Hotels in Modena with Parking

This B&B hotel is by no means central. Suitable for those driving but definitely not by public transport. A good 2 Kms / 30 minutes plus walk from the rail station and city centre.

Business trips aren't always pleasant, but my stay at B&B Hotel Modena made the 10-day trip feel truly carefree. The room was spotless, and the staff were always available, helpful, and smiling!

Welcoming, well-kept, clean and quiet environment. Very recommended.

Good morning, I stayed last night, I recommend it to everyone, nice and clean rooms and the owner is kind and available for any need, rated 100000000 thanks.

Close to the highway, free parking in front of the hotel, quick check-in, friendly staff, very spacious and clean rooms, smells clean everywhere, very nice breakfast with lots of options and fresh

Good hotel. Clean rooms and bath room, friendly staff.

Nice hotel to stay in Modena. Good value for what you pay. Very nice staff, good brakfast. All you need to spend the night and on fresh, clean and full of energy.

Thin walls and we could hear the other ones talking. Otherwise clean room and the breakfast was ok. Warm options would have been nice like bacon and omelette or fried eggs.

Really nice and welcoming place, very kind owner, plentiful and delicious breakfast, we will definitely return.

We only stayed 2 nights and had a great time.
We were welcomed by the girls 🐾 with warmth and by the owner who was very very courteous and kind.

Helpfull and very friendly staff, coffee upon arrival, and a clean bed with bathroom. What else can you want in a long journey?
Will definitely be back when in the area.

It is a 2 star hotel and as such, not too much should be expected. It is a nice hotel, clean rooms, friendly, helpful staff and we enjoyed our short stay.

Me, my partner and my son stayed about a week up and down and welcomed us with open arms as a family all kind to my son too.
All perfect I didn't want to leave anymore.

Clean hotel, all staff very friendly, clean and spacious room. Great breakfast… Advised!

We got the Fellini room for a 2 night stay. The apartment is clean and large and Alessio was great to communicate with. We left our luggage for a few hours after checking out without any issues.

Best 3 star hotel we've ever stayed in! Great service by all the staff, great location with heaps of free parking. And the breakfast spread — amazing. This place deserves another star.

Loved this place. Totally worth it and absolutely "recommend" Tiby for you wonderful stay in Modena.

We had a perfect stay. Great Host, beautiful building, clean and comfy Room. We would absolutely recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

We have both travelled around the world a lot, and we had an absolutely fantastic stay at the beginning of December '21 at Villa Matildis.
