Great hotel all friendly and kind eating very good and exaggerated quantities I would say great.

I spent 2 days, I must say that I had a great time. Very kind staff, beautiful and spotless room, the abundant and yummy eating will surely come back again. Congratulations and Thank you.

Careful cuisine. Nice staff. Doesn't personally care about pool since I don't know how to swim and spa because they are nice as well.

The rudeness of the cleaning lady a nice strafottente who claimed to have seen us in the morning when I had arrived for not even half an hour … small room you couldn't even take a shower and filthy dusty with hair on sheets and sink fingers everywhere stained curtains poor lighting dirty terrace… inaccessible parking despite being required in the booking… unusable pool… in short, you save only the waiter at the buffet of the breakfast kind fast … BHA.

I recommend it we had a great time, great welcome, great cuisine a stone's throw from the sea.

We stayed last week, what about we had a great time… At first we were a bit worried reading the reviews, then we had booked in Caracas but it had closed…
Instead it was a beautiful experience, excellent cleanliness, sea view room❤️, at meals we had a great time, all very young guys, kind, helpful and very polite… definitely will be back, thank you ❤️ to everyone.

I stayed a week the location and great a stone's throw from the sea and the center the rooms are nice and clean but when it arrives in the dining room there is total chaos… endless queues to appetizers the little and undercooked food you almost have to beg it. The young and ine expert staff almost clumsy only turns to pick up the dishes… but at this time it was not better to do a table service since there is a lot of staff in the room?

We are staying at the hotel, the Lobster, the service, the rooms, the restaurant, the guys, all the very best! Congratulations! Quality unbeatable price!

Welcome top of all the staff including the owner. Food well cooked and the chef was very helpful. Thorough cleaning and the towels soft. Reasonable prices, will definitely be back.

Experience bad. Food is insufficient and of poor quality. Room on the fifth floor, washing impossible, The water came cold and very little. Reported to the director, no action or response. New bad! No alternative for those who did not eat fish. And if you eat the left still in the pot because it was raw! Never more than that. I'm surprised they manage to keep open. Vote zero!

We went away today, unfortunately. It was a wonderful week fantastic staff so helpful, and always available. Good food and very varied. Great location really convenient to reach the sea and the car parking very convenient because it is located in front of the hotel. Among all the guy who works at the bar James is truly a wonderful person always smiling and available at any time. In summary highly recommended.

Informal Hotel does not do justice!, very well-cared location: comfortable and modern rooms, with a terrace with sea view, wide and usable.
The spa is really such, with a very relaxing Turkish bath, like the Jacuzzi, and the same competitive massages in the price (but unfortunately we could not try).
The offer is complete with simple and cured cuisine and impeccable cleanliness, such as hospitality: very kind and discreet.
Prices more than reasonable; a 3 star that would be 4, eccom.

Beautiful Hotel… in practice in a week of vacation I did not miss anything. Very clean and very competent and young staff! More than advisable! P. S very close to the sea.

Wifi not working and not repaired despite the warning. Bicycles available, but not usable "why don't you Hunt out again" (and what are they waiting for?! ), leaking shower, broken satellite cable, ball-less radiators without adjustment (broken also that). This hotel gets lost in so many little things. Discouraged.

With my husband and another couple of friends, we stopped 3 days at the Lobster Hotel to spend the last of the year… If you want to get revenge on someone or hurt him, recommend the Hotel lobster.

It was a very nice Hotel. The point of strength is definitely the spa! Staff a little too young and informal but still all very nice and helpful!

I did 2 days at Easter and the only thing I was glad and the room lovely and spacious, the problem is that despite having a little girl have it delivered at noon, while lunch times do not understand having the room open all eat when they see the full buffet and the problem is that is half an hour before the start of the lunch or dinner so bring warm get cold. Finally, I admit that was also our forgetfulness but the hotel staff handed over the documents after registering, remember the next day since there we had to come down to the sea from Modena just to get that back. Having said that I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I was 1 week is September I gave a low rating not for hotels but for restaurant hotel and Nice rooms and big balconies, almost all seasonal staff very friendly someone is no exception but landlines

I went there with family from 20 June until 27 June I would say good for all.

excellent the kitchen with meat and fish for lunch and dinner (at will).
I noticed a focus on children with individual menus.
shame about the 5 days, definitely will return.

A warm and friendly environment. The managers very kind, helpful staff and pleasant. Great location close to the sea. The use of bicycles makes it easy to reach the Centre of both Catholic like those of Gabicce, Misano and Riccione. Close to Park "Le Navi". The hotel where we spent the holidays for four years and where we will return again this year.
