Beautiful hotel in the heart of Capri. The rooms are spacious, all with sea views, excellent cleanliness, review several times a day in the room to change towels and give a set. The staff are helpful and friendly, great breakfast, superlative pool, I'm still here and I can't resist doing this review because it's all deserved.

Fabulos hotel, I warmly recommend. See view, pool, central, good food, great rooms, cool employees. The best in Capri, for sure!

There was an incident where a drunk resident accompanying a well known person, verbally abused a visitor to the hotel. The hotel staff did not protect the visitor as they should have as they did not want to offend their “well known” resident. It was too disgraceful for words.

Super! Elegant and comfortable environment. Relaxation area with swimming pool where you can relax all day long. Comfortable rooms, varied breakfast, professional staff.

Hotel is beautiful and the rooms are amazing! The pool and deck have spectacular views. Only reason I did not give this hotel 5 stars is the staff are very unfriendly which takes away from the experience. I had someone else's dry cleaning in my room and they tried to charge me for a 3 hour boat tour that I did not take.

Absolutely wonderful! Gorgeous views and lovely rooms. The location is perfect! Hotel is down a sweet path just off main shopping. Our favorite part of our stay was Bart the owners Golden Retriever!

For several years my fixed stage in Capri. When you need to detach it is the ideal place.
In a quiet location while being a stone's throw from the center, the pool area and the terrace where you have breakfast and lunch are unique.
All the staff are nice and helpful.

Nice lobby, tiny older looking rooms, blah atmosphere no energy to the place. Was one of the only places on the island with vacancies for last minute booking and I can see why. Book early in Capri and stay some where nice. This is an over priced dusty relic.

No spa services. Limited dining experience / availability and pretty tough attitude by older staff members. Daily lounge for cocktails (like this exceptionally rainy day) are virtually non existent.

Nice location and great room. The breakfast is a good variety of pastries, yogurt and typical continental food. They have a pool with sea view.

Gorgeous view from our balcony on the 3rd floor (specifically room 356. ) Breakfast is more American style with scrambled eggs and bacon instead of only pastries. This was our third hotel stay while on our tour of Italy and certainly was much more spacious and luxurious than being in one of the bigger cities. Our large room had tile everywhere. There was a big bathroom with a huge shower in the bath, something not found elsewhere in Italy where space is at a premium. As for Capri itself, it is absolutely stunning, and this hotel, as well as many around it, are as beautiful. I'm sure there are rooms that aren't as nicely appointed, according to other reviews, and I'm sure you can reserve a balcony room. We didn't have any issues with rude staff like other reviewers, but I take those reviews with a grain of salt anyway!
