Only drawback, the lack of a covered and air conditioned passage towards the restaurant for breakfast. Everything else is perfect.

Structure well equipped with all the comforts. Ideal for relaxing thanks to the services available (swimming pool, bath, gym, etc. ) including point. Of charging electric machines. Located in a peripheral area at one step. From the centre of Modena, clean, with courteous and professional staff. Great value for money. Recommended.

Accommodation in residence, clean rooms, bathroom OK, C is also the kitchen corner! Adjacent to Hotel C is the restaurant ' black Balsamic ' which offers a discount to customers of 20%. Recommended.

Nice structure. The rooms are large but need more thorough maintenance. Free Parking available. Too bad that the evening of our stay, the restaurant of the Hotel (Black Balsamic) was closed.

The restaurant "Black Balsamic" is 10 out of 10, from the welcome to the location and from eating to value for money.
The family suite is super, the kids and teens super spoiled, the bathroom with the huge shower and accessorized everything, even a box with needle and thread, ad hoc to sew a button just dropped… any wish to your Best Western Plus really comes true.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Lovely set up. Only had breakfast in the attached restaurant but there was plenty of choice and the staff were attentive. Lovely private garden for our room. Air con was working fine (middle of 40° heatwave! ) Bed was really comfortable. The negatives are the room floor hadn't been cleaned in ages, there was thick grey fluff sticking to cases. Shower didn't drain fast enough, causing water to flood into bathroom. Would recommend.

Amazing resort. We just got here after spending couple of days in Florence and we can't believe we didn't come her earlier. Great facilities, great pool and friendly staff.

All good but that kind of modern hotel, a bit isolated which lacks of charme.

It was a wonderful experience, we spend a wonderful day in the hotel, after a long trip, It was perfect to swim in the spa pool and receive a massage and a steam bath and of course the attention of the personal was perfect, a special thanks to Silvia from the restaurant for a wonderful service and the administrative personnel Samantha Mappelli.

What a great find! We stayed here to tour Lambo and see Ferrari and frankly the Best Westerns are not that great in the US. This was beautiful! Very nice room and the breakfast was amazing — quite the variety on the buffet. The best was all the help from Alessandro. Great dinner pick — Zelmira — and translating our Audi rental manual when we had car issues. I would certainly stay again and recommend to others!

Nice hotel good location great service but on a hot sunny afternoon could not even sit around the outside pool area in shade very disappointing for this reason would not recommend to other Aussies.

Elegant environment, adequate room & facilities and competent staff clean tidy.

A hotel on the outskirts of Modena where you will find the convenience of having excellent restaurants within walking distance without being in the hustle and bustle of the city and where courtesy and availability are the masters. The facility is beautiful, the rooms clean and modern feel like a small resort. There are fitness center and pool with Spa. Do not underestimate the presence of private parking with many places and really varies. I will be back as soon as I can.
