The hotel is in a central location a short walk from Piazza Cavour and Piazza 3 martyrs, which makes it very convenient to be able to get around smoothly in the center. Breakfast is continental and offers a wide choice of sweet and salty suitable for all tastes. The room is large enough, equipped with TV with Sky and several magazines, The beds are quite comfortable. The bathroom is only flawed: the shower is very uncomfortable not being equipped with a bulkhead that contains water, has several cracks due to moisture in the vicinity of the siphon and moreover in our case came out exclusively boiling water that made the experience very unpleasant given the period (early August), a pity given the rest of the experience all in all satisfactory. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Stayed here just one night. Nice hotel located down a quiet side street. Decor might best be described as “loud” — possibly not to everybody’s tastes. Reception staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. Room was spotlessly clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with many options.

Central. Modern. Great cleanliness, not so spacious but comfortable rooms. Breakfast. You have to book the parking along with the room otherwise there is no place.

Very modern place, with a very special design. Rooms with every comfort. Really nice. Quiet place, right in the centre of Rimini. By booking for time or by taking advantage of discounts through the main booking sites you can also check out an interesting price.

Very nice rooms, but above all amazing the hall and grand the bar room. If you have the possibility, choose the rooms with Jacuzzi (it is worth it) In The historic center (they give you a pass to reach their garage) allows you to visit the Center In Absolute Comfort.

Very modern hotel but the furniture has no more than 1 freshness. Several things to see: no courtesy tray and fridge with drinks in the room for a 4 star. The shower wet the whole bathroom too… by cons the extra breakfast with lots of choice.

We had dinner at this place with Groupon. 45 Euros instead of 90 for two people including a glass of wine per person. Probably for this reason we have been served the tiramisu very old and not eatable. Spaghetti with too salty clams. Tables and chairs in disarray and dirty as were left by customers who have already stepped out despite there were very few people and the staff seemed to have nothing to do. The waiter took the starter but forgot both the bread and the cutlery… We were very disappointed unfortunately.

Beautiful design Hotel in the historic center of Rimini, the contrast of antiquity and modernity! The hotel is not a beach holiday, although in the summer season the hotel has a shuttle service for guests to the beach. Here it is good to have a rest from October till May, all historical sights within walking distance as well as railway and bus stations, from where it is possible to move easily, for example San Marino, Bologna, Ravena, Verona and Ave in Hotel Daily cleaning, change of linen, perfect wi fi, clean, cozy, quiet, calm. Great Hotel. Breakfast buffet, plentiful and good quality. Beautiful, Friend's opinion, the interior design of the hotel, but especially of the rooms. Great cleaning. Nice bathroom, although after the shower, there is flooding, as there is no glass or other to protect. Recommended.

've from the photos once I stayed 4 days with my family with a small 2 year old was challenging to stay there. The hotel has inexperienced and young staff. They don't want to explain or understand the needs of my family. Of the problems exposed to the staff have not solved anything. They diverted the lementele saying that they often have a business clientele and then you attack and shoot in a nutshell. I ate well the only time I could have seen that the kitchen was always closed for some reason. One morning I ate an expired yogurt! The buffet is quite varied but freshness is not there either. Fruit bread and old cakes and fresh foods are not refrigerated if not milk with under a popsicle from Frizzer which is not hygienic. I had to take the antihistamines to sleep for the dust rolls and the room didn't fall below the 24 degrees measured with the weather off because it only went on heat pump. If you want to live a night experience and you don't care about real life then it's the fashion hotel made for you… of "Escort\drogati" who greeted us in the morning that they returned from the Seratono ce n were because we crossed… :D Recommended;)

Modern Hotel and precise furnishings. Clean room, maybe a little small and a bit to renovate. Welcome to the good reception. Good location.

Very poor value for money, mediocre breakfast, room with very few comforts. The design of the reception and the hotel room is innovative but the furnishings are completely worn out.

Hotel located in ZTL area awkward for those who reach him by car, the staff is not very helpful. All in all good rooms and breakfast service.

Great place to stay. Staff was great, rooms were very clean! Bar and breakfast was great! Highly recommend staying here if you are in Rimini!

Would like to rise up to hotel fashion but in fact and less than a bed and breakfast.
Centralized air conditioning is impossible to regulate in the room in a self-contained warm and unbreathable rooms noisy from the outside.
Staff incompetent young ladies probably good will but absolutely unprepared in the room there was an anxiety television in bed that could not be adjusted directly but you had to get up every time in order to Steer beyond a closet the remote control since the Sky decoder was hidden behind another incredible TV never to go even for free.

What about, a peculiar and futuristic hotel in the designer but very friendly staff qualified and polite hearty breakfast with more than assorted buffets. A few steps from the old town, all this allowed us to spend a wonderful second honeymoon of the 40 years.

Very nice location in the Centre of Rimini. Just a 11€ trip to the beach. The room was very stylish and the bathroom was really nice! At breakfast they had their own barista that made coffee by order.

Annoying: this is the word that best describes this "futuristic" hotel to me. At first I found out that I could only connect one device to the hotel's Wi-Fi — this was the first hint that made me think that their sense of future is flawed. Then I struggled with the buttons beside the bed to adjust the lights of the podroom, I mean, the bedroom. The room is almost empty of furniture, which makes it hard to find a place to put your stuff. Finally, I woke up at night and tried to find the mini bar to get a bottle of water, then I realized that there was no mini bar inside the room. I had to wear my clothes and go outside to get a bottle in fridges on the corridor. What else can I say…? Well, the breakfast was reasonable… I chose this place because I wanted to be next to the Piazza Cavour and it seemed to be good enough, if I knew all they had to offer was a peculiar sense of future with flawed design, I would have chosen a hotel instead.

Spectacular property and impressive. Big room and clean, just as the bathroom. Staff friendly and polite. In? Room a bit noisy, and not being a smoker, the smell of cigarette smoke permeated the duvet I was pretty annoyed.

The hotel is very good, starting from huge automatic door at the entrance to the dining room, with its huge columns and mirrors everywhere, however, speak of the restaurant because I've only seen one very spacious environment and in some cases narrower.
