A normal hotel. Pros: Close to the Ferrari Museum, 5 minutes by car. Near the park with walking paths, very quiet and peaceful. Pond with ducks and rabbits. Cons: A little outdated furniture, an uncomfortable bed, a web under the ceiling. In general, for not very demanding tourists for 1 night will be good.

The hotel is conveniently located between the Museum of Ferrari and Lamborgini near Bologna. Affordable price. There is free parking and Wi-Fi. We have a balcony in our room, but it is not in all. Near the city park with a lake and playgrounds.
Not much outdated room design but quite acceptable. The rooms are clean and have all the necessary amenities.

I find it a top quality hotel both in the quality of the service and in the rooms. As far as the kitchen is to good liking.

Professional and welcoming hospitality, a new and well-kept structure, clean and complete rooms with every essential comfort. The only downside is the excessive night temperature. A double for a night without breakfast €42, less than a hostel!

Excellent hotel for business or family travel, located in a strategic position for those who want to visit a territory rich in landscape-architectural beauties and interesting museums. Cleanliness and friendliness are the highlights of the staff. The great breakfast is the best you could possibly want. Great value for money.

Hotel in my opinion it is more for business and work. Although it's fine for a weekend. Decent rooms but the price a little high, breakfast a little undertone Wi-Fi ok, decent parking, lift ok. Clean but rooms that seem a bit old,

I stayed at La fenice in June 2015 for 3 nights. It's a nice hotel, surprisingly good for its low prices. Clean rooms, rich breakfast with large choice of fresh meal, hot bread just taken out of the oven, and excellent Italian espresso. Tens of restaurants, pizza, bars and cafes in close vicinity. The hotel is quite not so far from city centre — about 20 min walking. I heartily recommend it!

Great hotel with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay.

The price for a single is cheaper but the hotel is old and everything need to be refreshed.

Great service. Staff always helpful and great value.
