It was just awesome! The hotel is beautiful very well maintained, we eat very well and for cheap. There is also a very nice outdoor pool with buoys and a balloon made available which allows us to create links with others. Proof I became friends with a Norwegian. Well here I recommend to all.

Warm and friendly staff. Fantastic service. Rooms are very clean, bright and LOTS of towels. Very good breakfast and wonderful espresso. Highly recommended.

For work I spent several nights in the hotel and was satisfied with the treatment.
Clean and spacious rooms, very friendly and helpful staff and hearty and quality breakfast.
The property is not modern and a bit affected by the years but small interventions on shabby chic décor make it pleasant and welcoming.
Great plus is given by the presence of the restaurant inside (will follow dedicated review).

Hotel located in a quiet area on the outskirts between Formigine and Modena Day.
Non-modern but well-groomed design features different types of rooms, many of which are modernly renovated and equipped with all the amenities.
Only downside negative given the age not recent saddle structure and that you hear all the noises of the water circle of the sanitary rooms.
But taken away from that the rooms are tastefully furnished, the mattresses comfortable, wide and bright with a good reception of the Wi-Fi system.
Breakfast is definitely a strength in the context. Very nice breakfast room that puts you really at ease to start a good day.
Many products of both sweet and salty products of all kinds are offered that will largely meet your needs.
There is also a restaurant on site, as otherwise you will have to go a little way around before finding a good one.
The hotel also has a large and convenient parking lot.
The staff is very courteous and professional.
In conclusion and a hotel with excellent value for money definitely optimal for business trips in the area of the ceramic district.

The Hotel is in a strategic location.
… in the outskirts of a small village allows you to be in a quiet and peaceful… but at the same time very close to Modena.
The hotel looks very well externally.
A beautiful garden with green lawn with gazebo, tables (very original) and chairs allow for relaxing moments…
There are several parking spaces around the car park, including an indoor seating area (under a canopy).
The lobby is cozy, tastefully decorated.
Bar, restaurant, lounge and dining room with tables complete the ground floor.
A good perfume welcomes anyone entering the hotel, perfume present in all the common areas.
One of the strengths is the breakfast!
An assorted and tasty buffet will allow a good awakening.

Furnishings dated (low-cut wallpaper in numerous spots, carpet and carpet at the foot of the bed), dirty bathroom and with numerous "problems" (dirty shower, shower tray with crack, clogged and smelly exhaust), absence of a wall outlet near the bed (present Just a wall outlet almost at the entrance of the room).
Room with dust on furniture and crutches.

Very nice hotel well maintained and well furnished, the room in which I slept was simple, pity for the carpet that I do not like, only problem encountered was the water in the shower that did not come down enough quickly I had to close the water several times, the Breakfast was well stocked with good products.

Great hotel, staff at the top, organization worthy of a luxury hotel. Although the structure is not modern it is maintained very well and very clean. The breakfast is very rich and plentiful, the products are of good quality. Very good value for money Recommended.

Very restful stay. Appartment is close to beach and Fazana. Very well located to visit Istria. Her owner gave to us advices and information and she had always kind attention for us like sweets or végétales fromage their garden. Do not hesitate!

The place is calm and lovely… We checked in so late but the desk man was friendly and accomodating. The room is so nice and big for a couple… and the breakfast Is fantastic unluckily I can't order scrambled egg… All and all… superb for an affordable price. Location make sure you have a car.
