touring offer all holidaymakers a holiday of fun, relaxation and a lot of excellent Romagna cuisine … you enter as customers and you leave as friends … thank you for making us spend our dream holiday … very soon.

We stayed at this Hotel for the Epiphany bridge and I must say it was a wonderful experience.
Nice staff is super helpful, very good and varied food, spectacular location, great pool, right with sea view.
The sea view room was also much appreciated.

Wonderful hotel, we were with a child 1, 5 years old, clean cozy hotel, chic breakfasts, indoor swimming pool with music, polite and professional staff, very good service, 1 line of the sea and a beautiful sunrise from the balcony, children's room for a child, which is very convenient❤

I do not know where to start to describe the Touring, a lovely welcome with the very kind Marsela, beautiful and clean beachfront room, great and very abounding food, the very nice and relaxing pool. The small spa but there is everything, an exceptional hostess Mrs. Giovanna, I did 2 massages, the 1 with Elisa who has velvet hands, the 2 with Luca who is the Top of the Top. Beautiful hotel, great cocktails. I can't wait to come back.

Excellent welcome, good restaurant, exceptional location. We will definitely come back, I hope soon.

Can not recommend. 4 stars definitely too much, sun beds partially broken. Dinner menu overpriced (2 min further you eat much better and twice less paid). Staff not helpful.

Most impressed by the excellent warm indoor pool with jacuzzi. In the "dirty" sea with algae my daughter refused to swim, and it was not to be pulled out of the pool.

The hotel is not worth its four stars. It makes it barely two stars. I recommend hotel Rose let Rose Suite. It truelly is worth four stars even if more. The Touring is refurbished with cheap materials but the look and feel is still somewhat tacky and oldfashioned. The hotel needs good renovation.

Constantly loud party music until after 0:00 o'clock! Not recommended with infants or If you want some peace and quiet.

Awesome the place… service is perfect. You can get a drink even in the swiming pool wich is open all night long … breakfst was huge. Lot of stuff … price was ok. And the see was next of the street… can't miss this kind of place!

Good service already from the reservation. Availability for every need. Very equipped Spa with heated swimming pool accessible 24h. Basic room with terrace where you can enjoy a nice view or just relax during the day. Really a wonderful experience.

Nice location on the waterfront Riminese. Beautiful interior design, but there is a problem of maintenance of the structure, which, although recently renovated, has several small things that should be rearranged: towel racks and toilet paper holders that come off, Single mattresses in the double bed and also very hard, annoying background noise of the ventilation that at night is quite difficult to endure. However the room is well-soundproofed. There are also several strengths to note: The heated and covered swimming pool with jacuzzi always open, fantastic breakfast and very rich, the free bicycles available, the sea view of the rooms, the staff polite and always available, the possibility To use the pool and the hot showers even after check out with free luggage storage. Several free parking lots available.

Nice Hotel, very clean and always kept. Sure, pool and some detail should be revised but always better than some nonsense nearby. Great food, buffet breakfast also for celiacs, so many varieties of cakes and pastries, yogurt, cereals but I expected more fruit. Buffet dinner with lots of vegetables, 4 varieties of first and 4 varieties of seconds, always updated. Menu also in the elevator. Clean rooms and towels always changed. The only flaw, when you switch from the room to the pool or sauna, you have to pass in front of the hall. Half board stay however great.

Design hotel with excellent facilities including a hot swimming pool with sauna and a small but well-equipped spa and private beach.
Nice bar with relaxation room attached with billiards and very useful baby room for children, good restaurant but expensive to be a buffet, top class breakfast!. Noisy rooms from the side of the main road (opposite the beach) and although beautiful is very uncomfortable the bathroom with sliding doors that leaves little privacy when used in conjunction with the shower (the door is one for the two services…)
Another sore note is that the avenue seems frequented by many prostitutes that the night scream between if you contend customers… For a hotel advertised as for families it is shameful, to my children's question "What do those ladies always do there to wait" I said they were waiting for the tram!
So 5 stars to the structure and the services… 0 stars for noise and embarrassment… Average 2.5 stars, well as support to visit the parks or the area one or two nights, bad for long periods!

Great holiday. Spent a few days at the end of August 2017, alone with two children (6 and 3 years). Housed in a beautiful superior room, very spacious. Excellent housekeeping. Great food (always present buffet dedicated to children's menu). Room staff always polite and smiling. Beautiful beachfront location, umbrellas arranged with plenty of space between one row and the other. The feeling of relaxation and the memory of a beautiful holiday, make you want to come back… And definitely we will be back.

Perfect Hotel, perfect courtesy and great food, but I came there 3 years ago about is the SPA has deteriorated since then. In the relaxation room of the Spa there was the fruit and now there is not, the room in the relax area was with soft light, but now No… The Turkish bath last time did not work and this does not work. In the sauna is missing the container with the water to be poured on the stones. In the spa before entering 3 years ago they gave a bracelet to let only the people who had bought the package, but today 1/4/2018 I have not given anything is me to be able to take advantage of the spa I had to make full board, when instead people with half Pension use the same of the service when it does not have it, so it creates chaos.

Bad Hotel, at first contact for a weekly reservation year asked half down payment, rightly we pay, they send us e-mails, sign contract them, a few days later, unfortunately serious injury at work, unable to move, uneasy Rincontatto Hotel.
Moving the date and explaining the mishap, wanting to prove a medical certificate that speaks clearly.
Speaking with more staff within the facility we were told that by contract they signed by us with time to notice you lose the bail, the gallantry of rudeness and misplaced personal comments from the well-trained staff.
Council dispassionate… contact elsewhere, especially serious locals and who love their profession where kindness and courtesy of their own clientele!

