Very comfortable, in the historic centre of Rimini, the room spacious, bathroom nice, everything superpulito. Essential, but nice. Not equipped with a fridge and air conditioning. Breakfast at the bar just outside in the square. Quiet area and the morning full of people on the bike. A bit strange having to call to check in. However, those who answer the phone are always very friendly.

Nice environment, clean, would stay there again.

Practically there is almost always no one at the reception, there are phone numbers where to call the owners. The rooms would be beautiful, but leaves something to be desired for cleaning (the dust of the house and is part of the decor) and the maintenance is non-existent. It is worth less than a star. The only positive note is the location in the centre of town.

Almost good I arrived and the ac wasn't working, as somebody from Scotland this was tough. It worked well enough to tell me my room was 29.4 degrees, but didn't do any cooling. It was fixed after a very sweaty night, but was so low powered the room only cooled by around 0.5 each day. So after a week it was still 24 degrees. The reception is not 24 hours. The staff are rarely there and they speak almost no English. The Wi-Fi code they give you is wrong. The room is huge, but basic. I would not come back. The location is good. The price would be good, if they fixed some of the issues.

Great, in the historic centre, in an alley off piazza Tre Martiri. We had a great room with a large and long balcony, the 402 which I think is the only one with a balcony. Clean with modern furnishings. The only sides that does not make me give the maximum of the votes are that, the front desk does not have the staff 24 hours on 24, you enter with a code that they give at check in and the lobby is a bit drab with dark décor, and coffee to soft drinks and coffee. Above all, unfortunately, breakfast is not buffet as the site says, but in the bar side, and only by reviews we've found is that there are only 4 € a head for the drink, if you do not want to then find any surprises on the final bill. For the rest, perfect for a stay in the center of culture, shopping, nightlife and many good restaurants, including some recommended by them, on which they give the 10% discount. Without doubt we will return!

Spacious, spotlessly clean and well cared for. In full historical center of Rimini, a few steps from the Piazza Tre Martiri in the pedestrian area. Strongly recommend it to all. The only "problem" is get in the car here because it is in the pedestrian area, but for me this is a further advantage because, besides, the night is silent.
