We went in May because at the Modena racetrack they were doing a big event, I felt very good: for a 4 star the quality is very high in all sectors, low prices, very helpful and kind staff, very large rooms, well maintained, breakfast with wide choice and on top of that yummy.

That is not hotel that is sweet home.

The restaurant, which is located next to the hotel the villas, is directed by chef Luigi, great, service and it is a pleasure to eat the delicacies that the chef prepares you personally. Ideal for small groups and couples. The hotel offers a great pool and a fantastic breakfast. Good all.

I stayed one night for work; Wi-Fi Free; Good breakfast (different choice of fruit, sweet and salty, juice of oranges and Nutella Vera). Surrounded by greenery and in a quiet area not far from the centre, reachable by bike. Indoor gym, sauna and outdoor swimming pool. Adjoining restaurant not bad. It would need a modernization but still clean and cozy.

Very good, quite, clean, friendly personnel, comfortable room with good beds, cute small swimming pool in a nice, quite garden environment… also the gym looks nice, I haven't got the time to try it, due to my short stay… as well as I haven't try the restaurant… I went on historical city center of Modena…

We always get a friendly welcome. The rooms a large and very clean. Excellent restaurant within the hotel grounds although is run separately. Breakfast included and is very good with plenty of choice.

I stayed at this hotel for business reasons and I chose a 4 star for comfort and comfort but I honestly feel like I am saying it is an ancient 3 star. Cleanliness and breakfast acceptable but for the property there is a lot to renovate especially the bathrooms. I don't think I will be returning for what I paid… almost as much as a 5 star.

Comfortable, if you are in the car, to reach the main arteries. Equipped with gym and outdoor swimming pool. Good breakfast.

Good location to move Modena, I stayed in the annex with clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast.

Just outside the centre of Modena on the famous via Giardini which leads towards Maranello. A short distance from the civil Hospital of Baggiovara. Ideal destination for those visiting the hospital for any reason (you still need a car to reach it or 15 minutes on foot). Not a very good hotel. Sky in the rooms. Breakfast Pool. Very good Restaurant.

Motorway in transit, one-night stop in Modena, Hotel 4 *. You are transparent, the staff speaks but with colleagues not with you, in this climate of not welcome are carried out the formalities of acceptance. Modest room. The restaurant is detached from the main core, has no conventions with the hotel, it is expensive.

Really comfortable! A unique opportunity: booking gave us a nice service at a good price… Also the holidays GG we can leave the room free even after the time! Recommended… sauna and indoor pool… stay as a King!

Nice Hotel surrounded by greenery, friendly and helpful staff, from Oscars breakfast! There is a beautiful pool at the edge of the park where I imagine what must be sunbathing on the deckchair enjoying a summer cocktail!

Enjoyed every stay we have had here. Everyone is friendly and there is always a warm welcome. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable. Breakfast is very good plenty of choice for all tastes. The restaurant is excellent and the staff attentive and very helpful.

We stayed here on very short notice for only one night and had a very good experience. The room was large and clean and the breakfast was good. Good value and not a bad location if you are willing to stay just outside of the city center.

Is a 3 or 4 stars, depending on the structure where you want to stay (the hotel consists of 3 separate buildings, only the main is rated 4 stars). Very helpful staff, good breakfast, pleasant and helpful, a bonus is the presence in the same structure of the renowned restaurant Le Ville chef Luigi Caruso, which compensates for the lack of a restaurant on site. The only flaw in the decentralised location makes it accessible only if you are travelling by car and makes it obligatory to take the car for any need.
