Super friendly place. Rooms are a bit small. Was there for San Marino motogp so didn't really get to experience a proper holiday stay. But owners were more than accomodating to all our request and was ever so helpful.

Congratulations to all the staff, we were very good and everything is beautiful, great food, perfect host! thanks for everything.

A small hotel in the heart of Miramare in Rimini with a family atmosphere and 50mts from the beach.
Delicious home-cooked food by the owner.
The boss, a super nice man, listening to his hosts, the girl and son super helpful.
The rest of the staff friendly and nice.
People who go to pain set sad to understand us, if we don't speak Italian.
The entrance to the water park a great one.
For a star it is significantly higher than some 4 stars already visited.

I must say that I have found what I was looking for a healthy and traditional cuisine, spacious rooms with new bathrooms very nice and especially close to the sea.

Friendly family run. It seems to be like home. An amazing breakfast with homemade cakes from the Cook and owner Stefania. Lunch and dinner just as great, with hearty wholesome and very delicate, recommended for those who suffer from stomach because the kitchen is not at all greasy. Cleaning the attractions almost maniacal, super friendly staff and a great value. Ideal for those looking for simplicity and sympathy.

Under the expectations described by telephone by the owner who sings so much his kitchen, good but narrow. (. And then the bell rang! )
Should throw an eye in other hotels where the water doesn't pay, for your information there are vending machines that transform tap water into pleasant sparkling water at no cost and no to 2 euros a bottle!
Rooms without air conditioning and ceiling fan from the noise unbearable.

I was with my family in the first week of August and I have to say that my expectations were exceeded,
I found in this family run everything I was looking for, excellent cuisine (congratulations to Stefania Cook! ), good location, few meters from the sea, nice room (and bathroom remodeled), Council for value! The family Babajide will pamper you as if you were at home.

1) Wii-Fi free Hotel (which they all even at 0 stars)
3-4 parking places (2) who later arrives. No place)
3) room keys hanging behind a small counter at the entrance that anyone can take possession of the keys and steal something.
4) lack of fridge in the room (in the summer more could put it).