The Hotel is very good and the pool is very nice. The rooms are not very nice.

Staff: very kind! They try to satisfy all requests and sometimes anticipate them.
Cleanliness: could improve. The bed was made a little ' in bulk, the sheets not changed even if stained but only turned, the floor washed in the thick although we had a dog that, although polite that it is, with the legs wet with snow leaves inevitably fingerprints.
Breakfast: Never seen a richer!
Dinner: Buffet. Quite rich, as not outstanding but good quality. A few vegetarian dishes…
Pool and Spa I don't know, having the little baby we didn't use them.

Hotel worthy of the 4 stars, very well organized! Room x The breakfast is immense and full of everything, just make a wish! Well kept pool, with excellent whirlpool! The spa excellent and organized well for appointments at the last minute! Icing on the cake, Anna the animator who was with our little girls on Saturday and Sunday!

Amazing views, on the front line of a spectacular beach. Excellent food, especially if you have half board or full board, it comes out very economical and there is variety and quality of restaurant. Recommended.

I state that I was a guest at this property in the winter time, for a Ducatus seminar. Complete in the services, from the indoor pool to the SPA, dining room with food for everyone, from vegan to vegetarian and gluten free. Underground Garage etc. I was satisfied in every respect even though my stay only lasted for a weekend.

A real surprise. The staff were very helpful Cleanliness and comfort at the base of such a large structure. Dinner and breakfasts excellent and particularly delicious the dishes and rich breakfast. Great Spa as the indoor pool although a little overlooked. Comfortable room and provided with everything to spend a great holiday, from the safe to the fridge bar pass do for free pay TV. Cheap price for a wonderful surprise in Rimini. Perhaps the only downside is the wine list, a little out of reach for ordinary mortals. We'il be back.

Beware I stayed from 10/1/2018 to 13/1/2018 the pool from 14:00 to 18:00 is seems communal swimming courses for the locals children. With parents blocking the entrance into the pool. And Friday afternoon there was a birthday party of kids dipping wet everywhere and rude pool and sauna impassable. I will never come back… I pay to enjoy 3 days with my family in peace and I find myself in a communal swimming pool! Might as well go to my country's. For the rest cleanliness and great food.

Great room, nice size, good location. Beach view and just cross the road you can enjoy the beach. Very easy to find something to eat around the hotel and easy to park.

5 stars also to the kitchen, very varied and attentive cook to those who have food problems, besides everything prepared me a dessert gluten-free and lactose… ♡ is a special greeting to the sweetest Mary, the young Lady of the Hall.

I wonder if there is a requirement of headphones and prohibited to dive, because all the boys instead make dives and adults without headphones in the water? Not hygienic but the rules because they are not respected by TT?
Among other things there is the lady to supervise and is the first to say nothing… disappointed!

Okay, we're not in high season, but we're in fair time. Staff not really competent, cleaning to review, leaking shower and flood half bath. At breakfast croissants mixed with fresh ones.

Everything fine! Flexibility, good breakfast and view on the beach. Possibikity to take bikes for free. Very professionals receptionists.

Nice located at the beach. The pool is great and the hotel offers a spa which is however very pricy. The breakfast is amazing but if you try the ask for something like a fried egg, it's not possible. The public areas and the guest rooms are great designed. Front door parking is 3 bucks. Wifi is free and everywhere in the hotel available. We recognized that the hotel is specialized (like many places in Rimini) in Russian guests. Many signs in the hotel are in Italian an Russian language. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms very clean.

A downside however regarding the shower whose tiles are very poorly jointoiés and the sliding panels easily unhinged.
To note above all the lack of readability of the services:
-No information on drinks at the bar or restaurant, (rates)
— The presentation documents of the hotel services are written in 3 languages only: Italian, English and Russian.
-A French channel could only be accessed on the last day after several claims at the reception
Some products in the restaurant are not tasty (not fresh enough) but overall the kitchen is correct and varied

Excellent structure, we celebrated the new year and we had a great time. Very nice hotel and atmosphere. Rooms are small but carefully decorated and very clean. Excellent entertainment for children, with many activities and a chance to eat with the mini club. Heated pool not huge (in the afternoon a bit crowded) but highly enjoyable. Spa small but cured. Food good and varied with theme nights. For larger oranizzano happy hour before dinner. Also taking advantage of the many offers great value for money. Highly recommended!

It was a beautiful experience! The room was small for a superior, but still nice and elegant! I disliked the fact that the staff is like pro sellers all the time, they always tried to convince me to choose a different room service breakfast, or to take other treatment in the spa… I'm here to relax, I know what I've paid for.

Staff at reception not very helpful, but the rest is very good, especially swimming pool and self-service breakfast.

The hotel Touring is a beautiful, new modern hotel with fabulous service, Spa and heated pool, I was very pleased with the attentive wait staff and great Italian cuisine. In Rimini and Riccione, there is always something to do: ranging from endless sandy beaches where you can sunbathe and swim in clean, clear, warm sea, ending vechernyi walking through many shops, the Via Ceccarini in Riccione, my favorite store past which I can never get and always leave with a bunch of shopping Twin-set.
