As soon as you cross the threshold of the Hotel Universal you understand that you are in the right place. A welcome with a capital A thanks to Erik to his disarming kindness and his wonderful staff always smiling.
Never a thing out of place, spacious room and balcony, impeccable cleanliness, always varied and very good food and a dream panoramic pool.
Thank you for this holiday, I was looking for the perfect place and found it!

What can I say? All beautiful, starting from the super kind guys always with a smile printed on the lips, EXCLUDED NONE. They make you want to go back to anyone, great super clean hotel and good food… beautiful sea!

Found by chance this property on the Internet, we booked a weekend of 3gorni.
Already from the first telephone contacts there was transmitted a friendliness and professionalism, which we then with great pleasure, received also on arrival and during our stay.
All the staff, starting with the girls at the reception, the breakfast guys and even the cleaning ladies, all always very helpful and courteous and always with a smile (albeit covered with mask), despite the period we are passing.
Personally we will recommend and above all we will go back to Universal.

To say they were good is an understatement! personal, top, courtesy, sympathy, care throughout! truly extraordinary holiday! us that we have two little girls of small we were satisfied in all! the services also x children deserve! eating something truly amazing! we will be back for sure! good guys, from the first/to the last/a!

The availability of each member of the staff of the hotel in meeting the needs of our customers! really good! excellent kitchen, clean rooms and comfortable! I recommend it for anyone who wants to relax, especially if you do have children!

I stayed at the Universal of Catholic from 5 to 19 August 2018 and I recommend it to
all for a family holiday, especially with children although very small.
The property is very welcoming, the strong point is the amenities, the kitchen and above all the
Staff.
The hotel is a perfect family hotel, located within walking distance of the sea and the Altamarea bath with
contracted, slightly out of the centre (15' on foot) which for us was a
advantage because out of the confusion and next to the Catholic aquarium.
The rooms are spacious and very clean, like the rest of the property, they have fridgebar,
hair dryer, air conditioning, TV and safe; for those who wanted that extra touch of "luxury"
I recommend booking a Superior.
The sixth-floor rooftop pool is beautiful from which you can admire the entire coastline.
The hotel offers bicycles, including with a car seat, strollers and
even a usable Kitchen H24 for the needs of the little ones.
The catering service is of excellent quality, from breakfast to dinner, always varied
menu choice, fresh raw materials and generous quantities, so beware of the line it is practically impossible to come back without a few extra kilos…
Very convenient the animation/babysitter service during meals for children, who have the opportunity to eat all together letting their parents eat meals in peace.

That hotel is just wonderful! The personal is great, the food is just amazing like for real and it is really looking good. For me this hotel is 4 stars and not 3. It is in front of the beach so you don't have to cross the street so it is safer for the kids… You have infrastructures for your child inside of the hotel, the swimming pool is really refreshing and the view is just incredible on top of this hotel. To sum up, if you don't want to pay a lot and have a great service and a good trip, I think you found the right place…

We spent an excellent stay of 10 days with the family at the hotel universal in Cattolica. Standard room simple and spacious. Buffet varied and excellent. All the staff is very caring. Beach a few steps, very well organized and clean with lots of entertainment for young and old. Town Centre near, very animated in the evening. Our children of 4 and 7 years old are broken. Thank you to all the team for a wonderful stay.

We stayed with the three-year-old twins, we had a great time, maximum availability and courtesy. Clean and manicured rooms. The kitchen was great and congratulations to the chef and all the waiters who tried to meet every request. Definitely coming back. Congratulations to all the staff.

We spent 15 days in this hotel, comfortable beds, comfort room relatively spacious, variety of food in buffet (we did not eat 2x the same flat 15j) and the staff really at the top! Beach at 50m with a lot of entertainment for children (small or large)

Great kindness and attention to the customer in this newly renovated hotel. The kitchen is good for children. A Few steps from the center but without being immersed in the chaos. Attached to the sea. Wi-Fi always fast, beautiful pool on the terrace.

I stayed at this hotel in late July with my family. We have been familiar with the structure for years and we always gladly return, thanks to the friendliness and kindness of Mr. And the excellent services offered. We appreciate the rich and tasty cuisine, this year even more cured and varied, the large and spacious room and the impeccable cleanliness. Excellent solution for the buffet at lunch and dinner. The refined and elegant environment combines perfectly with the friendly and helpful attitude of the staff, appreciated by all of us. Thank you all, we miss you!

Great hotel. I recommend everyone, especially who rest a family with very young children. There, everything is provided to stay with them. The staff are excellent, friendly, orianthi cheerful, friendly. Clean pool water-filled emerald-blue color with water jets. Clean rooms! I would like to mention the kitchen: a variety of food, pasta for every taste and color. And the chocolate muffins from the chef with a liquid center — yum! At our request, even made out a menu to order and all the campers enjoy this culinary masterpiece… special thanks For this! Was very pleased to see in the evenings in the restaurant, the owner of the hotel, the Katerina, who personally treated the vacationers amazing Italian cheeses. Overall impressions on a solid five. A special Hello and thank thanks to the waitress Natalia! And one wish: for tourists from Russia recommend to have an option menu in Russian language, it would be very convenient. We have just spent a week at the Universal Hotel in Cattolica. We were very surprised, or even shocked by the two negative remarks that do not correspond in any sense to our impression. In this hotel, everything is done to assure the holidaymakers a stay of outstanding quality in a friendly and warm atmosphere: the reception is attentive and smiling, the food very varied and of excellent quality, the fast and efficient service, the Bright, airy and comfortable rooms. Moreover, the location of the hotel makes it an exceptional family holiday place: we will return.
